The BBQ was outstanding - meaty tender ribs, juicy pulled pork, burgers and dogs grilled to perfection. The wings were crisp and flavorful, and the fryer setup stole the show with piping-hot fries and onion rings that guests couldn't stop talking about. Even the sides (macaroni salad, harvest salad) were fresh and balanced out the richness of the BBQ perfectly. Booking, setup, cooking, serving, and cleanup were all handled smoothly.
