I was weary driving to this place, due to all the reviews. But I had a bag of baby clothes trying to get rid of and I thought money or store credit is better than dropping it off for free at the Salvation Army. First of all the small store was clean, well organized and the workers were nice not at all mean. Other consignments wanted an appointment for your stuff not here Monday-Thursday 10-1pm walk ins. She took half the bag for 10 bucks or 15 bucks store credit. Not bad at all. The clothes are nice name brand and hip not old. I will come again to this sweet shop to take all my baby's outgrown clothes and toys. read more

It's a hit and miss at this store. I noticed some items looked very used and sometimes you can find brand new items with tags. I think they are priced high on the big baby items. My 8 year old daughter likes this store so we stop in every now and then. read more

They rip you off. When you bring stuff they take it to a desperate area and you can't see what their taking and how much they want for each item and they take advantage of you. I will never trade any of my baby stuff here again. Lesson learned read more

You need to know your prices. Some things are over priced but I've always found great deals if you know what your paying for. The older lady is super nice and helpful. I always pop in and find one or two things for my little guy. They also have coupons in the neighborhood magazines for $5 off $20 or more. read more

Terrible customer service. Went in and called a few times to sell a few items and was told I couldnt due to being booked all thru June. Not only did they decline but rudely told they dont want to purchase. Could be a great place to help out a lot of families but so far ALL the employees I've encountered both in person and on the phone were all rude. So no thank you. read more

I really thought the store was nice. I love the idea of taking in thing my son doesnt need anymore and have a clean cluttered free home. The price they have was not great however its nice to be able to sell so another kid could use. and its nice to free up space I got my son these cute vintage PJS and a toy he loves. it was a fun experience. i love the concept. read more

I agree with many of the other reviews, poor customer service. My first time there and I explained to one of the sales ladies when I walked in that I'd never been and I was curious how much they offer for things and I held up my small bag that had 3 things in it, both sales ladies heard me. She seemed annoyed and quickly told me that they're not buying right now and told me the hours and days that they do buy and they only take the first 20 people selling. So I said no problem and browsed for a few minutes. Then a man came in and asked the other sales lady if he could sell some stuff, and the other lady said "sure I'll take a look!" That was the same lady who had heard me when I walked in. I thought it was strange and asked the original sales lady if they make exceptions or something because they were willing to look at someone else's stuff but immediately told me no, she said "well that's the owner, I just told you what I'm supposed to say". So first of all the owner is rude on multiple levels. Second, I guess they DISCRIMINATE who they take stuff from. And since it's their opinion who they take stuff from and what they take, don't be surprised if they don't buy stuff from you, it could be that they just don't want to take it from you, that's a definite possibility. Spend your time and money somewhere else like tj max next door or go to a different consignment store. read more

Absolutely ridiculous place to purchase or sale children's clothing to. They sale Cherokee brand from Target close to what you can buy it for new. After waiting 1 hour to sell my child's clothing they denied almost all of it. Patagonia brand, Lacoste, Gap, Calvin Klein, Geox shoes from Nordstrom worn twice and the list goes on. Do not sell or trade your clothing here very crooked place and really quite ridiculous ,an absolute waste of time! read more

I have been here about four times always to sell. The first time I received a fair price then they get cheaper every time. The clothes I sell is 99 percent designer, a few target pieces here and there for licensed t-shirts, nothing stained or more than six months old. I am pretty much done with. As for the comments regarding them being rude, I don't doubt it, I have seen it myself. They have no right being snobby or rude to people, I have rarely seen anything I would consider buying and I can find much better things on clearance brand new. read more

This place is great! There is a great selection of baby clothes and a bin of onsies, socks, etc that are 20 for $5. I even found a diaper dude bag which retails for around $100 for $25!!!! They also have a lot of new Melissa and Doug toys. The staff is very friendly too. We will definitely be back! read more

I have never had a problem with rude employees at this store at all. I have been coming her 4 years since my first daughter was born. I have bought and sold clothing with them. They take only what the y can sell in the store IT IS A BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!! You can bring in 2 grocery bags of clothes at a time and walk ins all week from 10-1 appt times are only needed on Saturday. I always find excellent deals and clothes are always in great condition. I've been a customer buying AND selling to this store for 6 years. They have gone SO downhill it's sad... I'm signed up for text and email store news and promotions. I went in today to sell at 10:30 am, well within their new time range for selling. I was turned away, they stated they weren't buying until Monday. She pointed to a tiny sign on the door stating what she's just said. But who goes to this store every day or even weekly?? Why don't they let customers know??? If they can send an email recruiting business why can't they send one to let us know "non buying days" right? Ugh! Waste of time! New management is terrible... I miss Maria. read more

I went into this shop with my wife who frequents there often. As I stood around waiting for her, I watched as the employee in the back was handing a customer back the items they were not going to purchase. Immediately the customer got irrate claiming that all her stuff was in excellent condition and hardly worn. The employee pulled quite a bit of items from her bag and showed her the probems with her stuff. I just laughed at how fast the customer changed her attitude. After telling my wife what happened she commented that this kind of store takes a beating because they have to kindly tell a customer that some of their clothes they are trying to sell to them isn't good enough. On another note, my wife loves to shop and sell at this place. The employees were pleasant. read more

Awesome store to buy and sell thrings!!! Prices are better than even clearance racks at retail stores. If you're looking for a specific item that they don't have at the moment, you can document what you're wanting, and they'll call you if/when they get it. They will not hold it for you, but they will let you know it's available. When I used that service, I received such a call. Twenty minutes later I made my way there. Unfortunately for me, someone had bought it by the time I got there, but the service is still available. Again, prices are Awesome for just-as-awesome products. read more
