I have been a long time customer for deals for my grandchildren. It seems as if there is always a good selection to choose from, and is constantly getting more items in the store by the minute. The owner Kelly is very selective with I love. Ensures the articles of clothing sold are in great condition. I also love the fact that there are new products there as well. Nice lil store to find a lil something for the kids I wouldn't shop entirely here tho .For example for the pumpkin patches I wanted my son to wear overalls and they were expensive everywhere I went I came here and got them for 4 bucks . This place sucks. I drove 30 minutes to get here and arrived at 12:25. I had heavy bag of brand new Nike clothes to sell in one hand and was carrying my toddler in the other. Nobody was in the store while I was waiting and finally a lady came out and told me that they stopped buying at 12:30. I was hoping she could make an exception, especially because the store was completely empty, but she told me to come back at 10:00 am the next day. I will not waste my time here again. The lack of customer service is discouraging and unwelcoming, that I'd rather donate these new clothes to needy families instead. read more

DON'T BOTHER!!!!!! Went in one morning with three gently used strollers in good condition, kids toys, shopping cart cover and baby carrier. I was offered $12. That's it. They would only take the kids toys as they claimed everything had "stains". As previously mentioned all of my items were gently used and I made sure to wash and clean everything before taking it in. So basically unless your items are brand new and never used don't bother. Such a waste of time. And it's a shame someone else won't be able to use the items as they are still in good, clean condition but my children no longer need them. Needless to say I will never be returning to this store. read more

Childrens Orchard is a great example of what a children's resale should be!!! I have both bought and sold with them and found them to be a complete blessing for my family! It is great to be able to get a little cash for used children's items that I would otherwise be donating or throwing out, its great to know that they will be a blessing to another family and to mine! Purchasing there is so simple as they are the most organized resale store I have ever shopped! They even have a rewards program and great sales! The staff is always friendly and helpful and even with my three small kids in toe I am able to shop quickly and efficiently!!! And always find great deals! read more

I brought in some clothes to sell and walked out feeling like I was completely robbed. They do NOT give you a fair price or anything even close to it for your stuff. I'm sorry but I definitely feel that my clothes are worth more than $0.10/piece. I will be selling my clothes myself. As far as buying from them - some of their stuff is a good deal and others are the same price as what you would pay for it at target brand new. read more

My go to place for nice and gently used items for my daughter. I have had lots of luck at this location. The staff are always friendly too! I got a Gymboree jacked that was like $50 for only $12...and my daughter still has it. They have many new items with tags still attached. They had a really nice crib that looked like new once....too bad I already had one. I have always been able to get my daughter her jackets and holiday outfits here without stretching our budget. Crammed with clothes as all other locations...but I think they have a far superior assortment of clothes for the finding. Many of the one of the kind fancy baby outfits my daughter had came from here. So if you are on a budget check it out...they buy clothes too! read more

I came here to sell my sons clothes that he out grew. The girl told me it will be a 40 min wait. I waited an hour and a few min. I recommend coming right at selling hours(10 am). It got busy pretty quickly and by 11 they had to turn down other sellers. I ended up getting only $24 for two full bags of clothes and shoes and a baby carrier. You do however get more money in store credit. I'm still not sure if it's worth the wait for that little money. read more

I'm reviewing selling. I come in, am treated rudely about limits on the clothes I can sell, then I stand there for 25 minutes. Finally the girl takes my stuff back, rifles around for a few minutes, then comes back to tell me they can't take any of it, for reasons that were obvious when I walked in. I go to the shopping center that Children's Orchard is in pretty often but never really realized it was there until recently. I'm glad I did! The selection is decent. I always find at least one thing to buy here. I tried to sell here ONCE and I will never do that again. The person who inspects trade-ins , or whatever you wanna call it, isn't very nice. Doesn't seem worth your time for the money they offer, unless you're really desperate. This Review is about selling that happened today. The store looks nice. The girl name Sophie at the front desk could work on her customer service a bit. Also maybe not eating all over counter and other clothes.... The other girl in the back in the buy counter was rude and was also eating in the back...came out saying I had stains on some of my clothes wouldn't inform me of what clothes where taken and was low balling me. Had a pretty good experience here today. I was kind of nervous because of the reviews on here, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and I got $35(cash) or 45.50(store credit), I chose the cash because they didn't have what I was looking for. I think $35 is pretty decent for 2 grocery bags of toddler clothing and shoes. Mind you, yes, most of it was name brands and I took the time to wipe off the shoes, making them look as appealing as possible. So yeah, I'll be back. Cool place. read more

I tried this place out for the first time, taking some of my daughter's old clothes looking to maybe purchase some new ones. I must say, the employees are very selective on what items of clothing they purchase; however I was not impressed with the selection of clothing that was for sale. Most of them were not up to the quality I was expecting due to them being so picky of what they selected from my variety. One employee was very helpful, the other not so much, but had no problems with the staff. Not a bad place to go, but I expected a little more with what they had to offer. read more

The double rack system makes the store feel very congested. I don't like bringing my little one in there anymore because it's difficult to see her if she runs around due to this. The selection of little tikes and step2 toys is almost non-existent too! And my favorite part was seeing Maria at the store! Now that she no longer works there I rarely shop there. The customer service is not the same. There is no relationship between the employees and customers anymore....it's just another business. They have cool selection of baby stuff at reasonable prices. Cloths are gently used, however, you might get better deals at regular thrift stores. If you want to find that special stroller at a great price or that changing pad that folds like magic, this is the place to go. They also buy stuff. read more

You're better off reselling online or at a yard sale. They redefine "low balling" to whole different level. Unfortunately, as the other reviews have stated, some of the workers in the back are not the nicest either. I will not be coming back. I came in to sell a couple of days ago and left very happy. The buying process can be a bit intense and a long wait but completely worth it. The woman doing the buys in the back was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the stuff they didn't take. The stuff does have to be in excellent condition, but as a consumer as well I highly appreciate that. Also, just a warning that they only take the first 15 people to sell so I would get there early! I came here for the first time a few weeks ago. I was impressed by how affordable things were. I got a whole bag of clothes for less than twenty dollars. The clothes aren't super high end brands but seriously who can complain about 99 cent onesies and cute little outfits for about two or three dollars each. I recommend this place as an affordable option for baby clothes. Keep your expectations in check and be sure you have some time to go through the shelves and look at everything. I will definitely be back and at some point I plan to come in the morning during their buying time and see about selling some of my baby's old clothes. read more

I took my first batch of items to sell to the store and found the amount offered for the items I brought was fair and very reasonable. I love consignment stores and I like that they're picky about the clothes they buy. That means when I go shopping, I don't need to look through a million things to find clothes of decent quality. They have more girl clothes than boy clothes, as expected, but i always manage to find some good buys. I wish I lived closer, so that I could come more! read more
