Had lunch here yesterday, waited for a long time before anyone came to take our drink order. Once she (Philina) did it took just as long to get the drinks. Finally came back to take our food order waited about 45 minutes for the COLD food to get to the table. For the price of the food, you'd expect it to at least be HOT. Forget about how long it took to get drink refills and never once was we ask if everything was ok or if we'd like dessert. (Not that we would have ordered anything else) Now they have a ziosk at all the tables not once was we told if it stayed on the table we would be charged a 1.99 entertainment fee. I mean come on Chili's you know if kids come in they are going to play the games. This needs to be made known. I have to say I have had horrible dining experiences but this one was the WORST. I came here for my first visit and it was very bad the enchilada tasted like battery acid but the waiter was nice and gave me some chicken tender which were good but after I ate that enchilada I threw up in there toilet because it was so bad but the only reason it has a solid two stars is because of that waiter also they took the enchilada of my bill. read more

I was impressed this visit. I had lost faith in Chili's but they have more than recovered from their former bland faire. The menu selection held a wide variety to pick from with meals from $6 to $20. The worst service I have EVER had at ANY restaurant in my 41 years of life. Took 40 minutes to get an incorrect order, another 10 minutes to get an undercooked replacement and another 10 minutes to get a manager to my table to tell me how this all is my fault and how the rare burger they cooked me is really the medium well burger I ordered. The waitress was pleasant and we were seated right away. My problem was the bathrooms were'nt that clean (tissue from previous people on seats) . What happened? Got seated right away, our lucky day! And then it all went bad. Black flakes in the margarita I waited 20 minutes for, waited another 15 for the full priced replacement margarita. We walked in at 9:45pm. They closed at 11. We were informed that they were out of almost everything we wanted to order.. when the chili came, it was literally cold and we asked for our waitress to nook it. My son's macaroni and cheese and corn were cold, stale and old. My shrimp pasta was Luke warm at best. My husband's bloody Mary was watered down to a point where he didn't drink it. The waitress seemed apologetic but not surprised in the least. The manager discounted our bill about $15.00 but that didn't make up for the lack of bad service we received. I used to hate eating at chilies and avoided it at all costs but when my friends wanted to go one night they had made changes to the menu and it was a great dining experience. My last and final visit was when I went back in march with my dad and brothers and I could not believe the way we were treated. I thought we were at dicks because the hostess and the waitress both acted like one. We couldn't get drinks right away due to no clean cups. Our order was taken and it took over and hour to get our food on top of that we ordered appetizers that never even came and when the waitress realized it she brought them out after we had eaten our meal. This was my first visit to Chili's and I brought along my 17 year old son. We ordered the Queso dip and it was fantastic, just like I make at home. My son ordered the chicken and waffles and I ordered the house ribs. My ribs were awesome wasn't a fan of the house BBQ sauce at first but it blended well with the ribs and I enjoyed my meal. My son was looking forward to Chili's take of chicken and waffles, however he could only eat one because they were so sweet. He enjoyed the one he ate but said it was making him sick because of how sweet it was. I tried a bite and agreed that the sweetness needs to be dialed down a lot. It was delicious but way to sweet. He boxed up his other three and said he would eat them a little at a time. Our server was great had fast service, was in and out within 40 minutes and they were busy. We will be returning but will choose something besides the chicken and waffles until they reevaluate this dish. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at Chili's ever. Took at least 5 minutes for the server to acknowledge us when we arrived and take our drink order. Next, he put in my order wrong, but everyone else's were delivered and almost done by the time mine arrived. The plate was so hot it could not even be touched and I blistered my fingers on it. Next, he forgot the order my mom put in to go at the time she ordered her entree. Then he brought the check and we had to remind him of the to go order. He took the check and added it to it, last we saw of him for several minutes. He came back after the bill had been settled and said the order would be up soon. For at least 15 minutes, we waited in his empty section on the to go order. He walked back and looked at us puzzled, like he didn't know why we were still there. We reminded him once again and he went back to the kitchen and brought it out finally. No apology, nothing. Not even goodbye or have a nice day. Two additional things: we had to get up and get our own napkins. He brought none at all, AND we had to refill our own teas and water because he was nowhere to be found. read more

So I overlooked that fact that the restaurant was dirty, they were busy, I get that cleaning could take a backseat to serving customers. The service was horrible. First we ordered drinks, I ordered ice water with lemon and the 2 others in our party ordered sweet tea with lemon. The waitress returned with our drinks, sat down in the booth, and informed us that they were out of lemon. She proceeded to sit there and tell us how she thought she might be "coming down with something" and asked what we wanted to order. After she left to put our order in, she never returned. Another waitress came by and offered refills on our drinks. When our appetizers arrived my son asked for ranch dressing instead of salsa for his chips, we had to remind her numerous times until we finally gave up and asked for the ranch to go. When we finished our entrees we sat & sat until finally she came and offered to get our desserts --- we all ordered 3 courses for $10 (appetizer, entree, and dessert).
