Party of 6 and all of us thought our food was great! And that is the only reason I'm giving a second star. The waiter Cole was terrible. He messed up my husband's order and the food didn't get brought out until over 20 minutes later, by which time the rest of us were done eating. I understand that it takes time to recook food, but we also had to ask for our appetizer twice, a side of street corn was forgotten, and the extra plate my mom asked for was completely forgotten until the very end when we'd already asked for our boxes and Cole oh so helpfully offered my mom the plate she'd asked for at the beginning of the meal. Send Cole back to greeter podium because this guy clearly shouldn't be a server. Last but not least, the manager came out onto the floor and spoke with the table across from us but ignored us entirely. We walked past him as we left- zero eye contact, zero acknowledgement. Came in today with some family members after the Noon Easter service at church for lunch. Casey was our server and she was GREAT!!! She was friendly and got all our stuff right and she was always smiling. Don't come here I can't express this enough. They are so rude and do not like people of color! I stood there for 8 minutes waiting for someone to even address me at the podium. I called my boyfriend to come in and I went to the car and the second he walked in the white girl with the braids came up to him asking what he needed. This isn't me sitting here saying she was hungry for him but why why, why let me stand there for 8 minutes no one says a thing to me and the second my bf walks in he's addressed and asked him what he needs and tries to seat him immediately. It wasn't even busy they were literally serving like 5 tables and two people at the bar. Always great staff and food. On line ordering for take out something of a challenge, couldn't complete order on line so had to phone it in, hopefully they'll fix that. Some minor issues in kitchen in getting orders correct. After picking up order and leaving they called to let us know they forgot to put something in the bag, so we turned around to get it and they added a dessert ;-)! After we got home found out order was incorrect (asked for a plain/dry burger but got a regular burger, my kid was not happy). Called them, their awesome manager comped us a free burger on our next stop! Promised the kid I'd go get it the next day for lunch and I did. Went to Chilis on Lone Tree with the wife for dinner on Sunday. We decided on the 2 for $22 menu. She ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak and I got the ribs. We each got the salad option for our 1st course. Food was not great but the worse part was the service. It sucked big time. Our server, a guy, basically took our order and dropped off our food. Never saw him other than that and we definitely had a few issues with our meals. He was never around, never came by to see if everything was ok, and it wasn't, or to see if we needed anything, and we did...like salad dressing for our salads, bbq sauce for my ribs, which btw were probably some of the worse ribs I've ever tasted, small, no meat, hard and totally dry. Not an ounce of bbq sauce on them. The salad was nice but it came with a tiny amount of ranch in one of those little plastic cups less than 1/2 full. We had to choke down a dry salad. We were each suppose to get a piece of garlic toast, it never came. We asked for a couple pieces of lemon when we ordered our drinks, never got them, never got a drink refill because he just never came around. When he finally showed up, when our meal was over, I told him how bad my ribs were and he could care less. Just never said a word, no Sorry for anything, no thanks for coming in, no nothing, just slapped the bill on the table and walked away. We won't bother with this Chilis again. A few days late but as promised here's my review. Over the past few years we've gone to this chili's and had good experiences. The other day we had a GREAT experience! Christopher was our server and he did a fabulous job. He squatted down to eye level and took out orders off of memory. He was very personable, and we'll definitely be back to see him again! My husband and I were both craving a steak so we decided lets order from Chili's since it has been awhile and it was late on Sunday night. We called our order in we both ordered the Rib eye steak dinner. We arrived at the location to pick up our food and the staff informed us they are out of Rib eye steaks they only have the 10oz sirloin. Immediately that was a bummer. My husband was very frustrated at the fact no one picked up the phone to call us to inform us because we could have gone somewhere else. It was already late and we both had to wake up to go to work the next day so we went with the sirloin that they had. We waited an extra 25 min. We arrived home the steak was over cooked. The potatoes and broccoli were cold. You can tell they cooked that before they cooked the steaks most likely from our original order. Also ordered fried pickles which were too salty and greasy. Nothing was consumable all went to the trash. I will never return to this restaurant. We have placed an online order for pick up at 6pm today at 2pm to give them enough time to prepare our order knowing it's Mother's Day. My husband has been waiting since 6pm. This used to be a go to spot for us. We have noticed a decline in their service and cleanliness. The quality food had gone down as well. This last visit was the last straw. My family sat down in a booth that had the seat duct taped. Half the restaurant was empty with the empty booth needing to be bused. The floors were covered with spilled food, napkins, and different debris. We went ahead and ordered our food and it came in a timely manner. Issue was when I took a bite of my burger. It had a super long hair woven in the meat and it pulled out as I took me bite. It was connected to the bite I took and the burger in my hand. I was completely grossed out. I stopped my family from eating their food. The waitress was advised and a short time late we were greeted by the manager. They did forgive the bill for the food we left behind. We left and have no intention to return to this restaurant. This location doesn't speak well for the chain!! There were several employees off duty hanging out in the bar drinking going in and out of the kitchen. Some came out with food for themselves or those they were with. Vanessa was very friendly to my family and I. She constantly asked us if we were okay and if we needed any refills or more dressings for our salads and brought out all of our food on her own. She did a great job and she served the entire bar side by herself (that's what it seemed like) as she was going table to table taking orders, refilling drinks, and making sure everyone was okay. We eventually asked her if she was alone and she said she was and mentioned that it was only her second night serving the bar side. Bravo girly you did an amazing job!! I called ahead to place my name on the list instead of just walking in, and we were seated within 5 minutes. Service was fine even though it was really busy that Friday night (when is it not?).
