Went for Easter Brunch and I was impressed with the food and selection, plus the price was very reasonable for a holiday brunch. Kudos to Jr and Firaz for their great service and hospitality. The Manager Daniel came out to say hello and see how everything was going. I'm planning on going there for Mother's Day.

Fabulous setting for a nutritious breakfast.

Manny at the front desk is super helpful. I believe the other lady was Georgina who was super helpful on the phone. Breakfast is amazing. Do not skip this!

We ALWAYS have a great time here! Loved it when it was born and all these years later. You guys know us! Service is always great and love the lounge ambiance and the decor for Christmas 2025! Enjoy a great meal! Mahalo!

This restaurant is an icon here in Brentwood. An elegant western decor, known for their steaks. We checked in and got seated right away, menu is simple and our order came in after about 15 mins.We ordered calamari,of course steak which are cooked to perfection, nice and tender meat but a little bit bland for my taste.side dishes are ok like creamy spinach and mashed potatoes.i enjoyed the crisp in their calamari.

We went for Birthday celebrations for my daughter. Food was great and service amazing

Food 5/5 During our visit, we sat at the bar and ordered the potato skins and sliders. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed everything! Customer Service 5/5 Our waitress was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We felt relaxed and never pressured or rushed throughout our visit. Everything went smoothly, making for an enjoyable experience. Ambience 4/5 The restaurant is a great spot in the area. While the lighting is on the dim side, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing dinner. Cleanliness 4/5 The area where we sat appeared pretty clean overall. Wait Time 5/5 There was no wait time for seating, and the food arrived within a reasonable timeframe. The only slight delay was with a side dish we ordered, but overall, we were still very satisfied with the experience. Cost 4/5 The prices were a bit on the higher side. Sides are charged separately; for example, a single grilled jalapeño was $3.00. Just something to keep in mind when ordering. However, they do offer happy hour deals. Drinks 5/5 We were very satisfied with the drinks during our visit, and they do have a happy hour drink menu!

We were expecting high priced steak dinners based on the price of beef in the grocery stores. Surprisingly, The prices, quality and presentation were above expectations. The staff was attentive and we all enjoyed our time here.

Very average. I got the bone in New York with blue crab meat on top. I had it medium rare. The steak came a bit too rare and hard to cut. Very little seasoning so I had to add salt. The scalloped potatoes were ok but a bit cold. The best part was the cream Spinach. Creamy and seasoned. Warm and very delicious. The service was terrible. Our waitress came once to check on us. We had to ask the busboy to get us to-go boxes and the check. Even the check took 5 minutes to get. Ambiance is nice, dark but lit enough to make it romantic. Busy for a Wednesday.

This time around, we order the Stracciatella Cheese for starters and my husband ordered the fresh catch of the day which was scallops over risotto and I ordered the hanger steak. I also ordered the Margarita Fuego cocktail and that was so refreshing. I personally loved the stracciatella cheese. It had sugar snap peas, strawberries, basil, pickled ginger, balsamic, evoo with toasted bread. You think the ingredients would be weird together but it really blended well and tasted so good. Unfortunately, the bar and the kitchen just didn't deliver. My Gin & Tonic was a hazard; it was so completely overloaded with peppercorns that I felt like I was chewing my drink and had to spit them out after every sip. For food, the corn elote lacked balance, and the scallops--which arrived swimming in a soup instead of a puree--tasted noticeably off. The chicken parm was entirely forgettable. With these kinds of texture and flavor issues, there's just no attention to detail in the kitchen. Even with great service, we won't be returning.

Downtown Brentwood is gorgeous and we arrived with enough time to walk around and check our storefronts. The location is across from crown and crown bar. We entered and were sat right away. The server was nice but certainly tried to upsell everything. I don't mind that so much. I think where it fell flat was we ordered the filet mignon. Mine was the overcooked by almost two degrees (ordered medium rare and there was zero pink in site). My husband and I ended up switching plates. I had already ordered a second cocktail which did not come until dessert. The server apologize this was overlooked. As someone who has been in the industry, I did not complain. I took my drink and it was nice enough. I found most of the meals lacked seasoning. The herb potato's were okay. The best part was the blueberry cheesecake. That was divine. Four of us ordered the prime rib medium rare, but all four came out rare and bright red inside. One of us also ordered a New York steak medium rare, and it was served rare as well. It was clear that multiple steaks were not cooked to the correct temperature. When I brought it to our server's attention, she didn't apologize. She took one of the prime ribs back to the kitchen, and when it came back, it was completely overcooked, burnt, and well done. It was no longer medium rare or enjoyable. My son said he was okay with his meal, but I wasn't satisfied with how the situation was handled. I spoke to the server again, hoping for some kind of resolution. Instead, she told me they weren't going to replace my son's meal because he had already eaten most of it. I explained that I wasn't asking for another meal--I simply felt our table deserved a discount because all four prime ribs and the New York steak were cooked incorrectly. The cook clearly needs better quality control, especially for a steakhouse that's known for its steaks. More importantly, the server should have apologized and handled the situation professionally instead of arguing with us. I don't remember her name, but the customer service was just as disappointing as the food. Black Angus is known for its steaks, but not at this location. We left very disappointed and won't be returning.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and elegant. We were seated in the back area, which was stunning and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing family dinner. Our server, Beto, was exceptional. Friendly, genuine, attentive, personable, and welcoming, he made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. As parents of young children, we especially appreciated how quickly everything came out without sacrificing quality. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Laconda salad with salmon (on the side), which was incredibly fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The special house made gnocchi with various cheeses was fresh and delightful. We also enjoyed a cheese pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs, both of which were delicious and expertly prepared. Every dish tasted authentic, fresh, thoughtful, and full of flavor. What stood out most was how effortless the entire evening felt. Great service, beautiful ambiance, and excellent food came together to create one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Locanda Capri has firmly reclaimed its place as one of my favorite restaurants in the area. We left happy, impressed, and already looking forward to our next visit. * A special thank you to Beto for making our evening so enjoyable. The Brussels sprouts were super tasty and the salad was refreshing after we'd been in the sun so long. I had kinda high expectations for the pizza because there are signs all over on how it's the 5th best pizza in the world(?), but maybe those signs were more so regarding the margherita pizza(?). I typically love pizza with pesto in it--this one had yellow tomatoes + burrata as well, which were both wins in my book, but it was unfortunately way, way too oily for my taste. (We wanted to blot the pool of oil out but didn't want to eff up their provided cloth napkins.) It was still tasty, but i definitely think it cookie been better. That being said, I am really curious about their pastas, so if we do go back in the future, I'll likely go for that instead!
