Another chance to try the 3 for Me deal! I decided to stop in here for an early lunch since I was in the area. In the 3 for Me I chosen the chili, and the Big QP, and a bottomless Coke, all for $10.99. The chili was out quickly, topped with shredded cheese and tortilla strips. This is a very good chili with no beans, but it is rather mild which a good dose of hot sauce will fix. The Big QP is called that as a direct shot at McDonald's Quarter Pounder. The 7.5 ounces of beef is 85% more than the 4 ounces on the Quarter Pounder! The Big QP comes with 2 slices of American cheese, chopped onion, pickled, mustard, and ketchup. And it comes with a nice amount of FFs.This is an excellent burger, and the meal deal is a great value. I would also recommend that you take a close look at their Triple Dipper - I would suggest the Southwestern Egg Rolls (very crispy, filled with shredded chicken, black beans, corn, spinach, and Pepper Jack cheese) with Avocado Ranch dipping sauce; Chicken Crispers with Nashville Hot sauce on them; and Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara or Nashville Hot sauce. Been here twice and it's been AMAZING. I have no idea why the ratings are so low but their new menu is phenomenal!!!!! Their street corn is juicy, very well seasoned, and gives you that summer night out feel! Their baby back ribs are great! Mine were a little over cooked the second time I got them but the juicy meat made up for it. Very family friendly. Employees are very nice and courteous. The managers and general managers should be very proud of their staff here. I travel all over the country for work and after a long day out in the sun it is REFRESHING to feel welcomed into such an amazing environment. Their music isn't too loud, the lights aren't too bright and it's perfect for a date night full of conversations. My waiter Mason was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and very polite. These are little rolls of deliciousness to be dipped into avocado ranch. Although his is an appetizer my husband and I usually order these as a meal they are very fulfilling. Also the Honey Chipotle chicken crispers are the perfect combination of sweet and spicy and on a whole new level of yummy . Now I have a secret to share my daughter and I literally come here for a drink ( non alcoholic of course ). It's the blackberry lemonade ( oh man it's SO good ). So I know right now you are like I've never seen that on the menu ( that's cause it's not ) but guys it's a thing a real drink and if you request it they will whip it up for you and it's indescribable . This place just constantly disappoints me. For a place that is supposedly famous for their chili, the chili was disgusting. I mean, almost inedible. Their wasn't even a hint of spice to it. It tasted like salty meat mush. I asked for jalapeños to make it salvageable, but it was still AWFUL. I have previously had just about everything on the menu over the years. Constantly disappointed. Constantly. I only go here when other people want the food. I've been to other chili's restaurants. They were better. This one, in particular, is not worth the money. Management is going to run this restaurant out of business. The hostess was inexperienced but also rude when she explained she was just doing what the manager told her to do when we asked if we had been skipped. The restaurant was empty and we waited twice as long as she said at check in. It was difficult seeing 20 something tables empty and still waiting an hour. Then we were told by the waitress that we could only have 1 menu for a party of 6 because the manager said so and that we could use our phones. I explained that 3 of the party didn't have smart phones but she said we don't have enough menus and left!!! Apparently 2 additional menus was going to break the bank when there were only 4 other tables with customers in eye shot. The manager should NEVER expect seniors to have smart phones. My parents are not tech savvy. The food was par, and we had to change a few choices because they were out of some items. We got there at 6:30 but didn't leave until 9. There wasn't anything that went well. The vibe was really bad, but I think what will stick with me the most about this visit is how unapologetic the staff was enforcing the managers rules. On Saturday, March 19, 2022, after spending the day at the NC Zoo we were anxious to go to Chili's! We were a party of 12 adults and 8 children. We went inside and the young lady let us know that she was new and didn't know how to arrange seating for that many people but she would get her manager. The manager told us that she could not accommodate that large of a crowd without reservations but her restaurant does NOT take reservations so we would have an hour to an hour and a half hour wait because she was holding tables for two groups that had already made reservation. I reminded her that she'd just said that her restaurant doesn't take reservations!!! During our interaction, there were only nine people in there. My daughter then asked if we came in and not be seated as a group how long would we have to wait. She said it didn't matter because she w /holding those tables for the groups that had reservations - for a restaurant that does NOT take reservations ‼‼Talking about customer service, that manager was HORRIBLE ‼ I hate to use the race card but this wasn't discrimination, I don't know what is‼‼ I didn't include that my party was African American and she was an extremely rude Caucasian. I was told that it would be a hour to a hour and a half wait because they had a reservation for a large party that had not arrived. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad and could not eat it. The dressing was so spicy hot that my mouth was burning. I was going to just leave it but a friend that was with me told the waiter (Hunter) that the dressing was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. He said he would bring me another salad with the dressing on the side. Did he think putting the dressing on the side was going to change the spiciness of the dressing. Well, before he brought another salad my friends had finished their meal. When he brought the salad I told him I didn't want the salad because everyone else had finished eating. The family and I went for dinner last night. Upon arrival we were told the wait for our table would be 30 mins. In five minutes we received a text letting us know our table was ready. Soon after we were seated our waiter arrived and took our drink order. I drank a couple of their famous margaritas which are delicious and were only 4 dollars a piece. That's a great price! I had the ribs, you can never go wrong with the ribs here. Everyone enjoyed their meal last night. Our meals ranged from ribs to steak to salads. No complaints across the table of 8. First of all, my Husband and I LOVE Chili's and eat at one of their restaurants often, even when traveling, we look for a Chili's. The Asheboro location has always been a favorite and we've always had good experiences there. Unfortunately, last night was VERY disappointing, in terms of the service! We are usually very good tippers, giving well more than the 20% but, last night, I'm not sure we even tipped 10%. There were three of us in our party last night and once we were seated, we waited a good 10 mins before we even saw our Server, Kelsey. She was friendly (that remained true throughout our experience), took our drink order and, we waited...as Reward Members, we requested chips and salsa and...we waited. Sometime around 10 mins. AFTER the chips and salsa arrived, Kelsey came to take our order. (Now, we did ask for a COUPLE of extra minutes, prior to this wait but, we didn't need 10 mins.) By the time we placed our order, we already needed drink refills which sat unfilled until we tracked down another Server and asked. When the food arrived our drinks needed refilling again and...we waited. Longer story short, we ended up spending nearly two hours and TOO much of that time was WAITING on service. We even had to ask another Server to help us get our check. We left frustrated and not interested in returning. Our Server was also taking care of a party of 12 (they were already being waited on, when we arrived) and the booths on either side of ours. Maybe she needed more help, I don't know. We were most definitely neglected in favor of the larger table. I just wished we had had a better experience! read more

We came in to this restaurant after a long long day at Nc Zoo. The Texas cheese fries were old and did not taste good. The Avocado sirloin steak had rotten avocado on it covered in a sauce.
