First time ever eating Chili's. I got the fried pickles as an appetizer and bacon cheeseburger with fries. I will have to say I was very impressed. No wait , the food came out fairly quickly and looked amazing!!! The burger was cooked perfectly like I special requested. The whole meal was great. We also had a great server! Don't eat at Chilies at Arapahoe Crossing they told me I should take my clients to McDonalds instead of there. Apparently they don't welcome people with disabilities. The food was ok but the waitress actually followed me to the parking lot to tell me to take my clients that are developmentaly delayed to McDonalds next time. I could hear her talking about me with other wait staff as I paid the bill. read more

I dread when hubby says he wants to eat here. Their menu is so bland. I've ordered almost everything on the menu at this point (hubby really likes to eat here). It just all seems half hearted. My preferred menu item are the fajitas, but the meat is very tough. I really dislike the screens on the table. A lot. It is a big distraction for my husband and son. This location I have visited multiple times and its been pretty consistently below average for Chilis. The food is bland and put together terribly... my last time there I ordered a steak to be cooked medium and it came out so rare and full of gristle that I could barely cut through it. The staff are always aloof and unprofessional. On one occasion we had our waiter actually counting his tips at our table while taking our order and on another visit while sitting at the bar I noticed another waiter taking shots while working. read more

The waiter was rude and it took her forever to get the food, when i call on her to ask for a drink refill, she just came looking pissed and told me "if you can just wait a little bit i would have came myself to get you a refill" i waited like 10 minutes before calling her. Food was good but the customer service was terrible. It seemed okay in the beginning. She got our order down and I asked for my steak to not be medium rare but more on the rare side. I also ordered the tea. Never got my tea. Steak was more cooked than I wanted. Didn't complain and just ate it. My daughters Apple juice came towards the end of the meal. Asked for the check and she answered by saying we didn't look like we were done eating... Honestly that shouldn't matter.. She should of asked us if there was anything else we needed throughout our meal. Then she brings us our check... And I told my bf I never got my drink. He had to tell her and she took it off but never apologized for not bringing it. She seemed like she just didn't want to be there and wanted the day to end..I get it.. Work sucks sometimes but you don't have to show it, regardless its work and you need to at least do a decent job and not seem like you don't want to be there. We had a horrific experience dining at this restaurant Sunday night, located at 6646 S. Parker Rd. in Aurora, CO 80016. We arrived about 7:30 PM and there were many dirty tables throughout the restaurant. As the hostess was seating us she told me, "You just missed it, we were so busy tonight." Funny, because the last time I was at this location I found the restaurant in the same condition and they told me the same thing. BTW, none of those tables were cleaned up at all while we were there so we had to look at a messy restaurant, same as last time at this location. After arriving at our table in the dining room we noticed a "Happy Hour all day Sunday" sign on our table but the Happy Hour appetizers were only available in the bar, so we were discussing moving when our waiter arrived and asked us what we wanted to drink. I told him that we were interested in the Happy Hour appetizers and he said they were only in the bar and we said that we were discussing moving to there at which he replied "I don't care if you move" in a 'please move so I won't have to wait on you' tone. So we moved to a table in the bar area. Immediately our waiter, Jimmy, came to the table with an attitude and wanted to know what we wanted to order. I told him that we needed time to look at the menu and discuss it. He came back two more times in the next two minutes interrupting us each time and acting huffy when we told him that we still needed more time. My husband ordered water for all of us with light ice. Then we ordered several appetizers. To which Jimmy said with an attitude, "Is that ALL you are having or are you ordering meals?" I told him that we were ordering meals but we needed a minute to select them as we hadn't even looked at that menu yet. When he brought our waters we each ordered the unlimited soup and salad. I ordered first and selected the salad fesca with loaded potato soup (which was very watery). When my husband ordered he asked if he could switch salads when he wanted more and Jimmy told him "No, whatever you order you are stuck with it, you can't switch salads but you can switch soups." (The menu did not say this.) I said I didn't realize this and switched to the house salad but without croutons and cucumber. We looked at the menu and could not find anything about not switching salads. In fact it said, "unlimited soup and salad" and listed three soups and two salads. My husband said that he would ask the manager. So he got up and asked the hostess to speak with the manager. Diandra Howell, manager, came out to speak with him and he was told that she believed that the waiter was joking because he had that kind of personality. To which my husband replied if that were the case then why didn't he say he was joking when my wife switched the salad she originally ordered because he said she couldn't switch salads. She said she didn't know and she would talk with him about it. When our appetizers plates were abruptly picked up Jimmy he also took our forks which were on the plates. When our salads arrived a salad with croutons was set in front of me and I told the person who put it there that I ordered mine without croutons to which he replied, "I didn't know!" also with an nasty attitude. He switch my salad with the one he had given my husband and that salad had two croutons on it, good thing I'm not allergic and could just pick them off. My family did not order their salads without anything but they did not get cucumbers, I guess because I ordered mine without cucumbers no one could have them. Since we had no forks we could not start eating our salads until Jimmy came back with our soups. My husband ordered potato soup for his second bowl and asked if it could be heated up a bit as his first bowl of chicken enchilada soup was barely warm. When Jimmy brought his soup he told him it "was just boiling" and it was! It also had no bacon on top. As he was setting my son's second bowl of soup down he was not watching what he was doing and he had it at such an angle that he just kept pouring the soup out of the side of the bowl while we all gasped. Jimmy then acted as if there was nothing wrong with pouring the soup on the table. Then he sent down a fresca salad in front of me and I had not even ordered it. I asked for another bowl of potato soup which arrived with a large piece of crunchy lettuce in it. And it was also very watery. Jimmy took my first salad plates again with my fork. As he was walking away with it I said, "You're taking our forks again". To which Jimmy replied in a nasty tone, " Let's keep our forks then" and brought the dirty plates back to give us our forks. I told him, "I didn't leave it on the plate on purpose". Honestly where was I supposed to put it? Not on the dirty table if I was planning on using it again. We never received the chips and salsa, which were supposed to come with the unlimited soup and salad. We never received refills of water without asking for them. read more

If could give them less I would. I almost swallowed a half inch piece of metal, that was in my soup. Told the server, (he was very nice about it) he told the manager, and she said Comp the soup, now the soup was part of a meal, she did not comp the meal, she literally comped the soup, $3 would have comped the meal. People like to dog out the " chain " restaurants but I gotta give a shout out to Chilis for their grub.. Try the rachero chicken tacos.. They're awesome.. Their salsa is unique and very very tasty.. Even the black beans and rice that accompanies the tacos is excellent.. They have just the right amount of seasoning .. It can be tough to make beans and rice flavorful but they've done it.. We came here to break our fast during Ramadan and we were not disappointed. The margarita chicken and ancho salmon combo is perfect for anyone looking for healthy choices. Try any of the Armold Palmers (they are all wonderful) and the Southwest Chicken Soup. The other soup we had was some kind of cheese soup, which was edible but not too special. We got in and out in less than 30 minutes and paid about $70 for four entrees and two soups. Not a bad place for a simple quality meal. read more

I visited your restaurant on 6/17/17 around 7:15pm, we were sat outside as request, my friend and I noticed other guest arriving and being greeted except us. 7:30pm a gentlemen finally walked over and asked if we have been helped and we said no, he left his pencil and said he right back. 7:33pm, a female walked out and being to say "What would you like to order", no apology or anything for the wait. Poor customer service throughout our entire dinner, at one point she explained she was a little flustered as she pull a muscle.. which made me stop and think, "I'm suppose to have compassion for you, but you express none while we waited patiently for you". Needless to say, Chilis I'm an addict to your restaurant it I will no longer visit after this service. I would encourage management staff to coach & develop your employees on a "communication and expectations" what consumers want and expect when dining inside your facility. read more

Never have had to complain about this chili's to-go orders, but tonight was just bad. Of the three meals we placed in the order, all three had issues. 1. The chocolate milk and kids cob were missing altogether from my child's meal. 2. We thought my wife's burrito was missing cheese, but it turned out there was some in the last two bites. They did forget the "smothered" part of it though. 3. Lastly, my steamed broccoli... wasn't steamed. Just a pile of (slightly warm) broccoli, yum. Three strikes in one! I came here for dinner tonight with my husband and the only good thing was the order of chips and guac. He ordered tilapia and I ordered chicken crispers with a salad and fries. The sides that came with the fish were boring and tasteless. My fries and chicken were okay. The salad had no life to it and tasted wilted if that even makes sense. Our server said, "Oh" in a disappointed way when I ordered water with lemon. I prefer to have water with my meal. I really do not intend to eat at Chili's again. I will happily go to Cheddar's across the street where the food is much better. read more

So I decided to try the 3 for $10 promotion that is being advertised. Soft drink, choice of soup or salad plus a small entre for 10 bucks. I tried the 6oz sirloin steak entre that is offered (you can upgrade to 10oz for another 4 bucks), and it was marginally ok for the price (I didn't have unreal expectations for prime steak at that price point). Miraculously, as only a large chain seems able to do, Chili's finds a way to screw up the little things. Like a table that is sticky from previous use, mashed potatoes that are bland and tasteless paste in spite of being topped with cheese, green onion and bacon bits, and inexplicably cramming a house salad into a condiment bowl. You know, like how salsa is typically served for dipping? If you pack lettuce greens, little tiny bits of tomato, grated cheese, slices of red onion, croutons and a cucumber slice into that little bowl (granted you might have to stomp it in there), it just might be difficult to eat without it dribbling on to the mystery glue surface of the table. The good news is that the sticky table helps keep the spillage from going overboard to the floor - the bad news is that if you think the table is cleaner than the floor, you are exercising a lot of faith. So.... I have satisfied my curiosity to try their steak that is "slow motion good" in the TV adverts, and I won't feel left out when I see that ad run, thinking I'm the only person not getting one of those fabulous slow motion steaks. No one is getting one - this is Chili's, not a fine restaurant. What was I thinking? read more

Our service was terrible. It took 30 minutes to get our table-side grau. We left immediately. The manager wanted to take care of the meal but it was so frustrating we just left. Went to East Cafe. I noticed they have the highest rating of all Chilis 3.5 out of 5. Sad. read more
