I used to love Chili's, but it seems to have gone downhill over the last few years. The servers are friendly enough, but I've usually sat in the bar where it's "first come, first served." This last visit was very disappointing. I know from past experiences to not order a burger, but with the assurance that they recently revamped their burgers, I ordered one. My dining partner ordered pasta with no tomatoes and requested it be brought out hot off the oven. The burger was bland with far too many onion crisps and the pasta was already lukewarm plus it came out with tomatoes! Very disappointing! Not happy with dinner .. Sat at the bar had a margarita while we waited for our TOGO order... I ordered a Triple dipper Chkn crispers , mouth bites and egg rolls ... Crispers looked old and tasted old .. Everything tastes like it had been sitting for a while !! My husband steak was very rare I specifically asked for ranch and bbq sauce with my order. I got one ranch no bbq.. when we received our order I asked if the ranch and bbq was in my bag ... bartender said yes! Went for lunch on a Thursday. Service was poor; no one was rude, just perfunctory. Salad dishes left on table after other food served. No one checked back till we were almost through. Expediter stopped back to ask if all was alright, and before my wife could respond she said "good" and left. I had the new double cheese burger, "New" fresco salad, fries. Fries good. That's all. "Fresco salad" = some leaves, vinaigrette, crumbled queso fresco (cheap cheap cheap) Burger was deplorable. Meat patties exact flavor of McDonalds- I would bet they are supplied from same processing plant. Cooked dry and hard. Served on a dry bready bun with re hardened cheese, some lettuce and mustard. The whole experience smacks of a restaurant cutting corners as they dive bomb out of business. I will never go to another chilis. read more

Food has really went downhill!! We had 4 people with us for dinner and no one liked their food. One person got ribs and they were inedible due to the enormous amount of fat. The steaks were just okay...I never use steak sauce but felt I needed to just to make the steak edible. Another person got the Cajun Pasta, which had good flavor except it was barely warm. I don't recommend getting the guacamole and chips. When you look at the menu it says the ingredients that are in the guacamole. But when the guacamole came they were not in it. It was just an avocado. read more

We're here at Chili's and I fired up Yelp just to tell ya how dang delicious the carnitas tacos are. Seriously good eats. We also ordered the enchilada soup (it's ok), fish taco, and shrimp taco. Those tacos were good, but the carnitas taco was out of this world. The service was good. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was quick with refills and food delivery. Very sweet hostess named Sky gave us a nice welcome. Restrooms and eating area were clean and it was a nice atmosphere. Would recommend for a drink with friends, casual date night, or dinner with family. Not for a fancy dinner date. read more

This is one of our standard go to restaurants with or without the kids. Food is consistently good. Service is pretty good most of the time. And the ambiance is ok if you don't mind it getting loud from time to time. With that said I have to give Dustin 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up on tonight's service. He was on top of everything. Always making sure drinks were filled, checking to make sure appetizers and meal were satisfactory. I always get margaritas when I go to chili's because they have THE BEST. Today I was unsure of what to order, so I ordered everything suggested by our server MATTHEW (who is the best btw)!! He suggested the lucky Jameson margarita which OMG was so fantastic and it's the March $5 margarita!! I usually get the patron margarita, but this one might be even better!!! Also had the house salad, was meh 3/5. Could use yummier croutons and more cucumber and onion. BF got the bacon burger. I had that the last time I came here. But not here. I walked in 2 minutes later and asked to retrieve my tray only to be told by some server that " OMG, I just through it away" . Okay then, can I speak to your manager? Sure. So, Zack shows up. I explain the situation to him, tell him what my order was and Zack assures me he will take care of it and put an order in for me to go. Mashed potatoes don't taste too good if you are looking for traditional mashed potato flavor. Overall not a good experience but service is good, workers are nice. I ordered Texas Cheese Fries tonight because they are amazing but it took an hour to get them! At around 45 minutes I flagged down a waitress from another section because my waiter Armando was nowhere to be found, and she told me that my order had accidentally been put to go, and then she went to go and grab the fries for me. By the time I got them, they were cold, but I was about to just pay for them and leave because I'd been there a while. But then the manager came over with a whole new set of fries, and took care of the bill. That's not what I'm upset about. What I'm upset about is that the manager apologized for what happened and told me it was the fault of the technology. That might be true but isn't it also the fault of my waiter Armando? He never checked on me, and if I hadn't flagged down that other waitress I'd probably still be waiting for my Texas Fries an hour and a half later. I'm not asking that he gets coached in front of me or fired but an apology from HIM would have made all the difference, and management taking some accountability would have been nice and way more genuine than just blaming the technology. read more

I was there when a fight broke out! The food was OK. It is pretty loud inside. It can be fun. But that incident was easy to avoid. I like the Santa Cruz steak.
