I stop at this location often. Honestly, this is the worse experience I've had here. The server Lisa was rude when she came to our table to drop off soup and we expressed to her that we had not received our chips and salsa. She walked off and we witnessed her take chips and salsa to another table who arrived after we did. Also, where we were sitting we have a clear visual of the kitchen, and we watched Lisa tell our waitress (Chloe) that she had to bring us our food AFTER we watched Lisa deliver food to EVERY other table in our section that Chloe was also the waitress for. The appetizers we ordered were the nachos and the side salad. The portion size for the nachos was big while the salad was a small bowl but a good size for a side salad. Their entree size was big and very filling. The taste of their entrees are average. I'd rather get a smaller portion that was tasty than a large portion that was mediocre. We came to Chili's as we waited for the car to charge. Great stop over before Vegas! Walked in on a Friday night around 7pm. We got seated right away. The restaurant was busy. Great ambiance and atmosphere. The servers were friendly and attentive. They provided the special for the day. We ended up ordering from their special- it came with a drink of choice (soda, lemonade or coffee), appetizer and entree. As for me, I ordered the chicken creamy soup and cajun chicken pasta.
