Chili's: Good Food, Great Deals... But Somebody Needs to Watch the Kitchen! Let me start with the good because Chili's actually got some things RIGHT. That Bacon Burger was GOODT! The burger was flavorful, the bacon was doing exactly what bacon is supposed to do, and the whole thing was delicious. And getting it on the 3 for Me menu? Now THAT'S what I'm talking about. Good food, plenty of food, and you don't have to take out a second mortgage to pay for it. The Triple Dipper is another winner. That thing is basically a party platter pretending to be an appetizer. It's enough for one hungry person or two people who claim they're "just going to share" but somehow keep reaching across the table every 30 seconds. The variety is great, and you get to try a little bit of everything. Now let's talk about the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks. Those things had some SPICE! But thankfully, it wasn't that ridiculous "my mouth is on fire and I can no longer feel my lips" kind of spice. It actually had flavor behind it. The Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers were spicy, flavorful, and definitely brought the heat. Now... the Burger Bites. ‍ WHAT. WAS. THAT?! These things were NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. We're talking "did the cook even turn the stove on?" Because somebody needs to explain why my burger bites were still acting like they had plans to return to the kitchen. I don't know if the cook was rushing, tired, distracted, or just said, "Eh, that's good enough," but NO MA'AM! Meat needs to be cooked properly. That's not a suggestion--that's the assignment! So overall, Chili's delivered some really good food and a great value with the 3 for Me menu. The Bacon Burger, Triple Dipper, Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks and Chicken Crispers were all solid. But those Burger Bites? Straight to the principal's office! Chili's, y'all can do better. I came for dinner, not a kitchen science experiment. Would I come back? Absolutely. The Big Smash Burger is literally one of the best burgers I've ever had. Yeah, I can't believe I'm saying that either haha. I know it's just a Chilis but they really hit it out of the park with this one. I loved it so much I made my husband take me again so he could try it. And you can't beat their $9.99 offer. I had a good experience for a busy Friday night! This location is BUSY... ALL THE TIME! Please keep that in mind when arriving/expectations. When we arrived the gentleman up front hosting was very kind. Once seated, Melvin was training Robyn and they both did an awesome job. They asked us to be patient, but honestly, it wasn't needed Robyn handled everything, and Melvin was checking in regularly. The food was classic Chili's easy, my only complaint was that my daughter's pizza was still very soft, not left in the oven long enough. After a long day, I really needed a margarita, the watermelon marg hit the spot. I don't drink often, so I asked for it with light alcohol and it was made perfectly. Despite the fact that we walked in at a busy time and on Father's Day we experienced great customer service from the moment we walked it to the time we left the restaurant. Our server Darius was extremely friendly and we didn't feel rushed although he was very busy with other tables. Anytime we want a good hamburger we go to Chili's in Beaumont. We always get the 3 for me. They don't offer the Old Timer hamburger with it now. The hamburger now has no lettuce and tomato and is kind of sloppy. We are disappointed that they cut back when you could look around and tell that was a favorite meal for everyone to order now they offer a QP and a smash burger, which is disappointing and they charge more for the chicken sandwich and two dollars more if you want the old timer, with lettuce and tomato on it. read more

Beaumont/Banning is growing rapidly where we're from so I want to review it so people understand this Chilis isn't the best. The Redlands location is far better so go there. Leave this one for the older folks who live near by because this is more there scene anyway. First, we went in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. So placing orders, cooking food decently, and being nice shouldn't be a hard thing to achieve. First, our waitress wasn't the nicest... but we have worse before. Then, our fries... all our fries were SALTY! Beyond! Even my daughter didn't like it and she loves salty foods, especially French fries. Then my potato soup wasn't good... it tasted very canned and even had canned consistency. I literally just took it to go and didn't end up eating it. Our bill wasn't worth it... the quality overall wasn't bad... but definitely not worth the money. The one in Redlands is way better. read more

My family is extremely picky and admittedly a bit high-maintenance, and he handles all of our requests with patience, humor, and professionalism every single time. What usually feels like a hassle when taking my family out becomes easy because of him. His positive attitude and genuine, delightful presence truly make our visits worth it. It seems like they had a good thing going - now they fired the general manager of the store. She had been here for 27 years. Seems everything was going well as you have to wait 20 minutes for a seat. The Competition Boston's Pizza opened up a facility three blocks away and has taken some business away, but not for long . We can't understand why they would fire such a valuable (as far as the customers are concerned ) 27 year employee. Not only that, but the remaining managers are very, very impersonal . the TVs are chilis staple and now far below "Chilis standards".
