Everything was ok except for the "loaded baked potato". The soup was watery, with minimal tiny, pre-cut little potato cubes; the kind that come in the frozen bagged potatoes for breakfast. It came with cheese that completely melted into the watery "soup" that made it a stringy, gooey mess. I guess the best thing about the soup was the green onions. When we arrived the gentleman up front hosting was very kind. Once seated, Melvin was training Robyn and they both did an awesome job. They asked us to be patient, but honestly, it wasn't needed Robyn handled everything, and Melvin was checking in regularly. Despite the fact that we walked in at a busy time and on Father's Day we experienced great customer service from the moment we walked it to the time we left the restaurant. Our server Darius was extremely friendly and we didn't feel rushed although he was very busy with other tables. I dined in at this location yesterday 3/14/2026 and I was given the best service. Darius goes above and beyond for his guests. He was phenomenal, he has extraordinary customer service. He was always checking in on us, never letting us go unattended for too long, he was on top of our margaritas and other drinks whenever we needed another, and overall his energy is just amazing. Anytime we want a good hamburger we go to Chili's in Beaumont. We always get the 3 for me. They don't offer the Old Timer hamburger with it now. The hamburger now has no lettuce and tomato and is kind of sloppy. We are disappointed that they cut back when you could look around and tell that was a favorite meal for everyone to order now they offer a QP and a smash burger, which is disappointing and they charge more for the chicken sandwich and two dollars more if you want the old timer, with lettuce and tomato on it. read more

My family is extremely picky and admittedly a bit high-maintenance, and he handles all of our requests with patience, humor, and professionalism every single time. Beaumont/Banning is growing rapidly where we're from so I want to review it so people understand this Chilis isn't the best. The Redlands location is far better so go there. Leave this one for the older folks who live near by because this is more there scene anyway. First, we went in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. So placing orders, cooking food decently, and being nice shouldn't be a hard thing to achieve. First, our waitress wasn't the nicest... but we have worse before. Then, our fries... all our fries were SALTY! Beyond! Even my daughter didn't like it and she loves salty foods, especially French fries. Then my potato soup wasn't good... it tasted very canned and even had canned consistency. I literally just took it to go and didn't end up eating it. It seems like they had a good thing going - now they fired the general manager of the store. She had been here for 27 years. Seems everything was going well as you have to wait 20 minutes for a seat. The Competition Boston's Pizza opened up a facility three blocks away and has taken some business away, but not for long . We can't understand why they would fire such a valuable (as far as the customers are concerned ) 27 year employee. Not only that, but the remaining managers are very, very impersonal . the TVs are chilis staple and now far below "Chilis standards".
