I lived in Beaumont going on about three years. I was glad to know there was a Chili's nearby because we usually enjoy eating there. every time I've been here it is the worst service. I took my family a few weeks ago, and I ended up sitting at the table for an hour Just to pay for my drinks and leave. We have been going to this Chili's location for 2.5 years and nothing but great service. We typically sit in the bar area and try to get the same server which is Michael and or Kylani. They are both EXCELLENT and truly know the meaning of customer service. Always great seeing them both and have an AMAZING attitude. They have a new manager, Lee, and he has really worked hard to turn the restaurant around! He's only been onboard 2 weeks, but he has done an amazing job with the staff and food service! I hadn't visited this chili spot in person for a while, but last night I was craving their fried mozzarella, so I convinced my dad to join me. We arrived around 8 pm and were greeted warmly; the staff let us choose our own seating. It was quite busy, so it took a while before our waitress had a moment to stop by our table.For appetizers, we ordered the chips and salsa and the triple dipper with mango habanero bone-in wings, fried mozzarella, and southwestern egg rolls. For our main entrées, my dad got the smokehouse combo with ribs, chicken quesadillas, and Nashville hot crispers, while I opted for the fajita trio, which included steak, chicken, and shrimp. I also ordered the molten chocolate cake to-go for dessert.The appetizers were decent; the egg rolls were crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the fried mozzarella was as delicious as ever. The chips and salsa were also satisfactory for a chain restaurant. However, the wings were dry, and while the sauce had a nice sweet flavor, it didn't help with the dryness. My dad enjoyed some items in the smokehouse combo, especially the ribs and corn on the cob. However, he wasn't impressed with the chicken quesadillas or the bland crispers, which lacked salt and spice.When my fajita plate arrived, it was sizzling, but upon touching the chicken, I found it was cold. The steak was overcooked and tough, so I ended up taking it home for my dogs. The shrimp was the only thing I found palatable, although it was still bland. Christ! Been waiting over 30 mins for a damn appetizer!! Don't come here tonight! It hits the table will probably gonna have to just box it up and leave. What a bunch of crap. 45 mins later they bring out garbage food and then they just tried to gaslight me saying that's the way the hamburgers come. These were little sliders, and the meat was burnt fallen apart, and on a single bun that they tried to cut into fours. They only cut it in half. There wasn't even any cheese on the burgers the other meal everything was crushed and just nasty looking.. It was so upsetting the way we were treated. We ended up just going straight home. The night was ruined. I calmly told the waitress if the weight is gonna be a really long time it's her duty to let the customer know so that they would have the freedom of choice to go somewhere else. It's just wrong to pack the customers in there yank their Chain, then gaslight them. Only when I pointed that out, did she finally admit that because the wait was getting so long, that they just threw it together. Totally gross and offputting probably won't be back. Well, I'm glad the waitress Christy tried to apologize. She also made excuses that she didn't know this. She didn't know that so that's considered a backhanded apology which means it's sincere because really what mattered to her was not getting the blame or getting off the hook. A few months back Chili's did another strange thing we were having a birthday party and wanted to decorate a couple of the chairs before the birthday girls got there. We had a table reserved. Nobody was around and yet they refused to let us in there so we ended up having to decorate with the birthday girls standing right there watching... totally ruined the atmosphere...that was just a really horrible, terrible mismanagement and a stupid rule. This restaurant is completely falling apart corporate needs to send somebody down there to force them to get their act together starting with the teenagers that they're hiring as hostesses that are packing way too many customers in there and then making them wait 45 minutes for appetizers this will never happen to us when we lived in Los Angeles !!! read more

So, my friends and I went in, and ordered the chips with guacamole, and the two different kinds of queso. Our waiter also gave us a free chips and salsa. I wanted to get the queso and guacamole and salsa and the rest of the chips to go, and he bagged everything up for us saying that he gave us new chips with new queso and guac and new salsa. " Pius The Bartender Was Awesome ! " We went with a neighbor in our area to dinner at Chili's in Beaumont, CA. We sat at a table next to the Bar area where Pius the Bartender was working. Pius did a great job all night as he hustled around the restaurant doing all of the Bar orders for his waiters and handle all the tables next to the Bar. We had some very good cocktails that Pius made for us, and we enjoyed a Smokehouse Combo meal that had Baby Back Ribs and Chicken Crispers with roasted Street Corn, French Fries, and Garlic Toast. We also had a Triple Dipper where you select three appetizers and enjoy ! Served with many dipping sauces. It was very tasty. He spilled strawberry lemonade on me and never apologized and on top of that he blamed it on me. He was overall not the best server. He asked us if we wanted to go boxes and when he brought them he tossed it on the table. Michael didn't even have the patience to wait for us to grab them, same thing with the receipt he tossed it to us. He needs more training as a server and manners i'm very disappointed I don't recommend coming to this location at all. I hate to write a bad review because our food was actually pretty good but the service was awful. We sat in the bar area and came in, put in our drink order and was then told our server was leaving and we were getting a new server named Michael. We got our drinks and waited and waited and waited to place our order. Our old server had to come take our order before she left. Once our order was placed it took almost an hour to get our food. We had to ask about our food 3 times. Once we got our food it was good. We were done and ready to go and asked for our check and my mom joked with the server about Chili's paying for our food because it took so long and immediately Micheal went to talk to a manager. Once the manager Joe came out he came with an attitude already not helpful at all and not willing to give us anything but a dessert. We were all ready to just go home at that point so we said we'd take a dessert to go as long as it doesn't take as long as our food. With a big attitude and his sarcastic tone he said well it won't take 45 minutes. So we placed our order for one piece of peanut butter pie and waited. We eventually had to just get up to walk out after 20 more minutes of waiting. The server came over as we were getting up and asked what he did. We said we just don't want our pie anymore that we were leaving and he said he'll go tell them not to cut it. Like how long does it take to cut a premade pie?
