It was good... I ordered the whisky in the jar burger with fries and an Ice tea.. It was a decent burger.. The toppings were tasty, the burger patty itself was a struggle for flavor.. The fries where piping hot and crispy. The fries were actually really good.. They had a nice coating and crisp to them.. I also had an ice tea (brewed ice tea) and it was refreshing for a hot day.. I was in there early for lunch so there wasn't very many people inside.. My server was very friendly and attentive.. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were as well.. Would I come back? Yes.. The prices were reasonable especially when food in the same parking lot is somewhat close in price, go to fire rock and enjoy the ambiance..

I peaked inside and said hello, and this female staff member lost her marbles and basically said how unacceptable it was that I did that and basically chased me out of the restaurant. I only did that because we had my 83 year old handicap grandfather and our small dog with us on a hot day so I was hoping to just get some water for both of them. Instead she continued to have the worst attitude I ever experienced from a restaurant staff member. To the owners, I highly recommend you watch tape of her attitude towards me, and watch my poor grandfather have to hobble out of your establishment due to your terrible employee. She claimed to be the only one working so it should be easy to figure out who she is, she didn't have a name tag on. She should be fired. We were there today, which is 6-1-26 at 11:40am if you have any aspiration to better your business, I encourage you to watch camera footage of her terrible attitude towards your customers. We'll never be back but you should honestly fire her.

Our friend got the Mac and cheese, while Dad went for the spaghetti and sausage. Service was good considering how busy the restaurant was. Lots of families and groups were there, and the food arrived before too long, so props to the kitchen staff. Full marks for portions, appearance, and how warm the meals were upon arrival. I had to be careful, but with some enjoyment lost from eating slowly in one side of the mouth, I realized this was a very good lasagne. The Mac and cheese looked great, too, and Dad commented on how good the sausage was. I ate everything except for the garlic bread, due to my situation. A small nibble suggested full flavor, but it wasn't worth the risk since my dentist office was closed until Tuesday. All-in-all, I would come back if I found myself in the area.

Sammy was especially great--friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her customer service really stood out. It's refreshing to have someone who takes pride in making sure customers have a good experience. More restaurants could take a page from Sammy's book because good customer service can make just as much of a difference as good food. Sammy made the visit feel personal and comfortable without being overbearing. The restaurant wasn't too busy when I visited, which made for a nice, chill atmosphere.
