Our waitress was very nice and helpful (I'm gluten free) but their food was terrible. I ordered the shrimp and steak fajitas which weren't terrible but they forgot my tortillas and once I finally got them they were disgusting. They were pieces of stale corn tortillas and were completely inedible. My mom ordered the boneless wings and asked for bbq but got honey chipotle. They were so salty she couldn't eat them. I had 2 of the El Niños and they were good and did the job. 3 stars because they get a 50/50 for me..the last two times I've been here I've ordered the ribeye medium cooked and both times they've came out a little more on the medium well/well done side ehh it's okay no biggy. Service is typically fair nothing mind blowing but just enough to satisfy my soul. I've ordered fajitas before and had no issues, I guess they have chip managers that are tripping on asking to take extra home, shit I guess it's Chili's not Flemmings to each their own. I Would like to provide an update on my last review for Chili's in Beaumont ca., Server, Michael. My sister and I visited chilis on Sunday January 17, 2022 for dinner. Due to limited staff, they were closing at 8pm. We arrived around 5:30pm and sat in the bar. Our server arrived and I immediately felt uneasy because this was the same server we had on our precious visit that began and ended poorly. However, Michael arrived at our table in a timely manner with a positive attitude and willing to please. I am delighted to say, Michael has made a complete 360 turn around, providing a wonderfly pleasant dining experience. I attempted to visit this restaurant on 11/24 at 9 pm. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by an older gentleman. I told him I had 3 adults and two children in my party. He proceeded to point to the right side of the restaurant which was completely clean and empty. He said that side was closed for the evening and there was only bar seating but it would be a 45-minute wait. I was confused considering it did not appear busy and it was a Friday night 2 hours to close. As someone with previous restaurant management experience, I felt like this particular server may have been trying to end his shift and didn't want to take another table. I attempted to go again this evening and waited in the lobby and was never greeted. I never got the opportunity to eat here so I can't speak on the food but if this was any indication I'd pass on this Chili's. read more

One of the worst chillis I've been too! service was terrible! I ordered my drink with the waitress and she forgot first time forgiven second time annoyed third time not acceptable! I hesitated when placing our order for delivery because I know Chili's isn't exactly amazing food but I was really craving a good salad and decided to take a chance. Sigh. I'm so disappointed. We ordered through Doordash and I have zero complaints regarding the delivery. We didn't receive the kids lemonade but I'm assuming the driver didn't know there was a drink. I'm not sure why, but every time I order delivery or carry out it's the kids beverage that's missing! It's so bizarre. I ordered the Caribbean Chicken salad because the pineapple and cranberries sounded great. I opened the container and it was literally the smallest salad I've ever ordered for $11 and change. I'm seriously beyond disappointed and clearly still hungry. I'm so sad because it had a lot of potential. It was fresh and the ingredients tasted and looked great, there was just a lack of it. omg, so I just ordered my usual Texas Dry Rub Ribs with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. I go to this Chili's ~4 times a year, and the food always tastes amazing, and the customer service is 5-stars at the To-Go area (which is a separate entrance and room nearest the parking lot, which has like 10 designed parking spaces for pickup only - I love this since parking lot is packed on busy days). The only issue that I had was that they ran out of broccoli; and without telling me, they automatically assumed that I would love green beans, so they just placed that in my to-go order. I hate green beans; I hate just the look of it too; I can't believe they did that. Just because they are both green vegetables, doesn't mean that I'll love green beans, geez. read more

I expected a wait since I visited during lunch time over holiday break. However, there was no wait to be seated. The drinks came fairly quick and everything else was subpar. People that arrived after me received their orders before us. I order the 3 for $10 meal with a salad that never came. When my food came I mention to the server (food runner, no my waiter) that I never got my salad and she seemed shocked but didn't say anything. *eye roll* My meal was just barely warm and after my first bite i realized my chicken was burnt on one side. I asked for a refill at some point and never received that either. I love this chain but will never be back to this location again. Ever! ***Update: I ended up calling the manager over to tell him that my server had not checked on us since the drinks were delivered and that I couldn't even send my food back because he wasn't around. I told him I understood they were busy but the service was just unacceptable. He was very sweet and apologetic. Being that we're visiting my dad in Beaumont, we decided to come here since it's close and not much places to choose. Our bartender was attentive and sweet. Gross!!! Their restroom sewer line flooded into the kitchen and the customers table area. The closed the restaurant and opened it the next day. NO THANKS! Sad to say but the food was very bad.. Wife ordered the 6oz sirloin and I ordered the 10 oz. Both came with broccoli and potato. I ordered medium rare and she ordered med ... It was obvious these steaks were frozen and the cook had no idea of how to cook them. Both were well done, dry and tuff. Anytime you try to cook a frozen steak medium or less it will be cold in the middle, that why you thaw them first. We didn't have time to have them traded as we were going to a movie that we already bought tickets to see and were on a tight schedule. So we left the steaks on the plate and went to the movie. Ordered the Old Timer a hamburger, the food was bland, the meat no seasoning what so ever. The fries didn't have salt either. I have posted on a couple of other websites, because our server Michael deserves a shout out for being literally a wonderful waiter. we normally sit in the dining room area, but the wait was too long so we decided to sit in the bar area. I'm glad we did. Michael approached us with a great attitude and smile, and just a friendly tone of voice. Our food came out hot and good. Michael made sure our drinks were refilled.. we did notice that Michael was treats every other person the way he treated us. we will always look for Michael. we asked him what days he works, we will only come in on those days. just a couple of things the music is too loud in the bar. it's cold in the bar. we were sitting in a high table against the window unfortunately, two gentlemen behind us they were talking bad about Michael and your staff. We've been coming here for YEARS... and it's now my 4 year Old's absolute FAVORITE place to go The staff is always friendly.
