Went here for a date! I grew up eating Chillis but it was my first time at this location. The food and the service was amazing! The mozzarella sticks are my absolute favorite and taste soo good! The fajitas are always very tasty and filling. Our server was very nice and attentive. My only cons were; I do hate how they don't take reservations in advance. Instead, you can call in to be added to the que but if there's a 30 minute wait then you have to be there within that 30 minutes or you'll lose your spot. Sometimes the que list bugs out. It said I was next in que but the front desk waiters didn't have it in their system so we waited longer than we should have even after calling ahead. Great! For what this place is, it was amazing! The food is consistent and the wait staff is very friendly. As you would expect with a chain restaurant, the food comes out very quick and you get a good amount of food for the price! Ambiance is okay. There is a huge parking lot which is amazing! I stop visiting these types of chain restaurants a while back because, I feel, the quality and service has diminished and it was no longer a "good bang for your buck". Well, the drinks were pretty good and they offered some 2fer specials even on a Saturday night. Although they weren't very strong, they still tasted great. The southwest eggrolls were a big hit at the table. Between 4 of us, we ordered a few different dinner salads, a burger and the chicken quesadillas. I tasted everything and had no complaints. It was a very pleasant experience. A satisfying meal with excellent service. The restaurant was lively and had a fun atmosphere. Went in on Saturday after seeing a movie in Levittown, it was pretty lively but clean. Our waiter Richard was very nice and attentive I was a little surprised at the bill but I guess it's to be expected with our drowning economy. We visited the Bethpage location on Tuesday evening . Overall the restaurant was dirty. The floors needed to be cleaned... the table was slimy as if they were wiped with a dirty rag... the chairs had food on them and when I opened the menu it was sticky and had spilled dressing on the inside. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken, which I had to return because the chicken was raw. The server was polite and apologized. Met a friend at the Chili's in Oyster Bay area in Long Island. It's big with lots of seating. When I meet this particular friend, we just want to catch up and talk. Eating and drinking isn't that huge for us. So we split one of the three appetizer platers and that was good for us. Waiter was great and knew we weren't ordering any more but didn't rush us at all. Not sure how to rate Chili's inexpensive (3 for me) combo meal? Was it good? No. Was it worth the cost? Depends on what you are expecting. Burgers were disappointing, nice size patty, but dry, tasteless, not cooked to order. Sides were a mixed bag. Salsa and chips were ok. Lots of chips. Street corn was pretty good tasting but way overcooked. Side salad ended up in the trash. Mashed potatoes were gummy. Drinks included margarita's, at $3.99 extra, a real deal even if they had only a little tequila in them. Where can you get a drink for $3.99? No where. Can't really complain about a dinner for two that costs around $30. read more

She even offered my friend a to-go cup, which I didn't even know Chilli's had since it was never offered by the other servers before.
