Horrible experience here today. We were seated at a table and waited 20 minutes and not a single person came to ask our drink order. Other people that were seated after us were waited on and got to give their food order before anyone even asked us what we wanted to drink. It wasn't even busy just a bunch of waiters hanging out behind a counter. We love chili's and come often but we will not be back to this chili's ever. This is our favorite Chili's to go to, and since I've been pregnant, we have been going here a lot. My current pregnancy craving is burgers, so I come for the Big Mouth Bites. The burgers are great and always served hot. I'm also a fan of the chips and salsa with a side of ranch (if you haven't tried it, give it a go...you won't regret it!). We have always had great service here. Make sure you use the kiosk on the table to sign up for their rewards program. You earn points every time you eat at Chili's and can redeem them for free food later. It's well worth it! read more

I get coupons through my email pretty frequently which makes eating here pretty cheap. Just enter your email on the ziosk when you pay your tab. I think the ziosk makes service faster - love not having to wait to pay my bill! read more

Have visited a hand full of times & have not been impressed with the service. We p to-go lunches yesterday - couple sandwiches with fries. Surprised that their quality has slipped so far. So poor we contacted their corporate office to tell them, they responded with gift cards. No thank you don't want anymore experience with this place. Hopefully the management will change and put quality back into the food and service. One positive thing I can say was we were seated quickly then the service went into a downward spiral. The service was awful, borderline rude. They would not replace or comp my son's burnt pizza...the kids' pizza had BROWN almost BLACK cheese and they saw absolutely nothing wrong with it. Chili's is the typical chain casual dining. We go often because it's one of the places close by where everyone can find something on the menu that they like. Plus, if in the mood, you can have a draft beer or something from the bar. The best offer is the two for $20. Two people choose an appetizer (1/2 really) and an entrée. It is a good deal. I can cook better at home or spend a lot more for a dinner that I can't cook at home somewhere else. Sometimes you just want to eat with your family using actually silverware and not have to clean up the dishes or spend a fortune. Bonus points for having Coke Zero. read more

We've been to this location before & it seems like their food is progressively getting worse & tonight's food was horrible! Our server Annie was good considering it was a busy night but my baby back ribs were gross. They tasted like they were sitting there for hours. Tasted old & dried out. My husbands steak was "eh. I've had much better" in his words. My daughter said the salad was even bad. She said it tasted like paper. How can u screw up a salad?!?!?! I will never go to this location again. And possibly the last time we'll visit ANY Chili's since the chain itself is going downhill fast! read more

Manager has no idea how to manage a restaurent. Went to have a dinner with my son and little daughter and nobody came to us for 10 mins. So disappointed. Took my Mom to lunch around 1:30, restaurant was pretty empty. The service was slow, took a very long time to get our food. I got a black bean burger & it was burned black, edges were hard, bun was cold, lettus was brown & wilted. The fries were cold. Normally eating in the restaurant is a good experience. However, everytime we get To Go, they NEVER give us our side orders... We get home & open up our containers & nothing but the meat... Forgot our side items 3 times now on our To Go orders... I suppose like anything else "To Go" one should check before they leave.... We have eaten here a few times now, the food is good, however, the last three times we came, we never even got seated. We sat there and watched several employees look right at us and then look away. I don't expect to have to wait very long to be seated when the restaurant is half empty. I'm usually very happy with the food at Chili's. We used to eat in Tulsa all the time. This was our first time in Broken Arrow. The food was absolutely horrible. We got the onion straws, and our ranch dressing had soured. When I got my food, my broccoli was very overcooked and soggy. Even worse, it was covered in brown spots, so it was bad before they even cooked it. I ordered a medium well steak and it came to me very well done. The BBQ sauce on my son's ribs tasted like they had run out and tried to stretch it by adding a lot of ketchup. An overall horrible experience. I will never come back. read more

To begin - our waitress was HORRIBLE!!! We had a work group of 8. She was stoic, She was not in ANY way friendly or helpful. She says - oh no its you have to give it several days but I'll ask my manager & NEVER mentioned it again. Before we were done eating she brought our tickets stacked in a big pile (NEVER asked about dessert) & put them in middle of table. We had to ask for to go boxes. We decided NOT to get dessert since she obviously was not interested in serving it. All and all it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at ANY restaurant! Our table was in agreement that the service (though the restaurant was not even 20% full at noon - 1:15, busiest rush lunch time) was very disappointing!
