Honestly surprised at the negative reviews based on our experience, but each day and experience can differ. We came in and were pretty immediately seated. Our waitress was very friendly and quick with the drinks we ordered...she even brought a second soda for us to make sure we wouldn't run out. Yeah triple dipper is one of the best things I've put in my mouth. I love the crunch from the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. The crispiness of the chicken tenders and the sweetness combination from the honey chipotle is delicious. The sliders were great with the caramelized onions on it. WOW. The service however, it was subpar, we showed up granted at 10pm, when they close at 11pm, but we had the initial intentions of leaving before closing so it was a quick in-and-out. We tipped, said thank you to everything, and intentionally tried to make anything complicated. Our waitress though seemed a little passive aggressive with the attitude. If you're looking for someone to go to see a good game, they have TVs posted of football, baseball or some type of sport. There's also a full bar to get your drink on. After a long day of walking around, we decided to stop by and get some food and drinks. My boyfriend ordered the Captain's Castaway (coconut rum, captain Morgan, mango puree & pineapple juice). Both drinks were great! I ordered the Triple Dipper. This means you can choose three items from the appetizer menu. I choose BBQ boneless wings, Southwestern Eggrolls (chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño Jack cheese, red peppers, spinach. Served with avocado-ranch), and the burger sliders. I like the idea of trying different stuff from the menu, in general, everything was pretty good. The egg rolls are actually giant, and very tasty. The burgers and wings are great as well. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich (crispy chicken with spicy Buffalo sauce, tomato, lettuce, house-made ranch on a brioche bun). He keeps ordering this every time, so must be good LOL. If you sign up for their email club (Chili's Rewards) you can get free Chips & Salsa or a Non-Alcoholic Beverage by visiting participating Chili's at least once every 60 days. Ever since I was a little lad Chilis had been my favorite spot to dine on a cool Thursday night. I expected tonight to be the same. I entered the restaurant and a devoted employee who's name I believe was Tanner greeted and seated me with a smile. I ordered my food and a Shirley Temple (with extra an cherry) and began to wait. After sitting for a few short minutes my genitals had become erect (a clear signal that I need to urinate or a short Indian man had stolen my identity). We came in for some post dinner cocktails after going to Seasons 52. The bartender recommended the Watermelon Titos margarita and it was horrible. It was way too sweet and tasted like all mix. My wife complained about it being too sweet and so did the couple next to us and the bartender looked over it. I even bought a patron Margarita STILL not drinking the Watermelon marg and she looked over that and didn't offer to exchange it even after complaints. Terrible service and bartenders care more about 10 bucks than servicing their customers. Never seen that before when most of the people aren't drinking your trash drinks. It was not busy inside at all and all though my food was ready and setting in the pick up tray with other pick up food orders like Grub Hub and Uber Eats. I have no clue what happened to these guys but let me start off by saying I was served by a man that may or may not have worked at this restaurant in full street clothes that I think might have been an employee that was off but responding to a severely understaffed situation. When I say street clothes I mean a midriff ending six inches above his belly button. The bar tender was taking orders at every table in the entire restaurant and there were no other employees to be seen. I have eaten at this Chili's and had great service many times but this is the one time I will never forget. 10min for beer, 20min for queso that came out 30 seconds behind my lukewarm chicken crispers. I dined here last night with the family for dinner. We came for an early dinner so it wasn't too busy. It did get busier as the night progressed. I ordered the sunrise burger, my husband had the ultimate bacon burger and our little ones had the chicken nuggets and pepperoni pizza. The kids' meals were brought out first then our burgers came shortly after. My burger was delicious and totally hit the spot! My husband really enjoyed his burger and devoured it within minutes. The kids also seemed to enjoy their meals. Our server was nice and attentive. What really impressed me about last night was when my one year old had a mini meltdown and another server came over to talk to him and he calmed down immediately. I thought that was really sweet! Today is the 2nd time where I've came to this Chili's and waited over 15 minutes just for a waitress to take our drink orders. Today, we waited another 15 and just left. This location needs better management. I grew up on Chili's as a kid, my dad was the Managing Partner. The experience today is very disappointing. I will never come here again. Don't come here hungry. If you're hungry, call the manager when you arrive and let them know you're there, or you might get ignored. It also took 40 minutes for a kids slider, and the chicken mex bowl. 40 minutes!! Ridiculous! Don't ask to speak to the manager, customers are not priority, and you'll wait wait wait.
