After reviews I was very skeptical to eat here however, I believe they are trying to get it together...the food bar was clean and I noticed several times they were wiping it down. The 2 employees working were kind and helpful. The salsa bar could have used some fresh salsa but it wasn't empty. My quesadilla was decent , chips were fresh. Let me start with the positive. My wife and I got steak nachos tonight. They were generally well made and nice sized portions. Here are the opportunities to improve. - it was 6:30 PM on a Friday and they were out of steak and queso. I had to wait about 8 minutes to get steak on my nachos. When the person put some steak on, he only put 8-9 pieces. That was my first disappointment. - my wife's nachos were fully made, but for some reason, they did not want her to check out and be able to start eating. She had to wait a while until we insisted that she pay and get her food. - it is starting to get a little cooler. You do not need to have the ceiling fans blowing this much. All of our food was very cold before we could finish it. And napkins were blowing around. I hope someone reads these from the store. These are easy opportunities for improvement. read more

I've had Moe's pretty much everywhere and I've never had a bad experience. This was my first time using their catering services and it was pretty much flawless. I've been coming to this location since I could remember and it's been one of my favorites. However recently when I stopped on Monday for the Half off Burritos, I notice the whole crew changed. I didn't mind because I understand people come and go. But let me say how disrespectful they were. The moment I walk in a staff member screams out "Fuck this I'm out" and walks out the store. They were the only one who was at the front preparing food. I literally had to say excuse me to the people in the kitchen because nobody was trying to take my order. All of the staff was in the kitchen chit chatting. I order a big order for my family and they straight rolled there eyes at me and said "5 orders! Are you serious". Honestly never have I felt uncomfortable in just ordering a meal for me family. When I started doing my order they were just giving me the minimum of meat I had to pay extra meat on all of them because they all did half scoop of everything. I had to ask for some items because they didn't have anything on display. And they just responded "do we even have any!?" Like it was 2pm how is it possible in not having food for the rest of the day??? When I was done with my order I asked for my chips in separate bags because my kids tend to eat there chips separate and once again they rolled there eyes and talked about how annoying it is to take this order. I was literally in front of them when they were speaking bad about there customers. I understand one is never going to like every customer and have comments about them but honestly you should leave that when the customer leaves and not straight say it in there face. When I payed a third person came out and took my order and they "accidentally charged me more than what I order" my order was pretty simple 5 burritos and they started charging me queso when I never order??? And for meats I didn't choose??? I never thought I would be making a bad review for a store I really liked but this store is just going to get worse if that staff keeps working there, all of the staff members were doing nothing but having fun in the kitchen. I came upon this Moe's while searching for lunch nearby my work area. I came in and had a very warm and welcoming welcome. I heard the "Welcome to Moe's!" yell for the first time lol. The college aged guys working did a great job with preparing my quesadilla and cooking it perfectly! Honestly best Moe's quesadilla I've ever had. Mediocre food. Ordered the salad with steak and had the choice choosing between romaine and iceberg. I got the romaine and it was terrible. It wasn't washed correctly and there were black lettuce that should have been thrown away. The amount of steak I had in my salad was very little. They drenched my salad with the dressing. I told the cashier there weren't any plastic cups for salsa and he handed me three but didn't see them put more out. The floors were unswept and sticky. Very disappointing. Had lunch at Moe's, Mall of Georgia today June, 30th, at 3:30 p.m. Everybody was friendly and the lady who waited on me was friendly and nice. Everything was great until I took my tray and turn to the sauce counter. Sauces spilled all over the counter. The trash can was filled to the bram with trash falling to the floor. On the floor there was napkins, straws, cups and food everywhere. I went to table and had to clean the table off 1st, looked underneath and it had so much food that I ask for a to go container. I could not see myself sitting there eating in that filth. I have all the pictures to confirm my experience today, would like to text, email, mailing address or someone higher than the manager on duty. I mention it to him and he could care less. Oh and last thing, on the receipt, it's a place for tips... now if I have to stand in line, order my food, bring my food to the table, clean off the table, walk over debris and trash, and rest my feet on top of food underneath my table, someone please tell me how in the world can they have the nerves to ask for a tip. I've always enjoyed Moe's and this is one of the best in the area. Great food for a good price. Other places at the mall I'm spending $12-$15 for a single meal and drink. This is my family first time actually eating Moe's, our experience was great. The manager Chris accidentally charged us for a cheese quesadilla which we didn't order and immediately rectified the problem without us even knowing that he made a mistake I'm pretty sure that we have had that happen to us in the past and probably the manager or stuff at that restaurant saw it and didn't do anything. For more than a year, I've seldom missed visiting this location on Moe's Monday. For $6.10(including tax) you could get a burrito or burrito bowl, chips + drink. Those days are over. I didn't find this out until after standing in line for about 30 minutes. At that point, it was too late to go somewhere else. The great bargain was why I started frequenting Moe's to start with. The discontinuation of the bargain is why I'm going to start eating elsewhere. Other nearby restaurants have better weekly deals than they do now. Oh well. It was good while it lasted. read more

Today at the Buford location, my pintos were burned and last visit, I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl and they said there were no black beans ready to serve. The employees often look grungy and dirty and the restaurant as a whole looks dirty. The hamilton mill location is downright disgusting. The toilet stalls alone made me quit visiting. I moved here from Raleigh NC as a fan but I'm quitting for Chipotle. read more

The Fat Sam with fajita steak is pretty good. I like the way they give you the food; in a plastic container are the meats and veggies and separate tortillas in foil. I've been to this location a few times and the service varies. If you see them skimping you, tell them to load up! read more
