Okay well the server Chris was great however, steak was completely raw and the sides were cold.

Good food , fast service and Friendly Waitstaff. Would return for another visit. Liked sitting @ bar for better service.

We eat here occasionally. Tried the to go tonight. Spent 10 minutes standing at the counter and was only acknowledged when I asked. It's a shame nice menu but poorly managed. They are overwhelmed without any sense of how to get past it. Stop by if time if not important to you. read more

I came to Chili's with my family today. I'm not going to comment on everyone's meal simply because I can't remember what everyone ordered. We began the meal with the cheese fries appetizer. The fries definitely had that microwaved feel, and the cheese wasn't completely melted. My entree was a "you pick two" and I had a chicken tostado and a chicken taco, which also came with a tiny side of rice and some black beans. Nothing in my entree was warmer than lukewarm. The taco and tostado both had hot sauce on them, so buyer beware. The presentation was pretty good but the taco and tostado had a bland taste, other than the hot sauce and onion. I'd give the food four stars (and the kitchen the benefit of the doubt). We had two waitresses (who didn't introduce themselves, of course) and they were both complete ditzes. They were very short-tempered and they really didn't serve too well. Plates kept piling up and our drinks were nearly always empty. In all honesty, I'd give Chili's another fair shake, but the service today was far from acceptable. read more

I often feel a little "basic" when I eat at chain restaurants, but the fact that this Chili's was in the same shopping area as my hotel (no, I don't sleep in shopping centers... there was a hotel *next to* the shopping center!), it was an easy walk and I knew they have a few vegetarian things on the menu. I ordered the veggie burger, which was okay after I discarded the enormous bun. A few things I liked: the food was fresh and delivered quickly, and the fried pickles are a tasty novelty. On the other hand: seriously, you need a screen on the table to add to your order or look at the menu items? I did NOT like the fact that there was an ordering device on the table, and turned it away from me during the meal. Too much of an invasion of my personal space to relax with a meal. I'm sure some people love it, but I am not a fan. read more

the food was just ok. My salad was way too cold. It felt like it had been plated the day before. I am not at all a fan of the new Ziosks. I felt like because of it, I saw my waitress less. While it seemed convenient to pay $1 for my kid to play video games, it actually destroyed my dinner experience. I felt like I was eating alone because she was consumed by the tv screen. If I wanted a fast food experience, or a Sheetz MTO experience, I would have gone there. I work very hard to raise a child today who knows how to socialize and doesn't have to play on my smart phone when we are in public in order to behave. Chili's makes this more difficult to do so. I don't plan on returning any time soon. If I do, I will make sure to ask the hostess to remove my Ziosk before we even get to the table. If I were a waitress, I wouldn't want to work at a place that had this. bad call Chili's! read more

Went for lunch today. We had the margherita flatbread, boneless wings, artichoke spinach dip and chips, and sliders. The chips were over salted, the flatbread was over priced for what it is (think Flatout Bread brand pizzas), and the boneless wings were super market quality. The atmosphere was... o.k.? It's not a place I would go back to, but if an out-of-town friend suggested it I might suggest other places in Butler first. The sliders were good and well prepared and the artichoke spinach dip was good. The service was a little invasive and insincere. All together the experience was just "o.k." It's not really a great value, which might explain pushing the coupon that comes with your check. If it were 2/3rds the price it might justify the expense. read more

Chili's is always good, but I went there tonight and they have these new touch screen devices... you can re-order drinks, but dessert, and even pay with a credit card right from your table! it's unreal. Amazing. read more

Order too many appetizers asked for a to go box for them. Once we got the to go boxes we were waiting for our entree. The manager decided to come up and start questions us on our intent, stating we were attempting to walk out on the bill. Snatched up our to go boxes and said we couldn't have them. I told him we weren't trying to walk out on the bill and I didn't know why he thought that and asked for the the boxes back where he threw them at me and started saying racist slurs while he stormed off. Went to the Butler Chile's on Vererans day, my daughters and I. I thought Veteran meal was awesome, burger was just the way I wanted it. My meal was delivered in a timely manner was surprised being A Holiday. Thank you for the Free meal. My family and I eat here often. Waitresses are always friendly. read more

Bummed, about 5mins before 8pm, went to chilis to order a to go order, as I walk in the door and walked up to the counter, the waitress put up a sign on the counter to order at the bar!!!! Very disrespectful, no eye contact, she didn't have the curtesy to say sorry we're closing this register if you can order at the bar. The 3 young waitresses who were behind the counter look like they were more interested in clocking out then helping the customers. I walked out and took my business to another restaurant. read more

Awful, the best part of our meal was the server and the chips. We were seated right away and greeted promptly by our server. My wife had the guacamole turkey burger and I had the pork fajitas. The fajitas were good, but you could tell my wife's turkey burger was a frozen patty. It was terrible. Also, the lady that was hacking up a lung in the booth across from us completely grossed us out. Most likely won't be back unless we stop for a drink and the chips and salsa. read more

I had a spicy chili chicken dish with rice, broccoli, and a little bit of salsa. It was lo cal and very tasty. Service was very good and the manager was very helpful when my friend had trouble with her coupon. The food came pretty quickly but not too fast, even though it seemed pretty crowded. Friendly staff. My friend enjoyed her "old-fashioned burger," and I disagree with the person who compared it to McDonald's. I had it last week and it was great. read more

My husband and I come here probably once every couple month but every time it tends to be underwhelming and we leave unsatisfied. Often, wondering why we even go here. Yesterday was no different. First, after listening to the waitress talk to the table behind us about how many shots she had the other night and how she passed out and didn't know what she did that night... I wasn't impressed. I'm not a prude, I don't mind a good party but it's not the time or place. She also had a trainee with her which couldn't be good as she was also explaining to her how to avoid the manager. Buttttt back to the food, I got the lunch cheeseburger and fries, greasy, nothing special. I didn't finish it. My husband got the new fiery chicken tenders and they were so hot he broke a sweat and he couldn't finish them! He eats spicy food all the time but this was out of control. Poor Service, gross food. I eat here at least once a week. The customer service everytime I have been here is uncomparable. The food is always the perfect temp. as well as always the correct order. They made a mistake on the bill once and fixed it immediately as well as added a free dessert. The manager runs this place wonderfully!!! If you have a problem, he takes care of it. I usually have a manager check in on us prior to leaving at least once to be sure we are happy customers. I recommend this restaurant. 5*'s!! read more

The food was good as expected, and the service was great. The reason they are getting 5 stars is because...I left their store and forgot my bag with my ipad, and a significant amount of cash as I had just been vending at a craft show. When I noticed and called from the hotel about 45 minutes later, they said, why yes we have that and its in the managers office. I zipped right back (45 minutes) and asked for the manager. She popped right over and said, "Did you leave something here?" Yes, described the bag and she brought it right out. She apologized for having looked inside to see if there was ID. I told her no problem - check and everything was still there! No light fingers from anyone who worked there! I'm from San Francisco, so you can imagine my delight, and frankly, my surprise when I got everything back. Small town values are awesome! read more

I have a feeling that people only get on to write reviews when they had a bad experience. I've had plenty of bad experiences at nearby restaurants, but Chili's was not one of them. The service was good, food even better and I wouldn't have an issue with recommending the place for a good meal! read more

VERY SLOW SERVICE!!! Took a very long time for the order to come out. Ordered the ultimate burger and it was basically the size of the McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese. It was undercooked. Very small order of fries. Kids meal Mac and cheese was nasty and it came with three pieces of pineapple. lol No one really seemed to care about our service. The guy behind me had the same issue with SLOW SERVICE and undercooked meat. I would have understood if it were busy but the place was basically empty!! read more

We were there yesterday ( around 3:30 ) , was not busy. We were seated quickly....then we waited ..... and waited....finally ordered.....then waited ....waited...waited some more. Food finally came. Husbands food was cold ! If that wasn't bad enough , my husband got food poisoning from his meal. So to make a long story short.....wait was long, service was terrible and the food was cold and bad.
