I got there a little early and the hostess comes and ask for my name . I gave her my pickup name and she said ok . She gets a few other ppl names who were waiting as well . 15 mins go by nothing, still waiting . 30 mins go by and nothing . I call and of course no one answers . We came this Saturday night. Place was mobbed. In our waiting there was a mistake and we got overlooked. When we finally got seated the manager Brian came over after hearing our dilemma and we were starving took the situation over. Got us our food and comped is an appetizer. My office is very clise to this location so Im used to going here for years from noon to 2pm. The other day I hadnt had breakfast, was close & went by but it was a bit after 4-maybe 5pm. When I arrive the bar was full which is normally where I sit at so I continue my path and sat on one of the tables close to the bar. Two people came out the kitchen door with appetizers or food in three different locations and nobody that I contact with me whatsoever. The bartender was having a great time with the customers at the table so he also did not pay attention to me. After 11 minutes sitting down waiting for somebody to take my order and bring me at least water I went to the house and told him I have been sitting for 10 minutes on that table and nobody help me I contact with me to which he responded he was going to send out a waiter right away. Another seven minutes go by when the waiter finally comes out the kitchen but he doesn't make iContact with me either goes to another table who already had their food and everything just to ask them if they were doing OK if they and it needed anything else. I had to call his attention because he was not planning to come to me anyway. When he comes to my table I tell him are you serious I've been sitting here for 70 minutes and instead of coming to me directly because I don't have anything on my table you went to the table who is already eating. And he didn't like my comment so he would answer very rudely back to me. Gratefully the manager I had called was finally coming so he heard it and then the waiter said he was going to leave me with the manager because he was "not going to handle this". I had never in my life heard a waiter respond, even less with that tone, to a customer who's upset for a reason. Regardless, Erin was great. He switched tables. Sent me another waitress and change the whole mood. She was great. Brought my food, checked on me. Until after I ginish eating. Time & time & time went by & i asked another server for her & said " where is my waitress? I've been waiting for her I need a to go box and to pay so I can leave." He said he would send her right over. Me as a waitress I would've brought the to go box regardless while I look for the waitress but that is just me. She came to me about 10 minutes after that brought the little machine for me to pay and told me she would be right back with my to go box. I paid a tipper I pulled out $20 cash from my wallet because I wanted to prove to the other waiter that he should've been nicer to me. Whole 10 minutes more go by and this girl is nowhere to be found around the restaurant and when I scoot out my table she's actually cleaning another table somewhere else. And I told her "where is my box dumb people left already you can clean that table later bring me my to go box and let me get out of here." I guess because the other waiter was rude to me and maybe nobody did anything she had the audacity to tell me that I did not need to be rude. And I ask her how am I being rude? I ask you tons of time so I to go box because I wanna leave. It's common sense to serve the customer that it's here the dirty table it's not that important. Especially because there were not many people at the restaurant and many tables where available. I also told her that now because she didn't like what I was saying meant that I was being rude. And that I was sorry she felt that way but it's common sense nobody should tell her that a present customer is more important than cleaning the table of people that are gone I know there's a lot of new people in the business because we're recently re-opening and we hiring people but training needs to be As intense as it has always been. Service is important whether Its a party of 10 or a single person. And being a server is more than just bringing my food. I felt disrespected at this restaurant Since the beginning. Stopped by to let my fiancé try chili's for the first time. Kinda souped it up from the last time I visited one for her. Ordered a few things, guacamole and chips, smokehouse combo and a ribeye. Guac was unseasoned horribly, smokehouse combo brisket looked deep fried, corn was completely burnt Ribeye was well done not medium rare, asparagus was burnt crispy. Only thing edible would have been the mashed potatoes and fries. Even the Dr Pepper was watered down and needed adjusted. Now let's get to the staff, waitress sucked balls! Didn't listen to me on the drink order, took 19 minutes to bring salt and pepper, never offered for a refill. Didn't bother stopping by in a timely fashion to check on the food she brought out and I had to go track down a manager. Have to say this is one of the worst restaurant experiences I have encountered yet in my 39 years on earth! Have to say the cooks are shit and so is the service! If you want the waiter to tell you that there is a 45 min wait and ends up being almost 2 hours then yeah come to this place. We left so mad. This place is so underrated but every time I come here I always enjoy myself, get amazing drinks and superb service! I really should come here more often than I do but then it may not be as special as it always is. I usually sit at the bar because 9 times out of 10 when I come here, it's just me by myself. The bartender that goes by the name Chris always has my drinks on point! Finger foods are a must so I always get them. Entire staff is friendly and the establishment is always clean. I had to take a time out to review our experience here. We are from Orange County and were in the area for the Eagles VS Chargers game. We were driving around before the game to find somewhere to get food and a few drinks before the game. We went into the BWW in the same shopping center and it was packed! So we kept driving and ran into this Chili's. When we walked in, there was only a few tables open in the bar area so we grabbed a booth. Even though most of the seats were full with other football fans, our service was so fast! Our waitress was very attentive and our drinks and food came out a lot quicker than I expected for the decent size crowd in the bar area. One person who stood out to us was the manager on duty, Patrick (we stopped him before we left to ask his name). The entire time we were sitting there, he was hustling and helping out anywhere he could. He was cleaning behind the bar, pouring beers, delivering food. I was very impressed with the leadership he showed. I work in hospitality management and that's the kind of person we'd want working in our establishment. Great job Patrick! Way to be a role model to your team, I know from experience that team members work harder when they feel supported by their supervisor. This is the local chilis we've been ordering from since I can remember and it has never been so disappointing as today, ordered takeout curbside and everything was going fine girl comes out asks my name and cash or card, I give her my card my lunch was $12 dollars I ended up paying extra 3 dollars for a tip I didn't authorize.. no receipt just here's your food, so I get off to ask and the manager tells me I chose a tip option and I was like no I didn't , I gave her my card to pay for the food where's the signature.. next time I'll make sure I pay online to avoid feeling robbed.. oh and they are out southwest chicken soup.. read more

Chili's was packed lastnight, but we got a bar seat within 5 mins of getting there. The waitress was very uplifting and attentive to my bestie and I. The margarita special was $5 bucks and very yummy! We got free chips & salsa, signing in on the table tablet. We ordered steak, loaded smashed potatoes and veggies & shrimp for $2 bucks extra . Came on Mother's Day, placer order at 4:30, got there at 5:15, obviously with the pandemic I was not surprised as the wait and was very patient. The app stated order would be ready at 5. There's a ridiculous line & no one knows what's going on. I approach a worker that has a tablet in his hands asking where the line ends he states "honestly I'm not sure ma'am". How do you work there and NOT know what's going on? Then proceeds to tell me "I'm just canceling orders right now" and tells me he can't help me since I'm there to pick up an order. Then another worker is at the door yelling names of people. I find some tape on the floor and follow the tape to see where the line ends. Finally i reach the end, keep in mind people are hurdled near the front door. In line for 15 minutes people are leaving the line, about 4 people are in front of me and still 15 people hurdled in front of the door. A worker starts yelling they are 2 hours behind on orders and the system is not letting them close online orders. Understandable, but why not call the orders in as their coming and let customers know there will be a 2 hour delay? Why not have signs/check-ins? There was NO organization and NO leadership to be seen. To cancel an order you had to wait in a separate line which was not distinguished when you first walk up to the restaurant. It's disappointing to see this much demand and no sign of direction for customers. Ended up leaving without my order and walking to Olive Garden within the same shopping center. They let me know my order would take 45 minutes for preparation which i didn't mind. They had a table for alcoholic drinks, MULTIPLE people managing the line and when i got down to check status of my order they even offered to mark it a 9-1-1 rush order. A simple key of communication goes a long way and you all could pick up some pointers from the neighboring facilities that ARE doing something right. read more

But, what my mom and I had immediately noticed was how dirty it was. Floors were not clean AT ALL. Trash all throughout the restaurant. Bathroom was even worse. Do yourself favor! Pick another restaurant to eat at!! The curbside pickup that is advertised on the website is nonexistent!! I placed an order for curbside pickup at 3:08. At the latest it was to be ready at 3:43. We'll that never happened. I had to go in and the order still wasn't ready!! After all that. I had to ask the poor young man that give me the food. If he could wipe the cups that had soda running down the sides. If I could get another bag bc the containers were laying on their side. The soup was spilling. The salsa was spilling in the bag.
