I'm in Cedar City passing through and saw that they had a Chilis. I opted to go here because they have what I believe is the best value meal out there. 3 for $10.99. Appetizer, drink, and a burger. The chips and salsa were my app and it was huge. I opted for the Smashburger with fries and both were spot on. I love their fry seasoning. All of this seems to be consistent no matter the Chilis you go to. This particular one was clean and the service was excellent. Yes, no matter my location, if there's a Chilis, I'll give it due consideration for a meal as they are always good.

This was some of the best Chillis I have personally had. My food was cooked perfect. My cocktail was definitely weak but I did not care. Lol

Came to Chili's in cedar City because they were the only ones open until midnight. Our server Steven was phenomenal. His customer service was exceptional, and he made us feel right at home. He gave great recommendations-- especially when we didn't know what to order. Quick service!! Best server ever. Thanks Steven for making our stop in Utah delish! You are amazing at what you do. Kudos!

First time back here in several years. Met some Family members for lunch. Place was clean and mildly busy. Wait staff was on top of it. Had our drinks real fast. We got chips & salsa and it came to the table fast too. Made our meal selection and had chips while conversations. Burgers, Fajitas and Carne Asada turned out pretty good. Everything was fresh and hot. Our wait was 10-12 min from order to table. Would keep coming back to this location. Our random stops here has always been great. Other locations from this chain aren't so consistent. Kudos to the staff & management.

WHY?! Why is it EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask for NO onions I get extra?! Isn't it more of an effort to put them on/in something than it is to skip it??!!

Not much expectations in a small town chili's. Ordered the chili, baby back ribs and beef sirloin as the temperature was cold at night for a quick dinner on a road trip. Baby back ribs was good, corn on the cob and coleslaw not bad either. However the chili was very dry, and the beef sirloin was very chewy. This was a below average chili's.

This Is The Entire reason why Yelp was created. It's for those family run places that don't follow…read morethe corporate box mentality and look toward bringing a unique flavor and perspective to a community. This is DEFINITELY one of those places. It has a bit of a High Tea with the Mad Hatter vibe, which is fantastic. The interior, needs some floor plans to help break up the unobstructed line of site in the restaurant. With a concept like this, you want little places where you can duck and hide from the public. Plants are a great way of doing this. The menu is very nice. They actually have the menus to mix and match. They have their standard food menu, an extensive selection of beets, wines, mixed libations and even a very nice selection of non alcohol drinks as well. The server did a great job of pointing out her favorites including a fried avocado appetizer that is diabolically tasty! For the main meal I went with the Spicy Burger. It wasn't very spicy but out had wonderfully fresh jalapeño slices and guacamole on top. The burger could use a little more seasoning, but, it was a very thick and juicy piece of meat. It comes with fries and a dipping sauce that is also house made. For dessert I tried their carrot cake. It's very good but it's missing the variations in texture that most people look toward carrot cake of providing. It's a very moist cake topped with more of a butter icing than a cream cheese icing. If there is cream cheese in that icing, I would recommend that you switch it toward Philadelphia Cream Cheese since it offers a bit more of a lemon bite to it. The cake itself has no fruit. So, off you hate raisins, have no fear. They are not in there. But, it would be nice if they did have some sort of fruit in the cake to help break up tie monotony of the cake itself. Toss Is a place that is definitely thinking outside the box and so far, it seems to be working really well. A great place right in the center of town with lots of parking and access in both the front and the back of the restaurant. My server did a great job of making suggestions and making certain that my water glass was always full! Keep up the great work!

Yes the staff are attentive, yes they care, but they look so worried if they were to displease you. Which kind of makes me think of the environment a little. Yes it may be adjacent to fine dining, but honestly, I think I came in during the crowd of snobs. So if you do dine here don't be a snob, please treat your servers with respect too. They're people too. The food? I wasn't as pleased if I'm being honest. I guess coming during a rush is a 50/50 and I got the latter part of that 50. For starters, my mushroom burger was unfortunately really salty. Like really salty. I think I got the burger that was cooked freshly, however, they're must've been a complaint that got over looked and so the staff had to like bum rush to get that order corrected (again, treat your servers nicely). I had fries and fry sauce with my order. However i did not like it. Like at all. The fries were crisp. Hella crisp. But the the fry sauce wasn't not giving. It had like some sort of minty aftertaste as if I tasted a hint of winter green peppermint. It was unfortunate that I didn't eat the burger. I literally took 3 bites and I was over it. The salt content followed by minty like fry sauce wasn't too much for me to bare. But like I didn't want to tell them it was that bad. lol again, they looked as if they were forced to ensure everything was in tip top shape or else something bad was to happen. As for the brussel sprouts? At first bite it was decent, the after taste was not. After a few bites, the brussel sprouts just started to become bland and sort of had this rubbery taste to it. I am not too sure what it was, but there was definitely something off about it. I think they should've added something sweet to counteract the rich dairy creamy taste to this. So that itd be sweet & savory as opposed to creamy and bitter. I enjoyed the ambience though, the service too. I do think this place could stand the test of time as to how unique it is. The staff are trained properly, food could get a tune up, but idk, it's just when you come in here you know this is some place you'd def see in New York. Though the rating I gave was low, I'm still going to go over here. I kind of plan to try everything on the menu, and to give these folks like 30 chances LoL. Because something about this place just feels like it could be potentially thee best dining spot, we as reviewers just got to find that sweet spot.

Its acidic notes in its dressing balanced out the fish & rice. I don't really like avocado or cucumbers so I ordered it without that salsa. Don't think I missed out on anything. Only other thing I altered was to scrape off some the sesame crusting on the salmon because it did get saltier the further I ate. My Top-Shelf Long Island Ice Tea was really sour. I haven't had one in years so I'm not sure if that's typical or they were too light on the cola in it. My photo shows how pale it is which doesn't look anything like an "ice tea". Although my husband liked his Blue Aloha Mana Margarita (he had this the last time we were there) his Prime Rib Dipper was way too salty. And that was without dipping it in the au jus. He kept it to himself for most of the meal so it wouldn't spoil our anniversary but when the waitress came by with the standard "how's everything?" he finally shared it all. He's been kicking himself since then saying he should have just stopped and not tried to work through it. It will be awhile before he suggests we go to Applebees again. Since he had had enough by then and just wanted to leave, he missed out on their Triple Chocolate Meltdown which he had been eyeing since we sat down.

We also tried the Alfredo pasta with shrimp--it was creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. Ended it with three desert because we couldn't choose one-- highly recommend the limoncello. It was very light, with the perfect tinge of lemon. The lava cake & ice cream is always my go to! And the homemade tiramisu was probably my most favorite. But what I do know is, she does not know what she's doing. She seems more confused the more people keep coming in to this restaurant. The fact that they're so understaffed on a Friday night, is ri-damn-diculous. It's not like every Friday night is dead. This is Cedar city Utah every Friday night is date night and everybody in their dogs are out here trying to eat. Why aren't you staffed? They can't even fill the restaurant, because the kitchen can't handle a full restaurant. Do you wanna know the number of people that turned around and walked out when the hostess said 45 minutes to an hour wait, I mean we're talking parties of six parties of 10 nobody could get seated. Heck we were a party of two and couldn't get seated for 30 minutes. The real killer is that there are tons of large empty tables, small, empty tables and they're just sitting there empty. You need to work on your staffing. So that was getting seated. Let's talk about the food. Not worth that way. The pasta has zero flavor. Like absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Yeah I don't think this. Chili's is going to be a place. I'll stop anytime soon. I'll give them a few months to get new management put in place, then maybe I'll come back. In the mean time try another chain, any chain.
