I visited the Chili's in Cedar Hill today, and I had the pleasure of being served by Ms. Nikki. She was absolutely amazing! Ms. Nikki was attentive, friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. She paid close attention to our needs, checked on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. What stood out the most was how well she balanced several tables at once. Her section was full, yet she moved from table to table with ease, making every guest feel seen and taken care of. It is not often that you go to a restaurant and receive service where the server is truly present and on point from beginning to end, but Ms. Nikki did exactly that. She made our experience enjoyable and memorable. If Ms. Nikki is ever being considered for a promotion, recognition, or a raise, she absolutely deserves it. She is a wonderful example of excellent customer service, and Chili's is blessed to have her on the team. read more

I just ordered a quesadilla salad and it is not good. Here we go again, this restaurant is up and down. I loved it one while then the food got bad then it was good again. Today this is sad. The quesadillas are small and old. The fiesta stip in the salad are stale. I may have to leave them alone again. read more

We stopped by for dinner this evening and had a great experience. The wait time was about 7 minutes, and once seated, the service was fast. Steve, our server, provided top-notch service, checking in frequently and refilling drinks as needed. The manager also visited our table to ensure everything met our expectations, and we were pleased to share our positive experience with her. I had to give one star to write the review. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FOOD IS GETTING CHEAPER( Their product) AND THEY ARE CHARGING MORE ON THE MENU. I ordered the dreaded white queso and chips and it arrived so salty, my family and I could not eat. Called the manager and she said, we did not add any salt!. SHE DIDNT TELL ME THAT THE RESTAURANT WENT WITH A CHEAPER COMPANY AND PRODUCT AND THE TASTE IS AWFUL AND UNEDIBLE. They will be the next restaurant that closes. Chili's has lost their mind. The redeeming factor for this location and Chili's in general is the taste of the food and service. Staff moved somewhat quickly and was friendly. Everything else is your sub-standard Chili's with super inflation. How does 2 quesadillas, chicken tenders, southwest egg rolls , and water equal to a $75 bill after tip? I think that's truly insane and while the food was tasty, it does leave you wondering where's the rest. $15 for 3 egg rolls that are cut in half? Jesus. My son & I had lunch here on May 2, 2025. This was our first time @ a Chili's restaurant. Seated quickly. Evie was our server & she was fabulous! She was helpful with menu recommendations & kept our drink cups full. We shared the dip trio and Honey-Chipotle cheese sticks (patties). Delicious! We enjoyed them! I ordered the Ancho Salmon with Mexican rice & steamed broccoli. Fantastic & filling. My son had a bacon cheeseburger that he loved. I see the lower star reviews and that was not our experience. From the moment we walked in, she carried herself with such professionalism, confidence, and care -- you would have *never* guessed this was only her second day. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and skillful hands made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It honestly felt like we were in the hands of someone with years of experience. So the food here is always pretty fresh and hot, but something is always different....which is weird because it's Chilis the menu doesn't change lol. My ceasar salad had wilted mixed greens instead of just typical romaine lettuce. The new mozzarella sticks were bomb tho. Our server also seemed very impatient and rushed us for answers like he had somewhere better to be. It's always pretty chill and clean in there though for the most part. Only a 5 because Juan Was the Heart of This Place I'm truly disappointed to find out that Juan is no longer behind the bar. He was, without a doubt, the best bartender they had. But Juan was more than just a bartender he was a counselor, a listener, and a bright light for so many of us who came in needing more than just a drink. You could walk in on your worst day, and Juan would somehow lift your spirits before you even sat down. He made people feel seen and valued. He remembered names, stories, favorite drinks--and he always made time for real conversation. That kind of care can't be taught. Letting him go was a mistake. Experience was terrible. Just went in for normal lunch with my family. Served raw chicken and was told that it was just a "vein", Also told that nothing can be done except a $7 discount for a meal that hadn't been ate except a couple of fries. After driving it was time for a stop.. We stopped in at the Chilis, first time experience. The ambiance was nice and relaxing. The service was good - the waitress didn't check on us so we had to get her attention a few times for refills, napkins and once we were done we ordered a molten lava cake and my husband had to ask another waitress to clear the food so we had some room, but the food was delicious - it hit the spot after a long drive! read more

I saw the 2 star rating and felt like I needed to weigh in. My family and I eat at this Chili's two to three times a month. The burgers are great, the 3 for me is a great value, and the staff is consistently attentive and friendly. We didn't go to Chili's for a long time because overall it just seemed like the quality had gone down, but we decided to give them another try a couple of years ago and they have become a regular go to for us after church or sometimes on a week night. read more

We go in during mid-afternoon. We get great service, good food and reasonable prices. But, a high rating is mostly due to Sean, the greeter, server, bartender and, our last visit, photographer. His speed, with limited help, is phenomenal. This visit, he had a young man bussing food to the table that was doing a very good supporting Sean.
