I used to love the Chili's at Dublin Granville Rd and Cleveland. I was sad when they closed so I was excited this one opened up several months ago near my new home. So I went in tonight with high expectations despite the low rating on Yelp. They we're busy but by no means slammed. Welp, Yelp was right. They've earned their lowly 1.5 rating. I sat at the bar. It took 5 minutes for the bar tender to acknowledge I was there as she was busy talking about giving a refund to the couple next to me for some unknown screw up. The assistant bar tender finally got me a drink. I waited another 5-10 minutes with a promise from the chief barkeep to get to me ASAP. She visited a table in the bar twice. Next time I looked up she was fiddling with something at the cash register. Maybe the previously mentioned refund . So I left and went to Wendy's next door who had my food in hand in less than two minutes. Five stars for Wendy's! I seldom give a review this poor, but they earned it. The lady that is a host was extremely disrespectful I don't know her name but she is bigger, she has greenish blue hair. We asked for a booth and she immediately popped an attitude and said "well if you want a booth I'm gonna have to wipe on off" and the rudest and most bitch way. This is so unprofessional my mom is elderly and needed support on her back. Another thing they brought my food out BUNRT so we had to send it back. The only reason I'm giving this review three stars instead of two is because I love the food. I used to work at a Chili's years ago. This location needs to get their act together though. There was two in our party, several tables open and we had to wait 20-25 minutes before being sat. Not sure the host knew what he was doing. A server came up and said she could take us and had to tell the host to seat us. The food was good and our server was on it. Lots of dirty, unbussed tables. Not sure if they were short staffed or what. I probably won't go back. It's a toss up. read more

I had a really good experience at this Chili's! The 2 for 25 deal is great. We got the 2 side salads for our appetizer. You are able to choose from the house salad or Caesar. I got the chicken fajitas for my meal and my fiancé got the chicken pasta. I loved the fajitas and it came with so many toppings! They come out hot and sizzling. Toppings included: lettuce, salsa, sour cream, guacamole. The fajitas themselves are served with chicken, onions, peppers, black beans, and about 5 mini soft taco shells. For dessert we got the skillet cookie which was amazing. It comes with icecream and chocolate syrup on top. Overall, it's so much food for a good price! We will be back for this deal. read more

I understand distancing things but the entire row by the windows is empty of people. Drinks are priced good for a restaurant. The food is definitely frozen and not a lot of homemade sauces or dishes,if any. But Chili's is good, you won't be blown away by any means, but a nice spot. It's still new so very clean and staff has the training they need. Overall the bar area has 3 TVs, cheaper drinks that average in the area, and good service. read more

Chili's is one of my favorite places to eat. I was so happy when they opened this one in Hamilton quarter, so much closer to me than Sawmill and Polaris locations. However both times I've ordered from here they messed up my order. We gave them a pass for the first time. New place, just opened, covid., etc My husband and I picked this chili's for carry out for our anniversary dinner. They not only messed up my husband's and my dinners, they messed up the kids dinners too. Two dinners were missing bacon. A burger and a chicken sandwich that come with bacon according to the menu. This wasn't an addition that got forgotten. The "medium" steak was so rare my daughter microwaved it. Stuff was missing out of my dinner as well. And we found wax paper baked into the dessert. Luckily I found it before we ate it. I tried leaving feedback online but get an error message each time so I'm leaving my feedback here. I may try them again, but it'll be a while. Going to drive farther to one of the 2 locations that we've been to before and have been perfectly happy. read more

Had a late lunch with the rents at the new Chili's in the New Albany/Cols area. They had everyone spread out pretty well but we did have to wait for someone to notice that we were waiting to be seated. Our waiter was great but it also took sometime for us to get our food, longer than it should at 2pm. Try the chicken nachos, so good. My wife called to get a refund on that meal and sat on hold for 30 min waiting for a manager, I also called and told the person answering phones what was going on and they put me on hold. My wife finally got someone to answer, they asked her to hold again while they got something to take her info down with and hung up on her.....guess we're just out $20.....it's also only 5pm, and she said there was hardly anyone in there when she picked up. We decided to give it a try since it is in our neighborhood. We arrived around 7:15 and ate dinner at about 8:10 surrounded by dirty tables. I counted 10 tables full of dirty dishes , paper and left overs on all sides of us. The bar looked like the safest place to eat. The wait staff were all apologetic for the length of time to get food. When my husband asked who was responsible for cleaning tables they replied everyone. Well it seems nobody wanted the job. The floor was dirty and a child had spilled milk which was never mopped up while we were there. I don't think we will be making a return visit. read more

This place is an absolute mess. I understand short staffing due to Covid, I really do, but figure it out. We all have to adapt. The management team is horrendous and offer lame excuses for just about everything. There is almost always a wait to be seated, but that's just the beginning. Once seated, takeout orders are prioritized over the dine in clients causing for extended delays to receive your food. You sit downs and immediately order, you have at least an hour wait for your food, and 95% of the time the food that comes to you is incorrect. Tired to get in on Friday May 6th at 6:15pm. We checked in and was told it was going to be a 40 min wait. The restaurant was less than half full and all the bar stools were pushed to one side. While waiting I asked the host ifI could get a drink while I waited, he said no, the bar was closed. We waited for another 15 min and watched one mamager just stand behind the bar just folding a bar towl and another manager standing behind the host stand just watching. The servers were just slowly walking around. We decided to leave and while driving away the one manager that was behind the bar and two servers were outside smoking. Chili's is pretty well known (at least in my experience) for being hit or miss from one location to another. Some are great, some are not so great. This one unfortunately hit a new low. Went in early on a Sunday, about 4 PM, and the place was almost empty, and looking at the reviews in retrospect I can see why. We ordered "standard fare" - wife had the chicken strips, which were good. I ordered a half rack with street corn and slaw, along with a cup of chili. We had to send wife's fries back, they were clearly not fresh. I sent my corn back which was obviously not freshly made either, I mean, it was pretty bad. You know, shrunken like kernels, really chewy and no moisture. I don't understand why they would send out old food. The second cob that came out was great! Ribs were also dry (i.e., old) It was the chili I believe that is prompting this review. It was just bad - flavor wise was actually "ok", tasted like chili, but it just looked terrible - again, really old, like bottom of the pot. I only ate two small tastes fortunately, because I ended up running to the bathroom at the Home Depot down the street about 15 minutes after leaving. Server was great, but management is seriously lacking. We sent back two items (should have been three counting the chili), and never saw a manager. I will go to Chili's again, but not this one! read more

When we ordered takeout, we said this is their last chance to get it right. They didn't. Our door dasher was waiting at restaurant forever even though it was advertised that delivery would be less than 30 minutes. 50 minutes later, we received our meal - we live about 1-2 minutes down the street. The food looked old, was completely cold, and the grilled chicken on my salad was cold and slimy! I called to get a refund and was on hold to speak to a manager for 10 minutes! I hung up and called back and was put on hold again for more than 5 minutes. So disappointed with this place and we've give it several chances with the same terrible outcome. Great curbside. Love the chocolate lava cake and the potato soup. Got the steak with avocado on it.

The food was gross and we found plastic paper with the skillet cookie and there was PLASTIC PAPER IN IT!!!! When we addressed it the manager said that they actually make there own cookie dough and that it is baked on the plastic paper and we knew he was lying and the food wasn't seasoned at all and insects were flying around our food and it was a disappointment since we were famished. I definitely don't recommend coming here unless you like unseasoned food. The booth that we were in was dirty and there was a lime on the floor and the seats were gross. Last but not least the restaurant gave me very much dirty, worthless, unsanitary, and it seemed like they don't clean up or care about it. Very disappointing and upset!!!! read more
