The food was good, the food was hot, and the food was tasty. This chilis is a great representation of the chilis brand and they really provide good customer service. The staff was friendly and very attentive to needs, and they seemed to all work together to make sure everyone was taken care of. The lunch deals they offer are amazing, and the chicken sandwich was AMAZiNG. Personally I love their potato soup and will always order it no matter what....even though a bowl is a bit pricey. However, it's worth it. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. Also, the entrance into the lobby smelled amazing...no idea what they use, but it reminded me of a cologne. First time at this location, went for lunch. Was seated quickly upon arrival but not really greeted. Sat in a booth and was shocked to see that both sides of the booth had huge rips in the seats. The lunch option for shrimp fajitas was a decent portion and the price was well worth it. The trio sampler is always a great option if you're looking for variety. Worst Chili's in the world. Don't do curbside They are always 30 minutes behind. When they bring the food out it's cold. I've lived in this area 6 years, been to this Chili's maybe 5 times. I was impressed by the staff at this Chili's. We came in thinking there would be five of us and in the end, people who said they weren't coming showed up with friends and family and we ended up with 16. Our waitress quickly adapted with a smile. (Of course thinking about it now, she might have been thinking about the tip at the end.) She professionally got our drink orders in, with only one small mishap when a beer didn't arrive with the rest of our drinks. Very easily and quickly fixed. She then took our orders and it all came out rather quickly! I've had to wait longer for my food when I was eating by myself, then we had to wait for all our orders to arrive. Appetizer of chips and salsa was somewhat slow to arrive. Everyone was happy with their entree. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the bartenders was very courteous about the issues we received during this visit. It was exceptionally slow for a Monday so we knew service would or should be up to par. The bartender waited on us and we ordered our appetizer and entrees at one time. We assumed, which is our mistake, that the entrees would come out at least 5 minutes after we received it. WRONG! More like 30 seconds after. We had a full table of stuff with no room to dine. I ordered the salmon, which I have before at the location on 2920 (which might I add was a Togo order and was delicious when I indulged). Nevertheless, this salmon was dry, the rice was horrible and I can't even begin to explain the bland brocolli - that the server who delivered it touched with her hand. So me, yes I am a server but I have no problem sending something back if I am not pleased. I sent it back and order the crispers because I mean, you can't mess up chicken. The crispers came back and it looked like someone dropped it in the rice I had just sent back.. literally tossed in rice. And on top of all that, when I maneuvered the fries the plate had old caked up food on it. No disrespect to Tamra because she was apologetic but that is unacceptable.
