COVID drivin businesses will not survive the aftermath of the rude service. I won't be back even after. This used to be a pretty good place to dine, about 10 years ago. Nowadays it's well known for long waiting times. The Maitre d didn't seemed interested in performing her job. They weren't able to make most of the cocktails I wanted to drink(mojito, mai tai, frozen margarita) which is insane. The waiter was friendly and was apologetic for the fact that some drinks and foods weren't available. Overall the restaurant has declined steadily in the last 5 years and I won't go back there until new management addresses some of their issues. read more

My family and I went to chilis last night and got boneless wings and took them to go. When we got back to eat them my daughter bit into a sharp bone. They are boneless wings for a reason. Sat at the bar and was kindly greeted by a bartender of the name Carol (i know her name because of my receipt). I would have to say that the ribs,beer,&service was great. Not much to choose from in this area if you want to watch NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP & enjoy a beer but this was definitely a great choice.? This was probably one of the best Chili's I've been to. Burger was a little over cooked but still edible, didn't want to send back we were in a hurry. Very packed on a Saturday night as expected. Wait time was about 12 minutes and that is how I came to download this app. Computers went down soon after we ordered but the waitress had time to get our appetizer in. We waited for our main course for quite awhile when it did come the pasta that my daughter ordered tasted funny so she did not eat but a few bites. My enchilada plate was very good and a large serving. Cheesecake was delish! Food is always very good. Service is mostly very good. Occasionally you will get a waiter/waitress that is not great. They do tend to mess up To Go orders, they get the orders right about 65% of the time and wrong about 35% of the time, so you need to check your bag of food before you walk out with it. read more

I hate to be the queen of bad reviews but guess I pick all the bad places to eat. I hadn't been to chili's since last year due to their food being just awful. My family and I decided to give it a try since it had been so long and I should have trusted my gut! First of all the ladies in the front had no customer service - they looked like they hated that so many people were coming in and I over heard her telling each person it would be a 40-1hr wait when the seating area was pretty empty. They had every other table closed off due to "COVId" but apparently Covid doesn't exist in the bar area where it was packed and there was no social distance there. Anyways we waited 45 min to get seated. Our waiter came nice guy but not a good waiter. His finger nails were black as night and did not have very good overall hygiene aside from that he took our orders and we waited what we counted from the time we sat down 8:04 got our food at 8:45 - he put in my husbands order wrong so he had to wait another 20 min for his food. We Could not get the waiter to come back to serve us refills and we had to ask the manager that passed by our table for napkins. He would pass by our table and not look at us - not sure if he was on something just seemed unfocused. Manager came to apologize to our table because the order was wrong - she had just finished apologizing to another table that were unhappy with their orders and service. We then mistakingly ordered dessert I say mistakenly because we waited another almost 25 min. We were there for a total of 2hrs and 35min that's just insane when we ate our food in about 25 min max. Our whole afternoon was pretty much gone sitting in Chillis waiting, waiting, waiting. If they get your order wrong or make you wait forever do not even expect some type of dessert on the house or discount they don't care. Not coming again. read more

Do not go here! Even if you starve and this is the only restaurant on earth. I ordered Spicy shrimp taco. How can they mess it up, you ask? Here's why: 1. The tacos supposed to come with sliced fresh avocado. Mine arrived with none. I asked the server why it was not included, she said she would get me some. 5 mins later the server brought me avocado with black spots all over it. The avocado looks like it has been in someone else food. They forked it out and put it on my place. Absolutely not fresh at all. Took another 5 mins to flag down another waitress who was nice enough to exchange the bruised avocado for some fresh ones for me. The one star is for her. 2. As some other reviewers mentioned before, their rice is not fully cooked. I had two bites and left the rest untouched. 3. Their beans had a sour after taste. Tasted like they are going bad but nobody bothers to make a new batch. I also left my beans untouched. 4. Shrimp tacos come with coleslaw and their cole slaw was drenched in mayonnaise sauce. My steak fajitas were burnt too much and the tortillas were hard and stale. Also we had a fly problem where a few garbage flies kept on landing on our food. We never got to eat. I was in a group of 6 who waited for about 30 minutes for a table. After a table that was going to be ours was cleaned, a large group entered and took it without being put on a wait list. (They did not have reservations.)The waitress rolled her eyes and when we tried to get her to tell them that was our table, she said she did not have the authority to do this. She did not respond when we asked for a manager or when we told her we were leaving. This must be a common problem because when we entered a couple who was sitting at a table for 8 told us to act like we were joining them do we could get their table. Went here for lunch with a group. Service was good. Place was clean. Food was overpriced , but it's crappy chain restaurant food so it wasn't totally shocked. Got the new $11.49 prime rib burrito which was awful, should have just got an $10.49 overpriced burger. I had high hopes since the smell from the outside was so amazing. However, our first negative experience began with the wait. I don't mind waiting, I work in the food industry and I know it takes a while. Unfortunately, we watched people who came in after us, with the same number of people as us being seated before us. Not sure why. The poor service continued when my wife was given carbonated water instead of the tonic water she ordered. Next, those new notebook things you use to check out the menu, play games and pay your check with, charged me for a game that I was just looking at. Not really a big deal but slightly annoying. After ordering, we waited, as expected, for a pretty long time before receiving our food. Again, I know they were busy and I know what the dinner rush is like, so I'm not expecting a 2 minute turn around on my food. What we got was food that had been cooked (or warmed up) long before it was sent out. My "craft" burger was completely flavorless and almost cold. My daughter had mashed potatoes the actually were cold on the inside and my wife's soup was cold as well. None of us received a refill and the notebook thing said that we had no drinks to be refilled. Needless to say. This was a terribly experience was terrible. After a long 12 hr drive on our way from WI to FL we stopped for the night. Across the parking lot with a 10% discount from the hotel we're staying at is Chili's. Stopped in for a few cocktails and something to eat. I wanted Captain Morgan in my drink and they didn't carry it. Got the ONLY spiced rum they have and it's horrible. One choice of rum, REALLY? Not sure where to start. I'm going to assume our waitress was just having an off night. Dined here with my family at about 7:30. Our food came about average speed. But after that, our waitress disappeared. The waiter that had the tables next to us was visiting fairly often. But our waitress seemed to vanish. I'm talking 30 minute plus. Got takeout from an online order. It was ready on time and the hostess was very personable and friendly, but the burger was awful. I got the southwest burger and ordered it "pink" (the only cooking directions that were listed were "well done, not pink, and pink"). The burger was charred and the onion rings on top were burnt as well. Even the cheese was burnt if that is possible. There was no barbecue sauce on the burger despite the description on the menu, and although my receipt confirmed I asked for no pickles or tomatoes, there were pickles and a tomato.. all in all, great service, nice people, awful food experience. read more

I was in town for work and had a rough day. I called in a to-go order so I could go back to my hotel and relax with my meal. They told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived promptly in 15 minutes, but ready to wait 5 minutes more. I ended up waiting 35 minutes more to get my food. Nobody really came to tell me what was going on with my order. Things were slow so they weren't swamped. Staff members were just hanging out. When I finally got my meal I had to wait another 5 minutes to get the check. If I wanted to hang out at the bar all night I wouldn't have made it a to-go order. Once I got back to my room and opened up the container, there was my sandwich, but no fries. What person working in the restaurant industry in a restaurant of this type doesn't know the sandwich/burger/whatever comes with fries? They just seemed incompetent and apathetic. My husband and I love Chili's. Unfortunately, because of the usual long wait times at this location, we have never ate there. A couple of days ago we were in Dalton and seen that it was almost empty, so we swung in quickly! We were ignored by two workers, then finally the third finally showed us attention. I'm clearly pregnant and she asked if we wanted to sit in the lounge and look at the beer menu (and she proceeded to tell us it was free seating, hinting she didn't want to show us to a table) and rolled her eyes when we said no. Our food came quickly, and my husbands drink stayed full.... mine was forgot about THREE times. The food wasn't anything to write home about. Next time I will just go to the Catersville location. The food is better and the waitress don't flirt with my husband. read more

I think that this chili's location is alright, but could definitely stand a few improvements, mostly in the staff department. Sometimes service is alright, but a lot of the time the wait is SO long. My brother and I came here Monday and the service was great! The waiter was friendly and very on the ball with drinks, food and refills. We had different meals and both were great.
