We came in with our kids after work one evening. We were seated right away even though it seemed busy. Our waiter Will was by far one of the best waiters we have ever had. So attentive, kind and did not mess up one order. He was patient and quick. Our drinks came right away. Our appetizers came quick as well. Our food was all so delicious and freshly made. I can honestly say that always enjoy my trips to Chili's. And as someone who is always on the hunt for a deal, I love the three for me. The fact that you can get I starter, a drink and a main for less than the price of some fast food options is crazy to me! What a deal! I was very tempted to give this a five, but due to an issue with my burger (it being very rare when I asked for well), which was quickly resolved albeit, and the 'side' of Mac and cheese being tiny, I couldn't but it where I felt it belonged. Our server definitely deserved a 5 star but with two separate issues with the food it was hard to place the full review any higher. As someone who is fairly local to this Chili's, I'd be happy to visit again and update my review in the future but for now I feel this was fair. read more

The sirloin steak was not that tasteful today for me, but for the most part, it's a tasteful steak. I like to eat it with rice and salad. I did add some fries, which were great. We decided to have desert, so we got the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie, it hit the spot. Called from parking lot, the actual restaurant parking lot because we were in tight time. Was told 5-10 mins (great we have time) walk 25 feet to the door and are told it's now an hour! This is the same person we spoke to on the phone. When I mention this fact she stops even speaking to us. Rudely opens the door for us to leave - and says it's an hour you waiting or not? No! Went into chili's not expecting to enjoy my meal but I did enjoy it. I got the chicken crispy crisper four piece. Consists of 4 chicken tenders with very good breading. Comes with tasty fries and Mac and cheese. Enjoyed them all. Wifey had a bowl of enchilada soup she finished but had filled up so most of her margarita chicken came home. The beans beans and rice were mainly left on the plate. Looked and tasted more by baked beans to me. Not looking like black beans at any Mexican restaurant I've been at. This particular location is conveniently located just off of Interstate 4 at Champion's Gate. The food here is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. If you are looking for something, the burgers are a good bet. The service here was good and the burger was not a bad choice. This was a good option just off of Interstate 4, so if you are traveling down the highway, this is a convenient enough stop. While the burgers are nothing amazing, they are also a step up from fast food. I was between giving it three or four stars, but will opt to give it four stars. The reason that I am upgrading it to four stars is that I think most of us are aware of what Chili's can offer and this particular location of Chili's is a good representation of that particular brand. So it's Chili's. You're going to get food somewhere between McDonald's and a real restaurant. It's not great but somehow tastes good. Their burgers are always pretty tasty with a nice charred flavor and a really good bun. I've loved their fries since I was a kid, as they never miss a chance to season them with salt and pepper. And lastly, the skillet queso is an American staple, especially with their thin and yet again heavily salted item the chips. One knock is their to-go window really struggles with accuracy. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door we were greeted by a very personable host who asked where we'd like to be seated. As soon as we sat within seconds our server introduced herself as Jill. We were starving and she quickly took our order . Just terrible. Ordered takeout on a Tuesday night and it was practically inedible. First of all, I had to wait almost an hour for the food after going inside twice to ask about the online order which never came curbside. My shrimp tacos had something that would normally be avocado, but these green objects must have been rubber of some sort. This was my first time at this Chili's and it was on our way home from a weekend at the Orlando theme parks. I was apprehensive to stop here because it seemed in the middle of nowhere off I-4, however Is as pleasantly surprised. We called ahead to make a reservation ahead of our arrival and they said they can put us on the waitlist. When we arrived, we only had to wait for a minute before they seated us. Our sever Iveliz was fun and really made our time super special. She was one of the best servers I've had at any Chili's. She was beyond an order taker and really showed excitement and checked in on us routinely. This was all during a busy Sunday dinner time. She even brought us extra chips for our free guac I got through the chili's rewards. By far the best reward I have received yet. I had the choice between chips and salsa with guac or queso. Guac was an easy choice and it was a lot, so much we needed more chips. I ordered a Quesadilla Explosion Salad which is one of usual favorites. I love that you get a quesadilla with loads of veggies so you feel less guilty eating it. I like to order the dressing on the side to control the amount and in case I take any home it still lasts til the next day. This salad however was not plated as nicely as ones I've had in the past. It looked sloppy and thrown together, however still tasted great. I would definitely recommend this location as I felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff. As much as my evening started terribly at Chili's, our server, Keyshawn, made up for it. I called in advance and asked to do the wait in line for our party of 7. Recieved the text stating that we would have a table available when we arrive between 828 and 843. Arrived at 830 and was informed that it would take 30 minutes before we could get a table. Let me preface this by saying, I love Chili's. Today, we visited the Champions Gate location with our two young children. The service was slow, I mean very slow. Asked for a beer and received it 15 minutes later, would have reminded the waitress sooner if she had ever come even remotely near our table. But what really did me in was when we were finished, my husband took my oldest son to the restroom. I was getting the baby (almost 1 year old) out of the booster seat (they don't have high chairs) and grabbed two drinks that we were taking with us and my keys and phone off the table. I started walking away and the baby shifted, I had to stop and situate him better on my hip, so I sat the two drinks on the bar for 5 seconds. I quickly picked them back up and the second they left the counter, the bartender rushed over with her cleaning spray and sprayed the counter, I didn't even have time to move yet. This is our neighborhood Chili's and visit every couple of months. There is usually a long wait time (30-45 min) to be seated. Tonight was no exception and we know this coming in. We ordered our meals and appetizers and we also Gita dessert with our meal. Everything is usually pretty good but tonight, there are some opportunities. The crisp chicken crispers were flat and a little tough. I'm not used to getting flat chicken strips. The iced tea had a really odd flavor to it too. Almost like it had been wrapped in plastic too long. It was drinkable just weird. Our dessert was cheesecake and it was served frozen. Not much of an issue as we decided it was a sign that we didn't need to eat it right then and would be best to take it home and enjoy later on. Our server was Devan and she was outstanding. Her persona was happy and welcoming and she was attentive to us and the tables around us. She is definitely a star server at this Chili's and we would ask to be seated in her area again. We asked fir a box to go for the cheesecake and shared that it was frozen. We weren't sharing to get anything, just to let her know. If you don't know about an issue, you can't fix it for others right? She brought us another slice to go to enjoy at home later. He ended up being our server for the night...Richard was his name and after putting our order in and chatting a bit he has been at this location for years!! Came here around 10pm with my girls after a not so great experience at Disney (and it was their first time ever at the parks) and Terrence was AMAZING. I haven't been to chilies in a while and I will 100% be coming back here. Not only was the food so delicious, hot, and fresh, but the service was amazing. He checked up on us more than enough times, had refills before we even asked, and was just very personable and kind. If you are hungry or want a quick bite, this chilies is the way to go!!! After two days at two parks, we stopped by this Chili's on the way home. We where seated and our server took our orders. The chips and salsa came in everything was great and then we ordered some burgers. When we cut to burgers in Half, we noticed that too were not cooked all the way. We alerted our server about this and the burgers where taken back and the staff started cooking new ones for us. Then the manager on duty came and apologized for this. Accidents happen in life and we were really impressed with the fast action and getting our orders correct. The manager on duty even took the two burgers and fries off the bill! Okay prefacing this with it's a Chili's so the four stars is on standard chain restaurant standards. My fiancé and I came in looking for a cheap meal, and were not disappointed. He ordered the 3 for $10, so we got chips and salsa for our appetizer. Good chips, generic salsa tasted like it came out of a jar. He also got the Cajun chicken pasta that he said was good, just not as spicy as he thought it would be. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and got some extra ranch on the side because it was SPICY.
