Tried Chili's and unfortunately the food was a bit disappointing. The Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks arrived without the satisfying cheese pull I was hoping for, which was already a letdown. They were also extremely salty, and even dipping them in the ranch didn't really balance out the saltiness. The Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers were okay, but the flavor felt very familiar -- like something I've had at other places before. For the price, it didn't feel like it offered anything special or memorable. Overall, the biggest takeaway was that the food leaned heavily on the salty side. Haven't been here in literally over 15 years. Waitress asked if We would like chips/ salsa for the table../ that's almost like asking me at an Italian restaurant if I'd like bread.. the only catch $8 for the chips/ salsa which I'm sure years ago were free. No worries they were worth the extra calories on a cold night The food was pretty good. .. burgers and sirloin steak cooked to our liking. Ambience fine. Sadly disappointed in their new menu changes - they dropped their signature nachos which were the best and no longer have typical quesadillas. Came to this Chili's after work for a girls night of catching up. It's probably about 15 years since I have been to any Chili's. I got the triple dipper that had different options. I HAD to try the big mozzo block! Oh my goodness, it did not disappoint! I got the flavor honey chipotle for the mozzo and the Nashville Hot chicken crispers... the sauces are sooooooo good!!! I also got the bug mouth bites which I was very impressed that they were juicy with sauce and not plain. The service was good, no complaints. The prices were great and the drinks were also tasty! I went here with a friend to get lunch. We were seated within 2 minutes of arriving and our waitress took our drink order a minute after we sat down and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. I ordered the old timer with cheese with fries and it was good. My friend ordered a burger (forgot which one) and he liked it too. Our server was new so I had to ask for a refill of my drink instead of her seeing that I was running low, so I won't take any points away for that. The atmosphere was nice and not noisy. My GF and myself had the Fahitas- The Shrimp was ok, the steak was all grisely, the chicken did have the fat trimmed off it. This place was better Pre-Pandemic. The waiter could care less when I told him about the Fatty Steak and Chicken. The prices have doubled since the Pandemic, as in almost every restaurant I have been in. Food tasted great! Seasoned fries and the smash burger was amazing! Ambiance was good and the staff was very attentive. Our server Dan was on point. The managers stopped by a couple of times asking if we needed anything and asked if everything was OK. I would come back and enjoy the all day happy hour on Saturday and Sunday. I've been here a few times and I've always found the restaurant to be clean. There's a small bar area, several large tables, and tons of booths all around. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and are never hard to find. The food is consistently piping hot, and served quickly! We almost always start off with chips and queso or salsa which is always a hit! I've had several items from the menu and they've all be delicious. This restaurant is 100% kid friendly which is a plus!! The prices here are fair. There's normally some type of promotion going on so be on there look out for that! This is no 5 star restaurant but it's still good nonetheless! You will leave satisfied and full and your wallet will be happy, too! read more

A group of friends and i went out to eat here a couple of days ago and we were having issues with the bill. We had received a printed copy which was significantly lower than the one on the little tablet. Matt the manager was incredible and fixed the issue and even gave us a discount for the hassle! So once again I ordered curbside pickup, and I have to say the ordering process and pickup process was as smooth as could be. It was ready earlier than they said, and food was delivered to my car by a very polite and smiling (at least it seemed that way - he was wearing his mask) young man. Sadly, the food this time was barely mediocre. Mango habanero wings were OK. There were 8 wings - only ONE of the flat sides which are my favorite. Sauce was pretty good, but wings were a bit dry, chewy and overcooked. I also ordered the Southwest Chicken Soup. I think the flavor was good - I just couldn't really tell through all that SALT!!! I love salty food, so when I say something is EXTREMELY salty, I am not exaggerating. The tortilla strips on top were not just soggy, they were chewy! Chicken crispers were not... crispy. They were completely soggy. I also asked for extra honey mustard sauce. Not only did I NOT get any extra, the tiny container I did get was barely half-filled!!! I went through that container with only two small pieces of chicken. My leftovers will be hot, but sauceless :) I'm trying to support my area businesses, but I can't justify paying for barely mediocre food. I'll just continue to cook at home. read more

Came to this location for the first time. I had a blast. It was clean, delicious, and okay service. Our waiter was a bit all over the place but good intentioned. I enjoyed this location because it was quiet on a Saturday night. There was only a 10 min wait. I had the trio for my appetizer. The sliders were delicious, the egg rolls are my favorite dish, and the boneless buffalo wings are always so good. For my entree I did the full rack of baby back ribs, real delicious. The waiter never asked me which sauce I wanted but whatever he chose was good. Overall my experience was fun. I enjoyed the food. The ambient was nice and the food came out quick. Stopped in today for Taco Tuesday and I'm really glad that I did. The Ranchero Chicken Tacos were awesome and just what I was looking for. (3) soft shell tacos loaded with shredded grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, pico and cheese. Plus just the right amount of rice and beans on the side. $9.99. My bartender Ian was exceptionally prompt and super friendly even as the bar was filling up with customers. Honestly I wasn't expecting much from here but from my perspective I can tell you that I'll definitely be back to this Chili's and not just for Taco Tuesday. read more

The drinks and apps were good. Chili's usual, up to par for the franchise. But the entrees disappointed. They were very busy, however we got our drinks and apps pretty quickly. Our food came out at different times, which would have been fine if they were all served warm. My pasta was cold by the time I got it and underwhelming as far as flavor. Came with a pice if Texas toast. The fajitas were ok, but when they were served, the tortillas weren't with it, so had to wait to eat them. Nothing special or great about this location. Chili's, this location in particular, is one of my favorite chain restaurants. This location has such an amazing staff and excellent customer service and customer experience. So since the coronavirus, I haven't been here in like 2 months or so (I've lost track of all time btw, so it feels like 2 months). So I decided to get take-out from here and boy was that the right decision! I wasn't sure how the process went, so I just called ahead. You have several options which makes it easy. You can order and pay online or via the app. Or you can place your order over the phone and pay in person with cash or card when you get there. So I get there and they still have the 3/$10 special which is what I almost always order. Soda, side salad and original chicken crispers with fries and corn on the cob was my choice. All of that for $10! Love it. So I pulled into the parking lot. Made my order over the phone. Then one of the servers comes to your car for you to pay via a portable device or you pay cash if you opt to pay in person. Then they bring the food to your car and you're done! Very simple and easy! You can even do contactless if you pop the trunk and pay ahead of time. So lots of great options to get your Chili's fix to remain safe as possible! The guy that was doing the car delivery was excellent btw! Not sure what his name was but great job to him! Excellent service! They also sell alcohol to-go! Beers I think started at $3 and they had margarita to-go kits! I wish I had taken pics because it's such a massive amount of food but I was too hungry hahaha. Let me preface this saying I LOVE chilis. I walked into this restaurant skipping because I love chilis and finally got my boyfriend to agree to go. We got there and got seated at the bar high tops which is never my favorite but fine no worries. The waiter took a bit to come over for our drinks but took our drinks and app order. We got the white spinach queso with chips. The chips came out like 10 minutes before the queso! Which fine, no biggie. We were sitting for a while, a good while, 40+ minutes and the waiter comes over asking us if we got our food. Um no, we didn't. He said he'd check. He said he told the kitchen, so we should have it soon. Then the manager came out and said we'll it's a little behind the take out orders so we should have it soon. We probably had our food at a little over an hour mark. Then when we tried to get the check, same thing. Had to flag down a girl bussing tables and felt like I basically threw my credit card at the manager when she finally came with our check because I was afraid if she put the receipt down she'd never come back. Now, I'm understanding. If they were busy, I would have been fine. But they weren't. They were all chatting away at the bar, at the host stand. It was just so bad. Not sure what happened to this place. I guess Covid but every other restaurant is still somewhat functioning. I don't think you can say this place functions. I've tried to eat here a few times the past 6 months and haven't been able to. The place has been almost empty, but there is no service. Tried last night and even though the place was empty, it took 5 minutes for someone to come over and say it would be 20-30 mins to get seated. It's a shame because Chilis is a decent restaurant with fun drinks. I really have no idea how this place stays in business. I hope they can turn it around but I know I'm done going there. read more

Ok, so.... after hearing their new commercial on the radio for literally over 100 times, I finally found myself at a Chili's.. Ready to get my burger on that is advertised to be 1/2 pound!!! It was about 7:30 by this time and I knew if I ate this late, eating a 1/2 pound piece of meaty heaven at that, the next day was going to be awful... And I'm writing this the next day and I was right lol. But knowing that last night, I'm just a glutton to self punishment at times, and I love me some meaty heaven at times.... I ordered their Classic Bacon Burger, cooked Medium with fries, and as usual, a side of Bleu Cheese Dressing. The burger was good - but it could have used a bit more bacon. I could have ordered their Ultimate Bacon Burger to get double bacon, but I guess I just expect a bit more bacon on a bacon burger to begin with. The L/T/O that was served with it was very crispy and fresh.. Nothing worse than getting old, gross veggies!! The fries were crispy and good and my Bleu Cheese was remembered :-) I wish I could go crazy on how much bigger it was, but it kinda looked like their old burger. I was expecting a humungo burger, but it just looked the same. I washed it all down with a tall frosty Dos Equis Draft. Between that and Stella, they are some good draft brews lemme tell ya! 3 stars. Yea, it's Chili's. Service was ok and the bartender was pleasant. We sat at the bar and had to remind the server to give us some utensils. The floor behind the bar was pretty messy and we could see into the kitchen as they have a 1/2 door and it looked pretty messy as well - it doesn't say anywhere that you have to wait until closing to clean up a bit. Just my 2 cents on general housekeeping. I know I'll be back to Chili's probably more than I need to because they do have some good eats there... It was pretty busy for a Thursday night as well. I will say, I saw them bring out a Triple Dipper App and for the price, you get a nice plate full of food! I think I will do that one next time for sure! read more

Upon entering I was seated quickly. My server was friendly and quick to bring drinks. I ordered a burger. Your choices are well done or pink. I got mine pink. It came out as I requested it. They had all kinds of burgers with various toppings to choose from. I changed my burger a little from the menu and the server was glad to accommodate me. The restaurant was clean. Service was quick.
