Two families assembled for dinner to celebrate my adult daughter's on December 3rd, and Nicole took great care of us. Everyone at the table seemed to ask for adjustments to their menu order. Nicole never asked for a repeat, so I had my doubts. Yet everything was perfect! During the meal, Nicole was very attentive but not overbearing. Her timing seemed right on. Nicole took care of the checkout. On my way out, I noticed she was tending to a soldier [El Paso is a Army town], and being very patient explaining the menu choices. As a former solider myself, this warmed my heart. He might have been on assignment here, far away from his family... Tableside guacamole was INEDIBLE. 100% under-ripe avocados. They were watery, hard, bitter, and disgusting. Also- the guac, silverware, AND our drinks didn't come until after our entrees were already at the table. Very poor showing Chiles. I came here on a Saturday night, right before the rush hour thankfully. We sat on this booth with a small table. Have not been back to Chili's for such a long time! Hostess guided us to the table. They had a $20/$25 for two (and a 10$ for one) deal. It was a pretty good deal. They had set menus/food for it though. We got the $20 for two deal, which included an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert; and on top of that, we decided to order wings (honey chipotle flavored). We ordered chips and guac, ribs and quesadilla, and chocolate chip with ice cream. FOOD: Was really good. Wouldn't say it's mind blowing but great. I would definitely come again. PARKING: Parking lot is also part of the LOWE's parking lot. So... parking is plentiful. You would not have any problem... unless you do not like to walk. SERVICE: I might say... our waitress is quite... the person. She multi-tasked with such ease. Our waitress is friendly and attentive. Good deal, good food, good service. Haven't been to a Chili's in years so we thought we would try it again. This location is right off the 54 at Trans Mountain and has plenty of parking and was pretty busy on the Monday night we stopped in. Wife got the quesadilla which was very plain and very flat, ie not a lot of cheese. I got a combo dish with salmon and grilled shrimp and it wasn't bad. But $4.75 for a bottle of Sam Adams? If we had skipped the drinks, it would have been a pretty good value, but the food was still just ok at best. read more

I've been coming here with my wife for two years, the foods usually good and the service isn't an issue, but the past two times the food has been seriously bad. Both times my steak was tough and all gristle and my wings were slimy and weirdly textured. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I mean come on it's a chili's not a steakhouse, and chalked it up to a bad day. But this second time I went it was the same, and unfortunately the service matched it this time around. The Waiter forgot utensils twice, brought out the wrong appetizer, and proceeded to put that wrong appetizer on my bill. I'm not one to send my food back or complain, so I simply paid for my meal and left it mostly uneaten. I don't know if it's the rising grocery costs or covid causing the chain to purchase lower quality meat and produce, but it's a noticeable loss in quality. read more

This location...oy! I'm so over it. I have had lackluster dining experiences in the past at this particular location so I decided to give the to go a try. I was really craving queso dip too so after reviewing the menu online, I placed my order and went to retrieve it. Arrived five minutes early and the checkout was fast. The food was already waiting and there were no lines. At home I realized the portions were small. I'd ordered an entree as well that looked pitiful in its container. My biggest disappointment though was the White Spinach Queso. At first glance it didn't look so bad, just small. Well the container was half filled with cold cheese (like refrigeratored cold) under a pool of tomato juice. One thing I would like to say to whomever came up with this idea - There were kids drawings all around the windows for an Easter coloring contest. All fine and dandy with one exception - ther names and phone numbers were written across the top in plain view of anyone sitting in the waiting area. NOT a good idea. At least put them on the backs of the artworks, or maybe number them and have contestants info on a list kept elsewhere. I normally don't care for Chili's, but I have to say that their lower calorie meals are awesome, and their beer selection is pretty great, too. Service is friendly, but the kitchen at this particular location is notoriously slow. Busy or not. Me and my girlfriend go to this chili's all the time, and we went yesterday for dinner and there was a hair in my pasta, I told the waiter about it, and he took it back and got me another, however that took like 15 minutes. So while my girlfriend was already done with her food I sat there and waited. The main issue is that I figured the manager or somebody in charge would do something for me for the inconvenience however nothing was done. I got the check and still had the pasta on my bill. WORST CHILIS IN TEXAS!!!! Forced to wait in the car which wasn't a super big deal. Was seated by one of the worst servers. Blond dyed hair short girl. Waited 15-20 minutes to order drinks. Wanted to order an appetizer but was brushed off. We had silverware that didn't have a fork and had to ask 3 different servers for a fork before they finally decided to bring us one. 45 minute wait for our meal and the medium rare steak was served raw. Seen very few times by the simple minded server and every time was almost completely brushed off like we were inconveniencing her. Took almost a full hour and a half for four of us to finish. Every time I come to this Chili's, I receive slow service. It doesn't matter if they are busy or slow...will not come back.

The smoked wings were good. The service was terrible in my opinion. Throughout the restaurant, all I heard was "I'm sorry about that" as servers addressed table needs. Why not improve service instead of constantly apologizing? Our food was delivered a dish at a time over about 20 minutes. The rest of the food was just okay. My husband and I ate here last night. We were seated quickly even though it was crowded. I forgot our servers name, I need to start paying more attention. Our drinks were always refilled before they were empty, and food came out quickly. We got southwestern egg rolls for an appetizer which are always yummy. My husband got a burger, bleh looked gross. He said it was fine. I had the "new" ranchero chicken tacos. They were pretty good, nothing amazing, I will say that I hate their rice and I can never find one thing on the menu that I will stick with every time. read more

I usually come here for drinks and sit at the bar. I always like the atmosphere since it is really chilled out. I come in the evenings and bartenders are really cool especially Marty. Food has been good to satisfy my craving. After looking at some of the reviews I could say that the place will get busy especially on Fridays and Saturdays so expect a wait. Food is good at its price. If you want something more the I suggest another restaurant that you will pay more for quality. Waited an HOUR for food that NEVER came!! What can I say, we waited half an hour for our appetizers just to be told that the white queso had run out. Now I understand this can happen and the server was polite asking if we still wanted it or if we'd rather have a soup or salad. We opted to wait after being told it would only be another ten minutes. Ten minutes later still no appetizer. At this point I had to wave the waiter down and let him know we didn't want the appetizer any more. I then asked when our food would be coming out. After being told it would be 5 minutes we proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes and STILL no food. Now I don't know if many people mind waiting nearly an hour for their food but I certainly do and what's more I went to this chilis having to be somewhere afterwards. Very disappointed with management. My husband and I go to Chili's on a regular weekly basis. During one dining, I saw a colleague and gave the waiter (Dallas) money to pay for a dessert for her. I found out later she never got it. I called and talked to Alicia the daytime manager. She talked to Dallas and he admitted he forgot and was holding the money until he saw me again. Alicia assured me she would send my money and a gift card to make up for the situation. I never received it. I called a month later and she said she'd send it again. I never received it.
