Today my family of three just left this location we ordered the three for me. All of us had burgers we told the waiter we want all the burgers well done but two of them came out pink. Had to send them back and had to wait 30 minutes for it to come back out also, the waiter was not attentive. She never came to the table to check up on us Didn't put napkins on the table. We had to keep asking for those refill drinks so the manager comes over and said oh I took two of your burgers off which I thought that would've been the right thing to do but looking at the receipt they added two extra burgers on the bill because we sent them back And then she took those off and it just made the bill regular price so we got nothing discounted. This is really unacceptable. I would never come back to the Evergreen Park location again normally my family go to the Chili's in Orland Park, which has phenomenal customer service the managers are excellent. Once we entered we were seated instantly. We were told that there were no kids menus and we had to look it up online. That was fine however, the problem is that we waited over 10 min before I had to ask about a server. I was told that they were short staffed and that they would get one for us. The most disgusting thing about food can be food with hair in it ! There was hair from the follicle wrapped in my salad. That means hairnets are not worn, and an eyelash was on my last southwest egg roll. I am disappointed, and will not be eating here again. Perhaps this location is still experiencing growing pains... but I can't recommend this Chili's. It's a brand new, from the bottom up location and I was curious to try it. The service there was the biggest disappointment, overall, being sluggish to non-existent. In fact, we would've ordered more drinks if our server waited on our table, and even a dessert had the rest of our meal not taken so long. That, mixed with the fact that Chili's menu has taken a less interesting, and cheaper quality, turn made our visit a deal-breaker. The decor is nice, being modern industrial. But there's a certain "sewer" aspect to the large, decorative pipe railing having the print/markings on it... kind of an appropriate metaphor for the whole experience. We asked our server, and later a food-runner, for our bill. My recent visit to the Evergreen IL, location was the utmost worst experience I've ever encountered. The Chill's experience range from the ridiculously long wait times to the poor customer/food service. The overall experience was horrible. My guest and I waited 40 mins just to be seated then another hour to receive our food. The waiter was courteous but being understanding did not change the impact of the less than satisfactory service. The manager, Fred, in a very condescending way, approached our table only to lack understanding and professionalism. I will never visit this location again!! read more

Actually, zero is the rating. We were hesitant to go to this location because of the neighborhood. We pass this location all the time so we thought TODAY, we would give them a chance. We walked in and there weren't many tables filled. We weren't greeted as we walked in. The hostess was leaning back and drinking a drink. We were given a wait time of 10-15 minutes. I figured why not because it would take 15 minutes to drive somewhere else. Needless to say, we were waiting for a while and someone came in and was seated before us. The same thing happened to a couple who was seated before us. That made us wonder if they had a real waiting list. I pulled up Yelp and started reading reviews. But the food we Oder was over cooked the fries tasted like it was sitting out for a while like they just put it back in the Grease and let it sit. I had dinner at the Chili's on 95th and Western this afternoon. The food was delicious. There were four of us and we all agreed that the taste of the food was good. My baby back ribs were so good, I continued to eat them, even though I was full. They were so tender!! The fries were also good. A couple people had chicken strips and one had a hamburger. ALL TASTY!!! The service we received from our waiter was terrible. He wore a hoodie and actually kept the hood on as he serviced the tables. He put our drinks at the end of the table. We had to distribute the drinks ourselves. The soup that was to come with the food did not come, until someone at our table asked the hostess to tell the kitchen that we did not receive it. When the soup was finally brought to the table, it was in "to-go cartons". When the waiter was told that the soup was wanted to have with the meal, I believe he said we could take it home. One of us asked to see his manager. The manager came and the complaint about the soup was given. She agreed that he should have asked whether we wanted to take the soup home or have it there, even though it was very late. She offered the person who spoke to her a bowl of soup.
