I hadn't been to a Chili's in quite a while and decided to stop in for lunch while shopping. Never again! Hostess was pleasant, took our number and told us there would be a 10 minute wait even though there were quite a few empty tables (thinking lack of bus staff). We were seated. Waitress was not unpleasant but not welcoming either. She never asked how I wanted my burger which I didn't realize until after she left. Waited an extremely long time for our food (my daughter is diabetic and we weren't prepared for the wait). My burger was soaked in grease to the point where I asked for extra napkins to mop up the fat. I didn't eat the bun since it was dripping in grease as well. My daughter had the quesadilla salad with shrimp. The quesadillas were burnt and hard and the shrimp weren't cleaned! (She did say the lettuce was good). Now I don't expect a lot from a $30 meal but it should be edible. We won't be rushing back any time soon. read more

Our love for chili's is over, the meal was ok, but the consistency of the chicken was awful. Do they unfreeze it by boiling it? The people I was with did not finish their meals either (chicken sandwich and a chicken burrito) So gross...It will be the last time I eat the quesadilla explosion salad. I wish I could give this place negative stars but that's not an option. So the first time I went to Chili's I got my food for free because I did a to go order that was wrong. I told the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen and someone in the kitchen took their nasty hands touched my burger changed my bun and gave me back the burger. I also watched him before scratch his nose and touch a billion other things with no gloves. Now I'm clearly a glutton for punishment because I went back again and did another to go order. As I'm waiting for my food I watched someone in the kitchen eating fries out of peoples basket as he was filling them up. Not to mention he didn't have any gloves on, he touches the computer to clear the order then touched someone's burger. I'm sorry but I'm convinced that this restaurant is just dirty. How do you have people in the kitchen touching food with no gloves as well as eating food being served. So you put your hands in your mouth and then touch food... wow that's sanitary!! When I finally received my order I was terrified to eat it and once I got home I checked my burger that I asked for no pink in the middle and when I bite into it, of course it was pink. I ended up throwing out the food because of that but also because I couldn't help think about what my food went through in that kitchen. Word of advice if you are going to be nasty and unsanitary at least put a door up and do it behind closed doors. This clearly seems to be the norm because everyone was just okay with it no one called this man out for eating the fries and the first time I went when I brought the issue to the waitress attention she looked at me like I had 5 heads. I'm sorry that I don't want someone taking their dirty hands and touching all over my food. Chili's if this is how you run your restaurant you should be ashamed of yourselves for running such an unsanitary restaurant. read more

Disgusting! Dirty location and food was horrible! Blue cheese for wings was served and was curdled with oil separated from the white "substance" (whatever it was supposed to be). Food was inedible. Gross! read more

Listen, my waitress was very very good. She brought me everything I asked and did her job at a high level. Yet I was extremely let down to find out making 2 orders of simples quesadillas and a house salad took literally 1 hour. It's a Sunday night I have school tomorrow do you think I want to be waiting 1 hour for my quesadillas I could just get at a place called Applebee's right up the road? The answer no.... will I be back anytime in the near future, probably I'm a nice guy and willing to give this establishment a 2nd chance. read more

For a quick and decent bite it will do. You're not going to rave about the place, but you'll enjoy your meal. You might have to wait a bit for the service when it's a one server team. Sometime, they tag team their servers and when they do, it makes the serving tome much better. read more

Had dinner here last night. SLOWWW and bad service. Waiter never came to our table. Had to ask someone to take our order. (Never even saw this waitress again). Appetizer took forever to come out. We've been to this Chili's many times, and only once had an issue (over seasoned burger) a long time ago. Was there tonight and had the Old Fashion burger. I asked to leave off the seasoning so it wasn't too salty. Great idea. Burger was absolutely delicious. Meat's not over processed; nice and juicy, with fresh veggies. Service was fantastic too. Very attentive with being intrusive. We'll definitely go back! read more

Tried Chili's in this location last year: I order, well.....Chili, because if thats the name of your restaurant then I'm thinking it should be remarkable. Not so...not fresh tasting at all. Awful would be the best way to describe it. Went again today with friends and was equally disappointed. Got Quesadilla Salad which had old wilted lettuce mixed into it....yuck! Entree was Chipotle Chicken and Waffles. The chicken was mostly breading and the waffles were leftovers from yesterday as I can't think of any other reason why they were brittle to the touch and not crispy on the outside and tender on inside as waffles should be. Also they were overly sweet. I can say I have definitely learned my lesson about this place. read more

Sooo We usually come on Sunday for happy hour dinner and drinks .they have yummy 5.00 special margaritas, not so good today. Well Brian the bartender /waiter(we sit at the bar) was very nice , professional and accommodating to 2 older women. He changed out drinks and made us yummy sangria! The ribs as usual were great. I love this place, no fancy restaurant just good quality food and service. So stop in, have a cocktail and some friendly people, good service , very nice manager who asked if all was ok, and hopefully you will get Brian to wait on you! read more

I love the food and drinks at Chili's, with that I am never disappointed. But I can say that the service is atrocious. As a waitress of many years I tend to have A LOT of patience with my servers when I am out to eat, and very rarely complain as I know what a difficult job it can often be. But the lack of attention I received is inexcusable... It was not particularly busy and with the "my partner and I" service no table should go ignored for as long as mine. Communal serving is obviously not working out, either that, or their staff is full of servers who couldn't care less about the experience they give their paying customers. (Which is the most important part of a waitresses' job) in all, although I enjoyed my food and drinks, I would consider my experience overall, dissatisfying. read more

2 hours from start to finish for 1 entree 1 desert 1 iced tea not even drinks. 45 minutes to an hour should have covered it. One waiter waiting on the entire bar area is inexcusable. When the bar is the only busy area in your restaurant on a Tuesday night at 8 o'clock You move Waiters from your restaurant area which is empty to pick up the slack. This is the reason i will now go next door to the Macaroni Grill. it's not like there is no competition in your area. you need to step it up. this is getting ridiculous.i have been to this chili several times. Had a great experience at this location on Tuesday. We had a table for four and Carlos was our server. He knew the menu well, he was very conversational, and stopped back to check on us regularly. We had boneless wings, black beans fajita, the crispers on waffles,and a great burger. All came out of the kitchen piping hot and tasting freshly made. had rack of ribs and 2 beers for din. Brocoli was bland ribs weren't bad the fries were awesome! Had to go to mens room to take a pee and wash up hands from ribs sauce and took a peek inside the kitchen . The floor inside looked like new years eve in time square after the ball dropped. The dining room concrete floor looked like it could use a power washing and bleaching as well as leaf blower . Maybe it was just a busy nite . Drinks were ice cold but we did have to ask our server for a menu even though they asked us if we were having dinner. Oh well not the end of the world, just hope board of health inspects the place on a reg basis. read more

Blasted with flavor, fulfilling, spectacular, absolutely prefecto! I never thought a kick in the mouth would taste so good. Great service overall, I love all chili flavors & I can't get enough. I just went out to get a burger and to get some bbq ribs to go. Asked for medium rare and got a burnt charcoal briquet and the ribs were as dry as sandpaper. Also $5.70 for a 12 oz mug of Sammy Adams. The staff was friendly enough but the food was terrible. read more

Unfortunate experience with curbside pickup. One of our items was missing from the order. I didn't discover it until I got home and called immediately to see if they could just credit my credit card, since it was just a side dish. I was told that the manager was busy so they took my number and said the manager would call later that evening. Well it's been over 24 hours and I have not received a call back nor has my credit card been credited for the missing item. It is not a lot of money, it's just good business to not charge customers for items that they did not receive. They should have just put through a credit, I didn't need to speak to the manager. We were also missing a dipping sauce. I arrived promptly at the specified time, texted that I was there, as instructed and then waited 15 minutes for the food to be brought to my car. Lesson learned, I will not be picking up food from Chilis again. read more
