Treated myself to a late dinner and a cocktail tonight and tried something different. The BBQ brisket quesadillas were so delicious! The new queso was good but I prefer the skillet queso with beef. Feb 2025 8:30 Saturday night 2.8/5 We ended up walking out because our waitress didn't get back to the table in good time. Open seating, so we sat in the bar area. She came over and greeted us, and asked if we wanted to start off with an alcoholic beverage or strawberry lemonade-- we requested waters. She asked if she could get us started with some appetizers, and we requested just a few minutes to look over the menu. From that point- I felt a slight energy shift, probably due to the decline of both upsells, but she said okay and left us to look over the menu. We discussed the menu for a few minutes, and then started looking around for the waitress. She was at the bar with a couple of coworkers, and they were laughing, having a grand old time. No problem. We patiently waited then-- I even folded up the menu and got on my phone, a visual representation that we are ready. Nothing---Problem.... A table came in and sat right behind us. I thought maybe she'd go to them first and swing by after. A different server got that table. The waitress had gone from the bar area by now. She still hadn't stopped back at our table. At 8:40, after waiting for a few minutes already, I said that if she wasn't back to the table at 8:45, or at least within range of the table, we'd leave. 8:45 got there, so we left and went to another establishment. Now, I could see if she was busy with another table--My friend said she was restocking straws. "A few minutes" would be 3-5 min and checking back in/ or at least looking to see if the table is ready. I will say that I don't have much patience for mediocrity--Especially in this economy. I doubt I'll ever be back at this location again, because I don't live in the area, but I would give it another try if I were in the area. read more

i came here 04/05/25 to celebrate my birthday and luckily there was not a lot of people so there wasnt too bad a wait. the skillet queso wasnt fresh from the pot when we first got it so we asked for another one which was better but got cold 5 minutes later. the baked potato soup was good but it wasnt hot and the bacon was mainly fat or just overcooked, same for the loaded mashed potatoes. the waitress was good but one guy was taking plates to make room for the food and he forgot one tray but never came back to get it. the corn on the cob looked dried out and had no seasoning, no pepper, no salt, no nothing and the sprite and dr pepper were really flat, other than that, i guess i enjoyed my experience but i might go to the location in burleson next time read more

Sad to say this is the highest I can give this Chilis at this time. First off trying to get into this chilis is a pain. The entrance was not well thought out and considering its brand new someone should have a made a better design. Now let's talk about service. We order two main dishes and an appetizer of the triple dipper so we could try 3 different things with our chips. Our main courses came out but not appetizer. After a bit we mentioned it to our waiter then much later it came out. Ohh and they substituted what we ordered because they didn't have it. They didn't ask if it would be alright to substitute, they just did it. So we got 2 of the same thing (which we didn't like) and guacamole. When the check came we were charged .50 for the side of sauce I asked for even though it said it came with two sides of ranch which I declined. So ya this place is going to nickel and dime you, give you your food out of order and wrong and do nothing to make up for it. Hopefully management starts reading reviews and fixing the problems. I like Chilis food but I will drive to a different one to get better service. 2 stars because at least our main dishes were correct and tasty. read more

We asked for a manager and the manager wasn't sympathetic at all. She said we could leave and not get our food or wait for the food, because "no one is ever prepared for 100 people to rush in here and i apologize again" Manager should be prepared and ready for a busy Friday lunch and especially on a long weekend. I came here for the first time and decided to sit at the bar. Upon entry the two hosts were smiling and friendly. I decided to sit at the bar and the gentlemen tending it was very attentive, noticed me immediately, and greeted me. I observed him do the same for every guest that walked in. I hadn't been sitting for 3 minutes and he had another team member bring me a water. As someone 10 years in and now out of the service industry, I was very impressed. It's rare to have wonderful customer service these days. My drinks were great, the food was hot and fresh. Most importantly, the service was kind. Busy restaurants would do a lot better with team members as attentive as this. All it takes is a little kindness and acknowledgment, and a guest can see you're busy and know they will be serviced as soon as time allows. I'm happy. I'll be back. Thank you :) read more

I get they are kind of new but service is awful. Food is corporate-chain quality so nothing to rave about, but great when you are close and just don't want to cook. I came in and sat at bar for 15 minutes before bartender said "I'll be right with you".....fast forward 15 more minutes and I'm finally handed a menu right after the person who sat down across from me 2 minutes ago was. 5 more minutes she took my order so I just put the whole order in, not just drink. Had to ask multiple times for simple things like the Mac and cheese (supposed to come with it) and napkins for my finger food. Took forever to close out and finally gave up on asking for a box. My Presto tablet wasn't correct and I tried to flag them down to fix it but they are just not interested in their patrons. I'll try this place again but I'm not sitting at the bar. read more
