Stopped for lunch here and forgot how much I enjoy Chili's. I need to go more. Chili's is a great fast casual sit down restaurant. They offer friendly service, great atmosphere and great value. Hard to find all 3 these days, but Chili hits them all. Their regular menu is reasonable, but where they really shine is the 3 for me's and lunch specials. Their burgers are huge portions and very tasty. They have steaks, baby-back ribs (of course) fajitas, sandwiches, salads, deserts and more. Lots to choose from so everyone can find something they like. They also have a full bar and are known for their margarita specials as well. Lots of beers on tap and mixed drink options as well as wine. If you download their app, you can earn free items and you get free chips and salsa on visits or a free soda or tea, more value to keep people coming back. I was looking for somewhere to eat and it's been a while since I've had Chili's. I didn't eat in the restaurant but I did order my food online. It was very easy process. I was able to pay online and I have the option to even have the option of they deliver my food to me in the parking lot in one of their curbside spots. I'm not sure if that was even a feature at the restaurant or not but at least online it was an option. I opted to do a carry out just in case I wanted to make any changes. After I placed my order, I was told that the order will be ready in about 20 minutes. I ordered the baby back ribs. I have the option of splitting it half-and-half I got one with sauce and another one with a dry rub. It came with two sides but I think was actually three. I got a Caesar salad, a street corn, and also came with fries. The street corn was amazing. And next time I definitely want to order another one. The salad was as expected. And the fries were OK. I wish I had asked for ketchup. Since I've never ordered food to go here, I walked in and one of the workers somewhat nicely told me to go over to the to go area by the bar where the to go sign was. At least now I know there is an actually a separate entrance for to go orders so I don't have to enter from the front door and be put in an awkward situation. There is plenty of parking here in this plaza. I haven't had any issues finding parking but there are usually a couple of spots here and there that I have been able to find given that there are a good amount of cars here. read more

One of the best Chili's locations I've been to! My fiancé & I were visiting Goleta for the weekend & decided to stop in for dinner, & we're so glad we did. Our server, Antonio, was friendly, attentive, & made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The rest of the staff was just as welcoming. This Chili's location has some of the nicest servers which sets it apart from the others. As a major restaurant chain, you should expect the same ambiance, taste, and decor as with any other Chili's. I would say this location is just a notch above in terms of executing the food. Unlimited chips and salsa, fantastic queso skillets, and can't go wrong with most items in the triple dipper. This time we decided to bring some friends who'd never been to a Chili's. The boys had burgers and both really liked them, but the highlight was the drink for them. The chicken tacos were a little watery and not much flavor in the beans and rice. Our chip appetizer didn't have enough salt either, so maybe that's what was missing from the food as well. It's the typical Chili's atmosphere, dark and cold, but very clean. It's in a great location. The waiter we had was nice and on top of it. I love this place. Get the "3 for Me" deal. This deal covers a lot of the popular options for entrees and appetizers and it's a really good price for a delicious meal. Everything together came out to be around $18 per person with this deal and we all got what we wanted. You also have the option to get the bottomless chips and salsa as your appetizer and that can easily cover the table. My favorite combo is the cajun shrimp pasta for the entree, loaded baked potato soup for the appetizer, and strawberry lemonade for the drink. I loved getting this as a college student. I ordered the steak and shrimp. What a big mistake. My steak was full of gristle and barely edible. The flavor was off too. Normally, you would get meat that bad from a van in a parking lot, not a sit-down restraunt. The shrimp were quite small and overseasoned. The brocolli was overcooked. I prefer it al dente. I asked for butter, but they only have a seasoned garlic butter. Mashed potatoes were okay, nothing to complain about. The bill came to $37.57. For that price, I should have got a great steak, not the tasteless shoe leather I got. So if you want steak, go elsewhere. Yep, even this foodie right here gets a craving for Chili's once in a while. It is often my sister's and my go-to given that it is quick, affordable and usually tasty. We have had very friendly service during the past couple visits. One waitress that comes to mind is Carly who was extremely attentive and sweet as could be. Often the inside of this location could be cleaner. I am particularly haunted by the children's dirty sauce fingerprints across the windows. The particular items I order are usually the fajitas with the works or the Triple Dipper apps. We stopped by Chili's for happy hour before the Barbie Movie. The Presidente margarita is delicious. I love Chili's chips - thin and salty, mixing with every dip for the perfect flavor. I did feel that some of our chips might have been a little stale though. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla was so good! It had the perfect crunch and packed with flavor (but you can see from my picture that some pieces were cooked better than others). The mozzarella sticks (can you even call them that when they're that big?!) were perfectly gooey. And the Southwestern Egg Rolls are also full of flavor but I feel like they were lacking texture within the mix. When we sat down at a bar top table, we had to switch chairs because a few of them looked dirty/sticky. Service was okay - we're pretty sure our server forgot to put in one of our items and he had to look at the menu to see what we ordered off the happy hour menu. My better half talked me into stopping one Saturday after everything else had a line, and this one trip wasn't bad at all. We had the 2 for $25 dollar special which included an appetizer and dessert. The chips and salsa were about what you'd expect, and to be honest I don't even remember what I had for desert. The steak, however, was moist and perfectly cooked. The service was poor, they gave us multiple dirty plates, even after we complained about it, two members of our party were served undercooked corn torillas, and nothing tasted particularly good at all. When my waiter finally returned to clear some things, HE stank heavily of weed and I had to immediately leave without finishing my food lest I throw up at the table. Fuck all smokers and fuck anywhere that doesn't protect their patrons from them. Edit to add: interior set of double doors were permanently propped open, defeating the whole point of double doors to keep the air inside and outside from mixing. For all I know the smokey asshole may have been standing right outside the front door the whole time (I couldn't see it from my table) and his smoke was blowing in any time someone came or went. read more

Greeted by Kennedy, she was very pleasant and told us we can sit anywhere there was an open table. She was doing a great job at providing friendly service, and keeping the tables sanitized and clean. Rosa, our server, was exceptional...very attentive and went far and beyond. It's a challenge to do the job they're doing in these unprecedented times.
