I had dinner via DoorDash from this location this evening. I was craving a salad and my go to place, Red Robin, has forgotten my dressing 5 times now so I thought I'd try a different place. I ordered the chicken crisper salad and a kids sliders with mashed potatoes. The sliders tasted fine but the presentation left much to be desired. One of the patties was broken in half and the cheese on both was barely on the burger. The mashed potatoes were solid enough. The salad was a disappointment from all directions. I recently had this salad at the airport Chili's in Columbus Ohio and it was fantastic! This was nothing like it. The chicken had a weird taste... I don't know how to explain it but if you also are not a fan of the chicken at Cheddars, it's similar. Like a plastic taste or something. And they forgot the dressing. I've always liked Chili's Bar & Grill the restaurant is always clean, and the servers are friendly and attentive. The staff consistently make you feel welcome, and the atmosphere is comfortable whether you're dining alone or with family. It's been a while since I last visited, but I recently stopped in and ordered my usual, the Triple Dipper. Unfortunately, it didn't taste quite the same as I remember. Even the texture of the chicken crispers was different not bad, just noticeably off from what I've enjoyed in the past. Overall, Chili's is still a nice, reliable spot with great service and a clean environment, but I'm hoping the food gets back to the way it used to be. She provided good customer service, but we also sat there without really having to interact much. Our family recently dined at the Chili's Grill & Bar located in La Vista. The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere, suitable for both adults and children. This location looks like it gets very busy at times. We got seated after 15 minutes, which given capacity and the line to be seated was not bad at all. We got 2 baskets of chips and salsa for the table which was good because it did take a bit for the food to come out after ordering. Again, it was busy. Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal like drink refills, more chips, etc. Chili's in La Vista provides a pleasant dining experience with quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. We look forward to returning for another enjoyable meal. It was newly remodeling a few years ago I believe so everything is nice, new, and clean! read more

Four southwestern rolls- very good with avocado ranch! Two mini burgers- great burger, I will have a full size burger next time - there is a variety of flavors/toppings. The food was great! We had not been since the remodel. Great atmosphere and lots of potential for a meal outside in the sunroom kind of area with huge garage doors that open - that's cool! Clean. Fast service! I read a recent article about this franchise focusing more on food quality than food quantity. This is always one of my favorite places to go for the fajita trio, and this time around it did not disappoint in anyway. I looked at the menu picture in comparison to what would be provided, and yes, I counted 11 shrimp. When my sizzling hot skillet arrived, I had in fact, 11 shrimp, a full chicken breast, not thinly sliced, and a decent portion of flank steak that was cut into large chunks. They've changed now to where you have to buy guacamole, but it comes in a full side bowl of guacamole in comparison to the small scoop they used to provide. Our service was kind of hit and miss because we were in the bar area and the bartender was somewhat busy. Overall great experience and our food tasted great. read more
