I used to be obsessed with this place but over time, they haven't been able to maintain the consistency I look for an a restaurant. I feel like something changed with their pizza crust. I used to rave over their pizza and the toppings are still pretty good, but the crust somehow is softer and blander, and it gets soggy after sitting out for more than 20 minutes. Not sure what's going on there. I also used to love how fresh their burgers were, and how they came out so juicy and perfectly cooked with a little bit of pink in it as I requested. I don't know if they switched to frozen burgers or are just doing it differently now, but they don't feel as handmade. They come out a bit on the dry side now. Unfortunately, I've also noticed that service isn't as friendly as it used to be. It used to be a lot more of a neighborhood vibe. Now the servers seem agitated and treat you like an inconvenience at times.

She was very kind, attentive, and tried to make small talk with us. It was sweet. My husband is very particular with his tipping, and this is the first time in a while (if ever?) I've ever seen him tip 30%! Ambiance - It's an older restaurant that's been here for years. Nothing fancy, but they had multiple football games playing on all their tvs and good food. Perfectly seasoned and so tender and juicy! It's like getting and amazing steak, and they cut it for you like my mom used it. This was seriously 5/5 stars. I even had my mom try it and she ate the whole thing (she said she wasn't hungry, sure we've all said that) The waffle fries were crisp and tasty, not soggy and unflavored. We called in our order at 4:44PM on a Sunday. The lady stated it would be 1 hour until it was ready since the kitchen didn't open until 5. She was on the money , a full hour it took. When I arrived I got a very sugar coated approach to learning that our 3 burgers that was advertised online as $7.99, $7.99, and $6.99 for "A Jalepeno Burger, A Western Burger, A Cheeseburger" - somehow rang up to $49. I was so shocked and it was clear. However I could expect zero empathy from a place with a huge projector of POV cop takedowns and "Take America Back" flag and cutouts of r@psts. So if that's YOUR type of business then this is the place you'd love!
