We always enjoy the wide variety of food choices at Chili's, and today was no different. We were not real hungry, so we ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer with mozzarella sticks, burger bites, and Chipotle chicken crispers, and split it between us. So the Queso taste like cream of chicken with jalapeños, even the texture is off. To top it off that's what they use for new steak sandwiches. The actual steak sandwich itself is good, but I would highly recommend using regular cheese. The amt of salt in the cheese was crazy. The Mac and cheese was bland and needed more salt. Stopped by today after the lunch's rush hour to have a quick meal with my son. We came in masked and asked to be seated outside. Naturally, we assumed that outside seating was ok because we saw three dirty tables. The hostess asked for a moment, walked away to speak with a couple of waitresses. She came back and said that outside seating was available but no one wanted to serve us out there. I politely thanked her and we left.. In town for a few days from NJ for the Thanksgiving holiday with family. Was looking for a local bar to call my own for my visit but Hinesville is woefully short on nice places to hang out. Chili's is the closest thing to a good sports bar here. Downside...it's Chili's...upside....a lot of really nice locals frequent the bar and it's a relatively inexpensive safe spot to relax and have a couple of beers. Day Bartender Kenya is a wonderful host and the staff seems happy and ready to make your stay amazing. I haven't found better here in Hinesville! read more

What can I say......They don't make them like they use to. The staff was courteous, however some of our food was not well prepared in my opinion. You can't go wrong ordering the Southwestern Egg Rolls. They were delicious as always. but this is not the place you want to order a good steak from. It was underprepared and the broccoli was cold and seemed to still be raw. I'm sure the staff would have replaced the steak and broccoli if my guest would have complained but they chose not to. I believe it is our duty as consumers to hold establishments responsible for the services they provide. The service from miss April was beyond expected She truly k owe how to understand her customers need and want before they do and she knows the menu very well offering great suggestions to an unsure customer.the cook in the back was great providing food that beat our expectations. Food is always good never had an issue just don't get the mash potatoes or the Mac and cheese and your good . Chipotle honey chicken crispers are always chefs kiss. Along-some with the delicious street corn. The service depends on the server of course. I went today they were slow but the lady was amazing, super sweet and had everything come out good, fast, and hot ! She was even smiling with my baby which was my favorite part ! If I could rate this place a zero I would. In fact it was closed down for a day or two a few weeks ago by the health department for UNCLEANLINESS. The manager Jamal, has no idea how to serve his customers. We got the three for $10 which got the strawberry lemonade with chicken enchilada soup and cajun chicken pasta. Everything came out perfect. This was our first and last time eating at this Chili's. The food was alright and our waitress was great but there was an issue with roaches. After we got our food we had a roach crawl on our table, my husband killed it and then we showed to the waitress, so she took the roach and left for about 10 minutes. Once she came back she said "we deducted the price of most of your food" but once we looked at the ticket only $5 was taken off. read more

Absolutely disgusting! Our server was great but the food tasted like it was days possibly weeks old. Asked to have my steak cooked medium and it came out well done. Very upset with the service we received considering the restaurant is at half capacity with patrons and our waitress wouldn't come to our table very often and we had to wait a couple of times on her to come back to our table. There was also a roach crawling on the wall behind us and my husband crushed it with a napkin and showed the manager and the manager acted like it happens all the time and that they had just had the place fumigated. We also told the waitress we would order a dessert and after a long wait she came back with the bill without asking what dessert we wanted, so we just paid the bill and left a tip. Stopped in for dinner while visiting my brother. We were seated immediately and the server was nice but not too attentive. I ordered the chicken fajitas and my brother had the cajun chicken pasta. The chicken was delicious as were the onions and peppers. The side platter with the sour cream and cheese looked like it was barely enough for one fajita. I didn't want to ask for more as it would have taken way too long to get to the table. My brother said the pasta was good but incredibly salty. We go on Tuesday's for the Oldtimer Burger special for $5.99 and they have other great specials during the week. Specials are listed on the back of the menu. We had Amber as our server and she did an excellent job. She came back to our table to make sure our burgers we cooked as we ordered them. I always like my burgers cooked medium. Well done makes then way too dry. If the meat is hot pink then it will be nice and juicy. Great customer service Amber! read more

Every time we try and give this place another try we are dissatisfied. The chicken seems so rubbery, the flavor of the food is so bland. We do enjoy the burgers and the enchilada soup- but as far as anything else on the menu it's pretty much hit or miss for us. read more
