I've been going to Chillis for over 20 years. It's a great staple for a chain restaurant. It's Americana typical food with Tex-Mex style added. I love their quesadillas and fajitas. The Southwestern egg rolls are a favorite. Almost all locations have the same exact quality of food. The franchise used to be better 15 or more years ago. They had a wider variety of menu options and it felt more authentic. But they are still a solid option for a later dinner when most other places are closed. I like their blended margaritas too. Service from location to location does differ. This particular location had great service. Don't order a steak there if you want anything other than well done. You will be disappointed. read more

Go to chilis pretty often for a quick yummy lunch but this was neither quick nor yummy. 30 minutes to get 2 salads and they were both wrong (not at all what we ordered). Told the server and he said sorry and ran off never to check on us again or make any offer to correct. Then we couldn't get check and of course the table kiosk didn't work. read more

I ordered two smoke-out plates that came with the street corn on the cob and I like it so I decided to add two extra ones but they decided to give me two cold cabs instead of the street corn that I wanted. And they refuse to give it to me after they said they would on the phone when I told them they had an error and gave me two cold corns. So I had to ask for my money back this was so inconvenient this incident alone made me decide to never go back because I've had little incidents here and there but this was the last straw. Really nice experience at this chillis. Our waitress was really nice and all the food was tasty. I prefer this location over the one by my house. Stopped by for lunch with a friend, we had a great time. I joined the rewards after the server recommended it and we got free chips and salsa. We got a burger, salad, and lunch bowl with chicken and rice and lettuce, tomato and cheese and crunchy nachos. Great deal. read more

After a unsatisfactory incident with The take out at this establishment (ordered a salad with grilled chicken unfortunately there was no chicken). 15$ for lettuce! Yet we decided to give this place another chance. Needless to say am beyond disappointed with this location, how is it that on every occasion we come to the restaurant they are out of some of the most popular foods? Today they were out of chips!! Seriously? Not only did we have to alter our food choices while ordering (chips were not the only thing they were out of) but, it took over a good 15 min to get anyone to even acknowledge we'd been seated. This location is less than 2 miles from our house! We are so lucky to live so close to an amazing spot. Always on point, always fresh, great servers. My last visit (June 2017) I was so impressed with our waitress, I requested a manger, and told him that she was so excellent! We ordered dinner and was so yummy. I love the waiter/bartender was great. Edmond was amazing. Food great, drinks better, but great company. I appreciate that they social distance the tables and all that, but that means the restaurant isn't at full capacity. We are regulars at this location, never had a major problem but today I had a huge disappointment, since my husband is sick I order to go a simple bowl of baked potato soup. When I received it, it was the tiniest container I've ever seen, I even double check thinking I made a mistake and ordered the cup, it said bowl, I got home and the container was only HALF way full. Went for lunch on a Tuesday. No problem finding a parking right in front and finding a booth. Restaurant is clean and looks modern, server was very attentive and the best part and why I gave it 2 stars. I ordered the Classic Sirloin with grilled avocado which is part of their lighter choices menu at 410 calories. My son ordered a plain Craft burger with cheese and fries. Hubby ordered the fresh mex pairings with 3 sides.No appetizer and just 3 sodas. The food came out in a fair amounf of time but the food was just not very good. My son's burger was the best of the 3 meals and it's a burger. My food was just blah and after I finished I got a slight queez feeling and I think the combination of garlic and tomato was too much. Hubby said his food was flavorless and just not very good. I tasted the beans and rice and agreed. The rest tasted like bad tex mex and just no love in the food. Unfortanely we won't be back anytime soon. We did have a gift card so that was a plus since the meal was essentially free but I would avoid this unless you want appetizers and drinks since it seemed they had a lot of buy 1 get 1 free. We were seated right away and it took about 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table because the servers (yes, the servers) starting fighting in front of the customers and using profanity. A manager came out to break up the situation but didn't seem to care much. Most of the managers were standing around holding up the walls. Our server tried to break up the fight and apologized for the wait. Our food took a while. We had the chips and salsa. The salsa was water with tomato sauce. Chips were soggy. We got a mushroom Swiss burger and the boss burger. The burgers were juicy but not anything fantastic. Every since my husband and I moved to homestead we wanted to try this location. We went there today!, no wait time to be seated, but after waiting for 15 minutes and no server came over to take our order, our 3 year old was getting impatient, and we were hungry. A server passed by to ask if our order has been taken, to which I replied, "we are still waiting on a server to come", she said, "ok" and kept on walking. More than 20 min had passed and no one ever showed up. We decided to walk across chili's to Portofino Coal pizza, (which it was awesome). I never expect super attentive service when I see a full restaurant with a wait but I am always pleasantly surprised at just how good the service is here. As a handicapped person, who never eats alone, I was very impressed by my local Chili's. My ride wasn't coming to get me for an hour so I thought I'd try to see if I could wait there. The hostess was very nice and sat me at a table up front. The manager asked if I was ok and I asked if I could move to a table further back because the music was too loud and instead he lowered the music! Then my server, Patricia, came to help me. She was so patient and attentive. I apologized for my stutter and she told me she understood me fine so I should never apologize (a nice thing to hear from a stranger) She answered any questions and suggested items and brought me several sodas as I was parched. Even the nice young man that brought out my food was attentive. When I was ready to pay, Patricia helped me maneuver the credit card machine with patience and thanked me for coming. A bit disappointing. Firstly, the service was a bit subpar. The waitress seemed annoyed to be at work or serve me or both. Quite honestly if you don't want to be at work don't come in. She had a bit of an attitude. Moreover trying to find her to pay for my food took me like 10 minutes and I was pressed for time. Secondly, the food was bland and lackluster. I ordered the ribs and i felt like I could have gone to any other restaurant and gotten a better rack of ribs. They almost tasted like those precooked store bought ribs...which is to say not very good. For starters, I really hate and I mean HATE Chili's, Applebee's and all commercial chains. They usually have no flavor or character and everything is the same. However the food at this place was just great. You can tell when food has some care and love put into it. And the server and service was great too which makes the customers more relaxed and hence the atmosphere is so much better. In conclusion this is not your normal generic Chili's. They need to hire other workers ASAP. I order like burger bites and they were just some poorly put together "burgers." It was just a patty cut into four pieces.
