Not sure why there is such a plethora of bad reviews because we have always enjoyed ourselves here! We came for lunch and were seated promptly. Our waitress came over in 2 seconds to take our order and she was pleasant. We had chips and salsa as an appetizer-- a must-have. the chips and hot and salty with a delicious dipping salsa. For mains we had the santa fe salad and the smokehouse combo. The salad is a good amount! Comes with gilled chicken, avocado, tortilla chips and their famous homemade ranch! Our waitress even offered to give me extra ranch to go. The smokehouse combo was delicious too with the rack of ribs, brisket quesadilla and the sausage. I'm rating this among other Chili's not restaurants overall. As someone who frequents Chili's, this location has become my favorite. It is always clean, the servers are exceptionally nice and attentive, the food is great and even takeout is a breeze. We visit this location at all hours of the day and it's never been a hassle to get a table. We have a preferred high table and they'll even accommodate us to sit at. I had it delivered through Uber eats and when I called the manager, he said bring the receipt in and he would take care of it. So me and some of my family stopped in to have a little drink and unwind for the evening so we chose to sit at the bar. We noticed a server who was just standing around and also another server( Molly) that seemed to have her hands a little full with attending to other customers, The server who wasn't busy noticed us and told her to service US. We noticed how he didn't help any other customers of color but when the other people came in and sat down he jumped to their service and was quite friendly with them. Others also noticed the change in his attitude and his attention to them as well and that kind of frustrated us all to be honest. Manny is his name and he was not a very nice person. I wanted to write a review and be very positive but Manny set the tone for it to be a negative review. We don't appreciate being treated like that. Chili's please do better. Molly was a sweetheart and we appreciated her, she handled things very well even with being busy trying to make sure everyone was taken care of. read more

The kids got the pizza and the mac and cheese and also wanted chips with white queso dip. Their food came out fast and was warm but not too hot enough to burn them. The perfect temperature for little ones. I opted for a trio of apps. It was $17 so about what you would pay for an entree. I got the nashville hots cheese, the sliders and the chicken tenders plain in case the kids wanted some. The Nashville hots didn't have the extreme cheese pull I was expecting. The restaurant temperature was a bit on the cold side and I think it cooled my food while it was on the table. The burgers were a much better temperature and I had eaten them first. The serving was 2 big mozzarella squares, 2 sliders and 3 chicken tenders. I had snacked on the chips and queso and couldn't eat the chicken tenders so took them for a midnight snack. The kids mac and cheese is clearly advertised as Kraft so comes from a box. (I am appalled by box mac and cheese-personal preference) but the kids loved it!!! read more

As for the food, our nacho appetizer that finally came out after half of my family already had their meal was over cooked. The avocado chicken sandwich only had one tiny slice of avocado. My son also asked for it with no lettuce and there was lettuce inside. I asked for no onions in my burger and there were tons of onions inside. It's like whoever was cooking didn't even read the order details. When you look around the restaurant, it looks like there are enough people working there, but some people look lost, kind of like they have no idea what there job is, clean tables, take orders, take food to tables, etc. Maybe the problem is they are understaffed but I didn't even see a manager overlooking and taking control. I saw her picking up and cleaning the tables, sweeping around her table. Great waitress with great service. The food mediocre at best. I ordered the 6oz steak with mash potatoes and broccoli but they were out of broccoli and the substitution was made to asparagus. The worst asparagus I have ever had, it was like chewing grass. Our waitress was a doll as she was super fast friendly, and patient. We were planning on. being there for a good portion of the game so we started with appetizers and they had drinks. To my.surprise Chilis hadn't lost its touch. Brother said drinks were strong and pir appetizers were really food. We had the mozzarella sticks which came in 3 and were huge, hot, and crispy. Honestly I stopped going to chilis once they stopped selling the best thing in their menu which was the table side guacamole, but I decided to give this one a chance for an after work dinner. My experience there was honestly the worst. The waitress seemed to have a horrible attitude (I honestly never care if a waitress is not in a good mood or what not but in this case it just felt personal) her attitude made us feel uncomfortable since the moment we sat down. The next issue was the 2 for 1 margaritas. The last time I went to chili was 4 years ago and I vividly remember ordering the 2 for 1 margaritas and saying how strong they were to the point I couldn't finish the second one. NOT IN THIS CASE. The 2 margaritas were both brought out at the same time and they tasted like a lemonade. Like I even took a huge gulp to see if I tasted the after taste of alcohol, but I got nothing. When I mentioned this to the waitress she told me that the manager herself prepared the drinks and asked if i wanted to call her in which I said yes. The manager ended up removing the 2 "margaritas" and I tried to continue my meal. Honestly the best thing I had there was the chicken enchilada soup and I honestly was surprised. We decided to share some apps (Onion Petals, Chicken Wings, and Nachos). The first two were ok but unremarkable. The nachos were disgusting. And will often mess up orders, forget things to the point you'll have to do a "death stare" or get up and get their attention. We've had staff get our order perfectly and staff get our order incorrectly and over charge us to the point my husband had to go and explain how the check and how the 2 for $25 worked and have to get refunds because the waiter was too quick to charge us. I ordered two salmon and mexian rice meals and paid $16 and change each, plus $3 in taxes, $3 delivery charge and a $3 "helps us keep our delivery service" charge.
