I have to say first the atmosphere is clean and fun and the staff are well put together, friendly, and organized. With that said I have to say I am pretty disappointed with my Chili's experience and I wish I went somewhere else. What could improve is the portion sizes, the pick 3 for $15 portions were abysmally small. 2 broccoli florets as the side. 3 chicken fingers. The appetizer just 8 oz of soup totally feels like you are scammed. I ordered the Cajun Pasta with Chicken. For $18.50 i would have much rather dined somewhere else as the quality of the food did not match. My toast was burnt and the chicken breast was a medium size but thin, and hardly had any color to it. The sauce must have been sitting for a while because it gave myself an upset stomach. Although I did enjoy the flavors of the sauce and vegetables included. Overpriced food. I'd much rather dine somewhere else to get proper servings, quality checked food, and avoid the stomach ache. read more

We got two "3 for me" meals. One was the Big QP Burger and the other was the Big Smasher Burger. Both had large beef patties. The Big QP had American cheese, diced red onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. The Big Smasher had Thousand Island, American cheese, diced red onions, pickles, and lettuce. They were very similar burgers. The 3 for Me deal is a great deal. We got chips and salsa, a side salad, and we both had tons of fries. We both got sodas as well. Both of our deals were only 10.99 a piece- great value! The restaurant was busy, and we sat at the bar. The bar tender was very busy, but we were well taken care of. read more

Good newsss. The Chili's Wicked margaritas lived up to their hype. Festive, adorable, and 6 bucks?! The servers and bartenders did a great job of churning them out (nearly every single table in there had at least two) despite running out of glasses and garnishes. I haven't been to Chili's in years but was so pleasantly surprised. They have a ton of food and drink options on the menu. I split the triple dipper and chips and salsa and it was the perfect amount for me. I was skeptical at first but their chips were really good and fresh. Our server was great, and our table had a touchscreen device so we could pay online and use rewards when we were finished. Great experience; don't know why I've been sleeping on Chilis for all these years but that stops now. For good. read more

These margaritas truly had me feeling like I could defy gravity. Paired with wings and a triple dipper that were fresh and tasty! I don't typically review chain restaurants as I feel like there's a preset baseline expectation. However I wanted to give this location their flowers because of the service. We had to wait 20 minutes to get seated because it was PACKED but the food was brought out fast! With that, our server was so attentive and kind even while in the middle of the dinner rush. Walking into the location, there was no formed line to the host stand - patrons were disorganized around the entire stand causing confusion to who was waiting to be sat versus who still needs their name down. There was a short 5-10 minute wait. Service was okay, there were no napkins or silverware on the table and had to be brought some. The food was good! Everything came out hot! The Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich was a little bland and wasn't spicy, tasted similar to a standard chicken sandwich. I don't think I'll be getting that dish again. The fries were good and so was the Triple Dipper. The Witches Brew is their seasonal cocktail for Halloween- the green apple flavor is subtle! It's paired with a cute broom for a decal. My overall experience was positive, as I knew I was entering a Chili's with the intent on enjoying a casual dining experience with a friend. read more

Not sure why the reviews are so low, but we went to Chili's for New Year's Eve and it was surprisingly packed. I hadn't been to a Chili's in years but it was better than I remembered, and I'd definitely go back. Shockingly there were 7 birthdays during the span of our couple hour dinner! Thought the food was good and generous portions. And the service was quick! Only complaint is wish we got the seasonal straw with the holiday cocktail, but it appears they ran out :( read more

The service was amazing. It's been a decade since I've been to Chili's and the food was so good! I tried the Wicked drink but it tasted like all sugar and no alcohol. So I traded it in for something else. The server was nice and helped with the menu. It was busy and the place was filled but they managed it well! I may be back sooner than a years time! read more

One thing I remain thankful for in my life is living 10 minutes away from Chilis. After a long work week we needed a drink and the Kirkwood Chilis was there for us. Alyssa provided EXCELLENT service, we wanted to try the viral mozzarella sticks but couldn't decide the flavor, she informed us we could get all three now! (The cheese pull was better than expected!) A couple of us ordered fajitas and as the sizzling plates were walked to us, other tables were in awe and we were provided the attention we deserved. We just had to try the $10.99 deal at chilis - and it did not disappoint! Honestly they were quite busy but the service was great, our waitress, Katie, came by the perfect amount of times, our food came out relatively quickly and accurately. The $10.99 deal includes a drink, chips and salsa or a salad or a cup of soup or chili, and main entree. Great value. The watermelon iced tea was awesome! Honestly tasted like something you'd get at a bubble tea shop (without the boba of course). The chips and salsa were great and bottomless. I thought the chicken tortilla soup was way too salty, I'd probably get a salad next time. We really enjoyed the fresh French fries, burger, and crispy chicken sandwich. No complaints! Stopped by yesterday for an excellent lunch!!! Had the smokehouse pick 3 (ribs, sausage, and Nashville hot chicken) and the Santa Fe burger and everything was delicious and hot. We actually had enough leftovers for another meal. Restaurant was clean and standard settings for a Chili's. Mike did an excellent job taking care of us, very helpful and patient while we ordered. Food - 4 We started with the Dip Trio of guacamole, salsa and white queso served with their tostada chips. I enjoyed all three dips. I then tried their steak fajitas. I noticed they were seasoned well. I didn't like that none of the steak had a char. It was cooked nicely, slight pink in the middle. The lack of char was a disappointment. The experience at Chilis was just meh. I met a friend there on a super busy weekend afternoon. We felt rushed by the waiter. We both got the Triple Dipper. I hadn't had it before, they had. Before ordering, I asked the waiter if he could tell me how hot the Nashville Hot mozzarella was, and he could only say they were salty. When we got our dishes, they looked pretty sad, while swimming in sauce - and LOT of sauce. Plus, it was advertised that you were to get separate dipping sauces for each thing. It turned out you got three tiny cups of thin, watery ranch. It felt like a bait and switch. The chicken strips were more oily than crispy, and it turned out the waiter was right about the Nashville hot mozzarella- it was more salty than hot! I expected more from the "cheese pull" that the commercials talked about. Overall, the food was disappointing for as much as it was advertised. The only decent thing on the plate was the Southwest egg roll, and that didn't benefit from the watery ranch it was served with. Save your money and pick a different entree from there - the Triple Dipper isn't where it's at! read more

The customer service was terrible. They were severely understaffed, with our server fulfilling 2 different jobs. When we asked for something, we waited 8-10 minutes with no response. We eventually had to ask someone else to get us something. And once, they didn't even bring it out and we had to ask again. The iced tea with flavoring was way too sweet, the roles on the triple dipper were made incorrectly. Lastly when we went to ask for a To-go box and drink, we were able to fully pay and wait another 8 minutes with nothing coming out. Once again, we had to track down our server. Big Chili's fan here. The service is a little inconsistent with the nature of high turnover with wait staff. However, we rarely have a problem getting seated quickly and having fast service. Also, the food is very consistent compared to other chili's we've been to. The main complaint I have is how terrible Chili's as a corporation treats their waiters and waitresses. I've heard from people who work at Chili's around the nation sharing how the corporation unfairly splits tips and makes it hard to make a fair wage. The main reason we keep going is for their skillet queso and to tip the servers well for their work. read more

I LOVE chilis. Their chips and salsa is one of my biggest vices and I could eat like 4 baskets of them. So needless to say, I look forward to going there. This was my first time at this location. Staff were very nice and we had about a 20 minute wait. Our server was SO sweet, and I wish I could give more stars because she was very nice. However, we did have a few minor issues that just made this experience less than ideal. First of all, there were two of us and both of us ordered margaritas. Only one came, and I never got mine. By the time the server came back, we'd had our food and I wasn't interested in asking for the margarita only to wait again and probably not get it until we were done eating, and I figured that's what would happen because of how busy they were. This wasn't a big deal to me but obviously I was disappointed I never got my drink, but it didn't ruin my experience. As far as the food goes, this was my first time trying the triple dipper and I will say I think it is slightly over rated with all the hype it's getting right now. Was it good? Yes. Do you get your moneys worth? Yes. Was it anything spectacular? No. The chicken crispers were my favorite, and the honey chipotle ones were good but I wish they had more of that honey flavor. We did have a mishap where we were given egg rolls when we ordered chicken crispers but the server promptly fixed it. I also was given all ranch with mine when I asked for bbq sauce, so i just felt bad making the server go back and run stuff all the time for us. Lastly, she split the check and split the chips and salsa, so we were not able to use the free one we get from being rewards members which really bummed us out. We tried to wait for her to come back to our table to fix it but she never did, (and we waited for a good 20-30 mins) so we just paid on the kiosk and left, so we were really disappointed that we didn't get our free chips and salsa. They were really busy so maybe this was the source of our issues but it definitely was slightly disappointing, but nothing to keep me from coming back. read more

I went here yesterday night with my boyfriend, it was not busy at all. Got there around 8 pm and there were two other groups beside us. This was the first time for both of us going here . This place has a very casual vibe. There was only one waitress there that was working at this time that I saw. She was very quick, nice and efficient. The food came out quickly. The burger was good, very juicy and moist. The fries are crispy, which were good. The platter was good too, a variety of different options can pick three from the menu. I liked my drink, El Niño Margarita. This drink taste good with the fine orange liqueur that was added, gave it a perfect aroma. One of the best margarita I had thus far. Limited two drinks because it has high alcohol content but taste so good you don't really notice it initially when drinking it. Highly recommend the El Niño margarita if you go here. read more

I've been to this Chili's twice in 3 weeks. The first time was a Saturday afternoon and I had the Skillet Queso and a Diet Coke. The service was excellent. The second time was a Thursday evening. Excellent service again and I had White Skillet Queso, a Bowl of Chili, and a Diet Coke. I was really into the queso until my most recent visit and now I'm not any longer. It felt and looked very artificial. It had a film over it. The Chili's tortilla chips and salsa are extremely satisfying though. The chips are thin and fresh and the salsa is very thin and saucy as opposed to chunky. It just works. The Diet Coke is properly maintained here. Lots of complaining about the service but both times different female servers in the bar were awesome. I will say the chili is really good! I'll be back but I'm not in a rush. read more

The hostess asked how many , when I told her just one I was told it was at least a 15 minute wait . I told her I counted 11 tables open . She then proceeded to tell me we have no waitress, as I see 5 of them standing there talking . I mentioned what about all of them over talking with their arms crossed , she looked in that direction then said ok I can seat you now . A waitress then took my drink order , when she returned with my drink another waitress shows up and asked her what she was doing as this was her table , I told the second waitress I've been here more then 15 minutes you passed my table 4 times and never looked at me , I said no she is now my waitress. My order was taken. I sat for 45 minutes then I asked how much longer as I only got an appetizer. She said let me check , she leaves and comes back with my food and said sorry it just came up . I go to start eating and the wings were warm not hot as they were sitting in the kitchen for a while . When I mentioned it she said they can't be they just made them . I told I don't think so . I finished drink and left and will not return . This chili is the closest to me and I will never stop eating here. I always get my order to go, and I never have any complaints about the food or the experience. I either get a three for me or a triple dipper meal, and when I use the app to place my order, I usually qualify for a free soft drink or chips and salsa.
