It took 10+ mins for Charisma to come take our order. We ordered everything at once being that we had so much time to review the menu. We ordered 2 waters, the Triple Dipper with 2 Big Mouth Bites & 1 Chicken Crisper, & the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with ribs, sausage, and chicken crispers. She did not write our order down, so I knew something was going to be wrong. It definitely was!!! She didn't enter my Big Mouth Bites on correctly. It took 30 mins for us to receive our water from the time we ordered everything, and the food wasn't hot. The chicken was over cooked and rubbery. It was all-in-all a bad visit. Stopped in today at 1pm and they were busy but our bartender was amazing! He had at least 6 tables and almost a full bar and he ROCKED IT!!! Polite, quick and got my order correct! Bathrooms were clean. Food was good, regular lunch menu (soup & salad). Since the bartender was so busy, I went to grab a menu from the host stand. This location is a joke. I went there with my dad. First request was lemonade, the waiter said they ran out. My dad ordered the rib and fries with coleslaw combo. When it came out, I noticed the coleslaw was not there, so I told the waiter that it was not with the meal. He said we ran out, I said well is there a substitution, he said they didn't charge you extra. (That's not the point it's included with the price) I also told him that they should just close up for the day. I was rushed to order, which I can understand to an extent under the circumstances. The food came out fast and the fries were cold and one of the crispers were old and refried. Once I requested a new basket of fries to replace what came out, a waitress confirmed what they had in the back were old and would drop new fries. My overall experience was ok. The wait staff we're great under the conditions, but the kitchen wasn't and the hostess should be more realistic with giving people wait times. Most of the chips were crumbles in the first dish but the salsa and cheese dip were tasty. Then we waited over an hour for our meals. The manager offered to comp us dessert due the wait (their screw up) but when we ordered dessert the Waitress told us the manager would only comp one. Hypothetically, if you were seeking a place to consume food and drink where you: A. Had to wait an extraordinary amount of time after placing your order with your waitress B. Received half the food for your table, had to call the manager over, then received the other half 15 minutes later C. Received medium to below average warmth food when it did arrive Then this would be the ideal restaurant for you to visit. With a half full restaurant, the service was extremely poor - even for Covid times. Wait for food from time we sat down to time first morsel came out was 65 minutes. Food quality was significantly below average. Manager was really unable to explain why there was a delay. He offered a single 20% discount on one of the bills at the table (which equates to about a 12% savings overall). Overall terrible experience that will make you regret ever setting foot in a Chili's. I'm not a big chain restaurant person - but they have their purpose - they usually provide a certain level of qualify and service. This Chili's location doe neither. read more

The food was good. I had limited selection as a vegan but ordered the bottomless chips and salsa and a side of rice and side of beans. I also asked for some peppers and onions (from the fajitas). and though only got a little, they didnt charge me for that. Altogether, it was delicious! between that and a drink my order was $15 and very filling. The waitress was nice but we always had to ask for refills for drinks, and the bottom of the bottomless nachos was A LOT of broken pieces you just couldnt do anything with - perhaps it made it look like we were done/not eating anymore but we just couldnt do anything with them. We waited 30 minutes for a table for two. Then we ordered our food and drinks as soon as we sat down. The table beside us ordered their food after us and received their food within 10 minutes. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food to come out and a different server that wasn't ours who was helping bring food out was incredibly rude to us. There was also a promise from our server that if our food didn't come out in a minute and a half our meal would be free. Well of course our food didn't come out for another 5 minutes after that and she didn't even offer a discount or take our drinks off. We ended up paying the full total in the end. This place is absolutely terrible, please avoid it at all costs. We have given them multiple tries and they continue to be horrible. One of our orders had 6 things, 5 of which they ruined. Including adding bacon to a vegetarian's salad and adding chicken to no meat nachos. They are also consistently slow for take out. We ordered at 4:13 and it was supposed to be ready at 4:39.
