Pretty bummed about the food this time. My husband and I both got fajitas and they were pretty nasty. Server was nice and the place was clean. Food was super gross. The fajitas weren't even sizzling when they came out so maybe I should have known at that point it wasn't going to be tasty. Oh, and the sprite and Diet Coke were both out of carbonation so we had to both switch drinks bc they needed to change them both out and said it would take a while for them to "taste normal". Food was delicious and our server Miranda was great and very attentive. The 3 stars is for the 20 minute wait for a table. Which wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have a leg cast on. I let the girl know my leg was hurting as I stared at all the open seating and she said it would just be a few more minutes. My wife and I come here often to enjoy the great food and have built awesome relationships with the staff and servers (one of the reasons we keep coming back). Last night was no exception. Scottie was at the bar. We saw her at her best with a potentially bad situation. Some old drunk lady that couldn't hold her alcohol was cussing and disrespecting the staff, name calling and really going out of her way to make a mindless drunken point in front of her grandaughter. She was so drunk and belligerent, her granddaughter apologized for her. Scottie handled it professionally and politely asked her not to come back if she was going to act that way. She probably won't be back, but we will. We are regulars there and will continue to be as long as the staff, servers, and food continue to be great! read more

I have been eating at Chili's for over 20 years and this was the best experience I've had here thanks to Erika. She was accommodating and helped my family understand the best deals and food choices. Unfortunately this isn't a great update. I've ordered this dish before and it's my "go to". The last time I ordered it, it was great. This time the "brisket" didn't taste like brisket but more like dried roast beef. They put it on top of one of my toasts so the juices got all soaked up by the toast making the toast soggy. We brought my two young sons (which is why we went to Chili's because they like the kids menu) and they let the waitress know it was my birthday. Now I don't like people singing to me and I don't like the attention so i didn't really care but my girlfriend was all bummed they didn't come back and sing or whatever when they did a few tables away from us. When our food arrived half the platter was cold. My girlfriends chicken was dry and bland. They threw bbq sauce over the top of the "brisket" in a sad attempt to mask the poor quality of it. I love coming to Chili's at a spur of a moment kind of visit... the staff is always attentive and friendly. I always order their tropical sunrise which is a pretty good alcoholic beverage considering it's a chain restaurant. I would have given it more stars but the fact they allow kids in the bar area is annoying. I go to the bar area to enjoy adult time; not to see or hear yelling kids jumping around. To-Go is always pretty awesome here, and I generally don't get served bad food, but the service over the years of me coming here and giving it a chance has always been slow. Every time I go either by myself or with others, we wait for our drinks and food forever. The quickest service you get is when you sit at their bar, but they're all outside again due to COVID regulations, so that's not going to happen. Be sure to ask your server for a lid for your drinks when you sit outside - plenty of bees and fruit flies that want to drink with you. read more

Stopped at Chilis today for lunch after running some errands, that was a mistake. We sat in the bar, there were open tables available and they were NOT on a wait. The first thing I noticed was that the tablet thing you can log in and redeem awards/pay your bill was filthy! Severs obviously are not doing their side-work. We ordered chips n salsa, 2 burgers, and drinks nothing special. Well, we waited and waited... I could see the screen on the expo line, every ticket on KDS was red and running long ticket times. The food came after 28 mins, and the presentation was awful. My husband's burger was burnt and fries were cold, my Burger was also burnt. The cheese was so burnt and looked gross I didn't even take a bite of it, this either burnt in the melter or the food died in the window. The server didn't come back by in a timely manner either, when she did we asked for a manager. I never do that because I was in the industry for many many years. This guy comes over with the shit smile on his face super sarcastic and didn't give 2 shits about the long ticket time and awful food. He was so sarcastic and rude stating they are doing their best for a busy Sunday. The Togo orders are killing us and we are short-staffed is the excuse. This guy could have at least tried to act like a manager and treated customers with more respect. It's all in your delivery and tone when speaking to a customer. I ordered chicken wings. The waitress brought out boneless chicken wings. She never communicated with me that they didn't have traditional chicken wings. I kept the order she brought out because I was hungry. After taking my first bite, I felt my chicken wings cold. She came back and ask me if everything was ok and I said no. Our tonight's experience, was AWEFUL! Starting with the host...she called a party of three (which had left the restaurant) so then, she called my husband's name and as we were walking up to her, she grabs silverware, 1 adult and 1 kid's menu (we were a party of 3) so when we go up to her, she gets her phone out of her pocket, checks it and replies to a message. When she was done, she then greets us and takes us to our table. (WHAT TYPE OF SHIT IS THIS?!!!) We ordered botomless chips as appetizer and when we finished our chips we ordered more (we NEVER got them). I ordered the fajitas (chicken, shrimp & steak) and my steak was undercooked when I had asked I wanted it well done. My son ordered a strawberry lemonade and the server asked him if he wanted a refill but he declined and ordered water instead. So our "server" says...Of course you can have some water; she walked away and instead of bringing water to my son, she goes, sits dow and she just keeps having her conversation with some lady that (happened to he sitting close to our table) I don't know if this lady works there or if she was just a visitor but whoever she was, it apparently was MORE IMPORTANT that customers! My family and I come here pretry often but as of tonight's incident, we are NOT coming back!!! Oh, and of course.....NO TIP WAS LEFT!!! Service was sad....nothing but dropping the plate off...then at the end of dinner I was asked if I needed more w a ter... I had to yell at the waiter for some salt..service really sucked. However when we got there no one came out and after waiting 20 min I called for curbside pick up and told her that I was here but the girl hung up on me. Came here tonight for dinner with my boyfriend. The wait to be seated wasn't too long but the half booth they seated us at was pretty dirty. My boyfriend ordered a "watermelon" lemonade, I put that in quotations because there wasn't really any kind of watermelon flavor to it. It tasted like a watered down version of that pink lemonade you get at in n out. We asked the waiter for a different drink to replace this one. My boyfriend ordered some wings and the shrimp tacos. I ordered the crispy style chicken crispers. My boyfriend liked his wings and said the the shrimp tacos were actually spicy, and he isn't weak to spicy like I am. I enjoyed my crispy chicken crispers that are served with French fries (nothing special) and corn on the cob :D Something really neat at Chili's is this little touch screen device they have on all the tables called a Ziosk. You can play games on it (for a fee). You can cruise drinks, desserts & appetizers on it and you can pay your check on it! We noticed that the "watermelon" lemonade hadn't been removed from the bill, my boyfriend mentioned it to the waiter and he took it off. We decided to pay using the Ziosk. The Ziosk also prints out your receipt! All in all not a bad evening :-) read more

Our waitresses were Lilly and Porschia (sorry for the misspelling?). Both were very nice and quick to get our food and fill our drinks. Lilly made a point of knowing all the sauces for the ribs and seemed very responsive to our tables needs. We brought my sister and her food came out in time and was crispy! When I stood over there I waited excessively and was not acknowledged by any employee. The location had no other customers due to COVID and several employees present but not doing anything. It is required to go inside and pay because you can't pay online with a gift card. I was going to provide a tip. But changed my mind after not being acknowledged. It's a Chili's- made popular by awkward first teenage dates and large family gatherings. If you don't know the food then you haven't been living in the US in the past decade. This is a rather large Chili's that exists in it's little mall. Service for lunch was A OK, although the orders came out wrongish. If you order iced tea- they pretty much give you a bucket of it, which makes up for the order mistake in my book. It was 114 degrees the day I went and the AC was working very well. It told us to arrive at 7:45 and the food would be ready. We waited until 8:20 for our food and unfortunately my ignorance didn't think to check the food before I got home. We visit this establishment about once a month, we live the food! I especially like the dry rub ribs, my wife enjoys the shrimp fajitas, which we always get generous portions!
