Usually sit in bar area, as it seem to always be short of wait staff for dining area, plus if there a table or room at bar top, you don't have to wait. Burgers usually good, don't recommend salads. Bar tender is usually your waiter, but have food runners. So don't usually see waiter after initial order taking anyhow. read more

I haven't eaten here since 2017. I used to love the baby back ribs. I'm a little spoiled by the ones I get at a different restaurant in Menifee that have ribs that really are so tender they fall off the bone. Service was the corn on the cob was cooked to death SOGGY so they replaced it with broccoli and that was very good. The loaded mashed potatoes were also very good. The ribs where ok at $19.00 for a full slab that is a good value. Gave 3 stars because I had to wait even though it was pretty much the empty on a Monday night 5:00 PM 20-30 minutes wait time. Also waited for my check and not is an electronic touch pad which I didn't know about so I had to wait until the bartender asked if there was anything else I needed. It's a Chili's restaurant.. Food is what you'd expect form a chili's. Service here is always good. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. On Friday and Saturday nights there's usually a 20-30 minute wait. One thing I love about Chili's is the table top tablets. My family and I love playing the trivia games. I always have a great time coming here. I forgot my server's name, but he had a nice blonde combover. He was great and always attentive to us. My wife and I ordered the ribeyes, and they were cooked perfectly to what we asked for. Never put a review here before, but finally putting one now haha. The ribs were awesome and the fries are crisp. I normally order some basic food items, but theyre delicious. I love the chicken crispers in honey chipotle sauce. Murrieta Chilis. Female Jordan was our server. She was outstanding and welcoming. Johnny on the spot as they say. Food was great, especially the dessert. If I had anything negative to say, the restroom. I told Jordan it needed attention. She said she would advise the Manager. We were there for over an hour and no one entered to clean it. This is an habitual problem. The restroom is always dirty and disgusting everytime we go there. Other than that, food is great, Jordan was great and we will be back. This is the worst food I've ever had here. Being disabled and senior citizen is a treat when we go out to eat. This time I'm very disappointed. I order a special meal that you make that I usually love very much. This time 3:15 in the afternoon your out of potatoes, no glastonbury potatoes either. I asked for garlic. It wasn't in the bag. I just got back from dinner from here. Everything was good except for checking out. First, my mom had to get us to-go boxes. Second, the check out was confusing. I had to start it myself, but if I was not there I do not think my parents could have figure it out. We were charged chips and salsa when we should not have since my parents are members. Went in early in the afternoon! My family and I we're seated promptly and our server attended us right away! The food was delicious! I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were really good and are also part of the 2 for $25 so it was part of a great deal and was a great amount of food. Just went in for a birthday lunch. This place in Noisy with Music, Loud Customers and a wait staff that doesn't know their job. The Food is TERRIBLE - I ordered a sirloin steak and asked it to be medium well. It wasn't sirloin - it was a flat piece of meat that had some fat at the end and was overcooked shoe leather!. My husband ordered the rib-eye medium well. It was medium rare and you could see blood coming out of it. It was over cooked on the outside and tough and raw in the middle. Both so called steaks had no flavor as well. Adding to this they were out of Broccoli and Asparagas so we had loaded potatoes - which were old and reused and then ordered french fries which were just a handful but were the only edible thing on the plate after we had to ask for the salt and pepper. So we had a few bites of steak, some fries and one bite of the awful loaded potatoes and then we got to pay $46.79 for the Most Awful and Expensive Lunch we have ever had!!!! Man on man! From the moment we stepped in it was down hill from there. The young man that greeted us once we walked in greeted us in such a way we really didn't know if he was greeting us or talking to someone else in the restaurant. He was walking by and talking with his back to us so it was hard to tell who he was talking too. Baby ordered the Cajun chicken pasta which tasted like they forgot the Cajun. It was bland and not really flavorful. The children should have been grilled more. I had the bacon burger which was bland as was. If they were trying to cut back on the salt intake our meal was a hit! However since it was not the less salt Platter it flunked. We ordered off the 3 for $10. Not bad but not good. Our service was slow and those that helped bring out our food was really not all that friendly. Sad to say that we won't be back to this one. Walked in and evey empty table is dirty. No more self seating at tables in THE bar. Only the bar counter. Are there not enough empty tables in the rest of the empty restaurant. So I have no idea why every Chili's I open up on Yelp has poor reviews. Every Chili's I have been to, the waiter has gone all out for me. They always talked to me like they've known me forever and its very inviting and comfortable. I don't remember the name of my waiter, if I did I would have given him a shout out here. Anyway, I came with a friend. We ordered the $22 dinner for two which comes with an appetizer and two entrees. We got the Awesome Blossom Petals (they're fried onions in case you didn't know what they were. They have no description of the menu lmao). They weren't amazing but I love onions so I loved them. I also got the Chicken Crispers, which btw are my absolute favorite things at Chilis. The two hottest flavors are actually pretty decently hot so be prepared. Our waiter came by often to ask us if we needed more ranch or refills or anything. He even went all out to make me a different flavored drink in which I LOVED. I was so grateful. But what made us change our mind to go from 5 stars to 3 is the following 1) when we literally almost finished eating & I went to the restroom and as I was washing my hands (there was a little bit of soap in the bottle but still in enough to wash) and an employee walked in to throw something away & as she approached the sink to "wash" her hands she said that there was nomore soap so she just wet her hands & walked out & there was a sanitizer right in front of the restroom and didn't see that she put some on & she was the food runner as well 2) so every table has a tablet thing where you're able to pay with card if you don't have cash and they have like games etc but we didn't have it in our table & well we were getting charged for a table entertainment :( you can see it's the first thing on the receipt but the server took it off 3) nobody there as servers / food runners / workers in general had name tags :/ read more

I've been coming to this Chili's for 12 years and it's always busy and good food. If you come in ask for Sal. He's amazing. He'll tell you what's their best deal and which drinks are good. He is always busy because people ask for him by name. Don't get me wrong everyone is great it's just that he's been there a long time and he's got his regulars. 1st star for dining-in tableside guacamole 2nd star for the awesome cookie skillet dessert we got complimentary for a birthday bonus~ Thanks Chilis! We've tried visiting this location now on several occasions. We typically don't dine in, but did so a few weeks ago and I forgot to do a review then. Service dining in went well and our server was great and attentive at the bar. Our table can now order and pay our bills with their tablets actually, but our drinks and tableside guacamole Service still kept us content. However, on a more recent visit this evening, and like many takeout service evenings, it's very disappointing. Hoping our critique can help improve their training. Called to place an order for guacamole, queso, chips and salsa. First call, young lady transfers us to takeout but disconnects us. Photos will display this sequence of events. Called back and we were in hold for 8+min so we hopped in the car to just drive there and for giggles stayed on the line to see if we would beat them to picking up our call. Since I wasn't driving I proceed to place my order online, rummage around emails and password retrievals, place the order online by 8:20 Sat PM and online confirmation stayed it'd be ready by 8:40. (20 min) We park and I wait in the car on hold while my guy picks up the food. End of the story I am on hold for almost 30 min. My guy exits WITH our takeout in hand before anyone even picked up the phone. It was hilarious, after all was said and done. The only saving element to our experience tonight was that logging in to our Chili's account I learned we had a birthday dessert credit and could be redeemed tonight. Really vad service, they took for ever to seat us. When they did they took for ever to give us our drinks and food. The food was cold too.

Called in an order of "bone-in" wings with fries at 9:20pm. I live about 10 minutes away and left right after placing the order to go pick up my food. The order was ready when I arrived. I get home and discovered, not only was the food cold but it wasn't "bone-in" wings as I specifically asked for. I got cold, boneless chicken with cold fries. I called the restaurant to complain about the order being incorrect as well as cold, and although the manager was very nice she explained that her To-Go person (before going home for the night) told her that my order had been ready for a while but hadn't been picked up. That was the justification for my food being cold. I LIVE 10 MINUTES AWAY!!! How could a fresh order get cold that fast? It wasn't even a slight bit warm. It must have been boneless chicken and fries that had been sitting out already prepared that was given to me. It definitely wasn't freshly cooked fries or the "bone-in" wings I ordered. The very nice manager said she would refund the money back to my card, but guess what? It's going to take 7-10 working days. I'm furious and will never patronize Chili's in Lake Elsinore again. Went here tonight with a party of 6 around 7pm, went to put our name down and the hostess said wait wasn't 2 hours. Looked around the restaurant and more than half of the tables in the bar side were dirty then same again on dine in side. We asked the hostess if we could sit on bar side since it's open seating and she said "the waitress had a death in her family & I'm not gonna explain what happened but I'm not going to seat people on her tables"..confused i chuckled and said okay. She asked "so do you still want to wait, it's going to be 2 hours like i told you" i replied yep we'll wait. We waited for 1 hour and during the time we saw multiple parties of 3-4 walk in and be seated. I again asked how long till we could be seated and she said "it's looking close to 1.5hours more" i asked to speak to the manager and once manager came i asked her why we couldn't sit in bar side and she mentioned it's because the kitchen is short staffed ..i then asked the manager "is there nothing you can do to accommodate our party?" And she said unfortunately until your name comes up on the iPad and i immediately said "do you not want business? Are you comfortable with letting a close to $200 bill leave your establishment?" She was speechless. Mind you no tables had yet been cleared and the hostess told every party 1.5 - 2 hours. I was blown away by the service. I understand with the government paying more for people to not work isn't helping restaurants but customer service speaks volumes. I'm not sure where to begin.  It's hard to put into words the experience we had at this Chili's so I'll just explain in some detail what my wife and I experienced. Although we've eaten at this Chili's in the past, this was the first time we had Kyndall. Her professional, friendly and courteous service was, "excellent". She knew the menu very well, and we never had to wait to have any of our requests filled. Her friendly and hospitable demeanor was a real pleasure. That made our dining experience truly "enjoyable." If we could give Kyndall 10 stars we would. She deserves it and she certainly earned it. Thanks, Kyndall for a truly wonderful dining experience. I came in last week for my friends birthday dinner. There was about 8 of us in our party, and our waitress was amazing. I'm deducting 2 stars from the establishment as a whole because we had to send back cold appetizers, and it seems as if they were understaffed. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs, but she was also bartending and bussing tables that had been left dirty for 30 minutes. Pretty bummed about the food this time. My husband and I both got fajitas and they were pretty nasty. Server was nice and the place was clean. Food was super gross. The fajitas weren't even sizzling when they came out so maybe I should have known at that point it wasn't going to be tasty. Oh, and the sprite and Diet Coke were both out of carbonation so we had to both switch drinks bc they needed to change them both out and said it would take a while for them to "taste normal".
