I understand that lunch can be one of the busiest times of the day, so I tried to be patient. The food itself was good, came out hot, and tasted exactly as expected. The lunch specials are also a great value, making it an affordable option if you're looking for a quick meal without spending a lot. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the quality of the food. It took longer than expected for someone to check on us, refill drinks, and bring the check. The staff was polite, but the overall pace felt slower than what you'd hope for during the middle of the workday. Many people who come in for lunch are on a limited break and need to get in and out within an hour, so more efficient service would really improve the experience. I don't necessarily blame the employees, because it genuinely looked like they were juggling a lot of tables. If the restaurant was understaffed that day, that could explain the delays. Still, whether it's adding more staff during peak lunch hours or improving the flow of service, there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, this was an average experience. The food was enjoyable, the prices and lunch deals were excellent, and I'd consider coming back because of the value. However, the slower service made the visit less enjoyable than it could have been. With a little more attention to speed and customer service during the lunch rush, this could easily be a 4- or 5-star experience. read more

I've always been a fan of Chili's ever since they revamped their menu and offered the 3 for me deal. $10.99 for a big Cheeseburger, fries and a drink AND a salad! We finished our work today and the crew was tired and wanted to be fed! I saw there was a Chili's nearby and I knew that would work out. This location is located right on South Las Vegas Blvd. near the Five Guys just south of the 215 freeway. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Onside looks like you typical Chili's. We got seated fine and drink orders taken. I will say, the service at Chili's is super efficient. Everybody knows their job, like the food runners, drink runners and servers. I usually get the 3 for me deal, with the Big Smasher Burger ordered pink, with a salad and sub the fries for garlic butter mushrooms. Put them mushrooms in with that burger and now were COOKIN! Yummers! One other guy ordered the BBQ combo, with half rack ribs and spicy chicken tenders served with some kinda corn on the cob thing. The one other girl ordered the Chipotle Chicken salad. The other guys had the burgers. Since I'm a Chili's rewards club member, I get free unlimited chips and salsa for the table. The chips come right after the drinks and this crew demolished the first basket so we got a refill! We all liked our food. I went to this location on Friday evening and it was a little busy. As it was National tequila day I decided to get a Patron margarita. Unfortunately it was way too sweet to drink. A manager happened to see that I had the Margarita in front of me and asked how I liked it. Told her that I couldn't drink it because of the taste. She suggested I try the monthly special but because it had strawberries in it I declined. She did ask if there was a different drink that I wanted to try but I told her no. She apologized for the problem with my drink and took it off my tab. Appreciated that. Other than that the QP burger I ordered was excellent. My only other complaint was the salad. I ordered it as my appetizer and it was the smallest salad ever and very sparse. It was lettuce and croutons. That wasn't the size I got on a previous visit. My partner and I came for the Wicked themed alcohol drinks, and they were strong and so worth the price tag. They unfortunately ran out of the cute stirrers that the drinks were advertised with, but the vibes were still good and the food was good. The servers were friendly and chatted with us about the movie since we were on our way to the theater to watch Wicked. A hack we learned was to sign up for the chilis rewards on the little kiosk they leave on the tables. If you sign up you get a whole chips and salsa for free and they are quite generous since it is unlimited refills. We even got to take it home as leftovers. We had to get the famous triple dipper and you can't really go wrong with any combination. We got the bone in wings, egg rolls, and sliders. Chili's has always been one of my favorite spots, especially for the Quesadilla Explosion Salad or their famous BBQ ribs. Today, we visited for a birthday lunch. I ordered the full rack of BBQ ribs with fries and mac & cheese. The ribs were good, not quite the fall-off-the-bone ribs I remembered, but still tasty. It's been a while since my last visit, so maybe things have changed a bit. We also split the famous Molten Lava Cake, and to my surprise, it now comes in a small and large size. Thankfully, we went with the small, it was more than enough sweetness for two people. I can't imagine how big (or rich) the large must be! Service was good, no complaints. Walked in right at the pick up area for my pickup order and there was a sign that said to go to the bar. I walked all the way around to the bar and I waited. Finally someone asked if I needed help. I explained why I was there and I was literally told to walk back around to the pickup area. I got my pickup order finally and was ready to eat. The egg rolls were not cut nor were they cooked all the way. The wonton wrap was raw in the inside. The cheeseburgers were sloppy cheese barely hanging on. One patty was burnt to a crisp felt like a hokey puck. The mozzarella sticks did have a nice cheese pull but they barely gave me any ranch for dipping. I ordered three sides of ranch and got two that weren't even half way filled. So overall my food was DRY. I did get a free chips and salsa with my order that was nice. Regular Chili's... the server was really nice and the food was good. I had an order extra shot for my drink, but then again I typically drink shots so most time they go somewhere the drinks aren't strong enough for me. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints again. Our server was so sweet. she was so nice. She was very attentive and she did a very good job. My dad who was kind of picky was there and he makes a very silly dad jokes and she laughed at him even though they weren't really even funny lol. It's been years since we have been in, mostly because they only have 1 vegan option on the menu (The Black Bean burger) which is good but no vegan cheese, no vegan sauces, no vegan meat (Beyond/Impossible) NOTHING at all for those of us who are lactose intolerant or plant based. My brother was with me--He ordered the Mozz sticks which he loved and the warm tortilla chips which didn't come out warm at all. He also got a burger which he loved and I of course got the Black Bean burger which was good (ask for no cheese) I had a Titos Punch--a coconut rum drink w/Pineapple and grenadine. YUM Service was good at the start--Steve I think was the servers name but towards the end, we had to ask for the bill and to go containers, though he did come over at the end and ask us to come back. Just good vibes, great energy, and top-tier service. It's rare to see someone show up to work with that kind of attitude. She really made the whole experience fire. I don't know what it is, but this Chili's always hits different. Majority of the time I do pick up orders and, they always get my order right! There was one time recent time that they missed one of my items and the manager refunded my money with no issue. My food is always hot and fresh and they always make sure to add utensils and the necessary items in my to go orders. Pick 3 combo is awesome because you can get an appetizer, an entrée and a drink.
