I stopped here today by myself to have lunch and I am so glad that I did. I was immediately welcomed when walking in the door. It smelled SO nice inside. I was seated by a window in Najima's section and she absolutely made my day 10X better!! She was so friendly and welcoming. She never stopped moving the whole time I was there but she has such a great attitude and personality for the job. I truly enjoyed watching her as her section filled up. She has the menu completely memorized and can answer any questions you may have about the flavors and how the foods are prepared. She was SO patient with an elderly couple who were seated near me. I hope to get seated in her section on future visits! I ordered the bacon wrapped scallops and they were delicious, perfectly seared and tender. They came with a lovely salad of mixed greens and a decadent lime vinaigrette! No other location I've visited has plated the scallops this way and I thoroughly enjoyed the pairing. Red Lobster never misses when it comes to their salmon and my recent visit was no different. I'm not a huge fan of the location but the service was exceptional. I had a waiter Jesus and honestly his attention to detail and personalized service during my visit was unmatched. Genuine service is harder to come by in this era and I appreciate him. I ordered salmon New Orleans blackened with shrimp and packed with flavor 10/10. Lobster baked potato served with tons of yummy butter, and I'm obsessed with their brussle sprouts. Perfect char. We ordered two lobster tails both big but one was alot bigger than the other (no complaints). THe lobster gratin similar to lobster mac was cheesy and golden brown yum!!! I was surprised by the lobster flatbread it was surprisingly a strong appetizer choice. Overall great visit. I am giving this location 5 stars because there is absolutely nothing i had to complain about. We are in Vegas house hunting, and it happened to be my daughters bday. We came here to have a bday meal together. They have plenty of parking. The location is clean inside and out. We were greeted immediately and seated. The staff are so nice. This location actually put some alcohol in the drinks. The food was really good, everything was hot and fresh. The new menu is wonderful, but sad the garlic butter mussels are gone. This red lobster is a place that we constantly go to. We as a family all love the food here and the service is really great. This time the servers went above and beyond for my grandma's birthday. The whole staff came over and sang happy birthday for her and gave her this dessert that had a cute little drawing of a lobster and it said "shell-ebrate"! It was so cute. They also made an unforgettable experience by providing a card for her birthday that was signed by everyone who was working that day. This was my first time back at Red Lobster since before COVID, and WOW, they absolutely won me back as a customer! From the moment we sat down, our server Jesus went above and beyond. He was so attentive, friendly, and gave amazing recommendations. Especially the margarita flight, which was a total hit! I came in specifically to try the viral Mariner Seafood Boil, and it did not disappoint. Every piece of protein was perfectly cooked! Juicy, flavorful, and definitely not dry. Honestly, it was one of the best seafood boils I've had in a long time. My husband played it safe with the classic crab legs (boring! ), but even he was impressed with how fresh everything tasted. Neither one of us was disappointed, there is a good selection of protein and sides to choose from. It's is quite expensive to be here. The place is clean. Service was excellent and on point. We tried some of the lunch specials and others had the daily special. I had the salmon bowl with some salad and Brussel sprouts included in the bowl at $21.95. The iced tea is refillable but at $4.95!!! My hubby got the fried flounder lunch special. The food and the service was incredible, as always; and everything was spotless. But the major thing that put me over the top was the kid, Gustavo, in the front. 5 stars ONLY because Nate (the manager) was so kind and helpful in resolving the issues we had. Arrived at 6:32, took us 45 minutes to get our food for a party of 3, but the time it took wasn't the issue. Our food had died under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I've worked in food and beverage for 10 years, manage my own restaurants and couldn't get my own server to come back to our table. Forgot our salad, didn't take it off but still handed me a check with it still on there and just tried to quote me a price of how much it would be rather than bringing me the receipt with the correct amount and tried to take my card when i wanted to wait for the corrected one. Nate was so kind and took accountability of his staff and as a General Manager myself, I'm genuinely appreciative of the experience as I've never complained to a manager before but the experience was that terrible. As someone who works 6 days a week, my one day off to have dinner with my boyfriend is something i look forward to, so thank you Nate. Ok...so, just to clear the air a little, I typically don't review a lot of chain corporate type establishments because I usually don't enter these types of place with a huge high expectation, if any, at all really to be completely honest. Sure there are plenty of other awesome places to go but...just wasn't looking to make a 1/4 mortgage payment to do it. When we got there around 5pm-ish, the wait staff seemed a little disorganized at first but after a few minutes we were promptly seated. Daysha (I've probably butchered her name, my apologies) was our server and she was phenomenal. She was very friendly, attentive, and patient. She was great with my wife, offering and giving her an awesome sundae to celebrate her birthday. Give that woman a raise! The food for me....eh, was ok. The clam Chowder was nice and hot but just mediocre in general. The potatoes and clams seemed a bit sparse and the flavor was a little heavy on the salt. I also had the fish and chips. To be completely honest, I thought it was a happy hour portion with the non-happy hour price. The plate consisted of one decent sized piece of fish that was somewhat heavily breaded, a handful of fries, 2 little hush puppies, a good portion of coleslaw (not my favorite), and probably two of the smallest dipping containers I've ever seen for condiment....I will say it was close to the ratio needed of food given. At any rate, to be fair it was more than just edible. Not spectacular, by any means. Just certainly not worth the price point. The a piece of fish and some chips was $20. The clam Chowder was $10. I'm convinced the amount used in the bowl is probably the same portion used in a cup. Doh! My wife enjoyed her lobster surf and turf. Again, the consensus was good just not worth at the price point. The total bill was $100 after tip.....it was decent but a little tough to swallow. 3-3.5 out of 5 stars in my opinion. read more

We ordered the sailors boil. The corn was cold. We told our server. The manager riannon came over and said they would get us new corn. We got the new corn and it was cold as ICE. Suddenly everyone disappeared. We finally had to flag someone down and our waiter came back. His name was Isaac. He felt the corn so he can attest to how cold it was. It felt like ice. We got our bill and didn't get one penny off and we couldn't even eat all our food. The manager never came back again. Isaac was a good server. Haven't been here in a while. It's on Flamingo and Eastern. I returned a few weeks ago and ordered their Mussels appetizer and some crab linguini... I was quite surprised, the Mussels were in a garlic sauce and served with garlic bread... it was delicious and perfectly seasoned to my taste. The Crab linguini was very creamy with real crab meat and was really good... Returned and ordered their stuffed mushrooms Wednesday special, steak and lobster with 2 sides... Having grown up abroad I'd never got to try red lobster growing up, so my friend's decided it was time for me to try it. For a lower budget, family inclusive restaurant it definitely ticked a lot of boxes. Our server was nice and gave a couple of recommendations. Yoooo, I don't even know where to start. This is what we get for being lazy and not following through with cooking Father's Day dinner at home. So, we hit the EASY button and placed our Father's Day order. I'm still upset at the quality of food that we received. Clam Chowder: 1/10 - white water, some pieces of clam...I think, very bland, no seasoning. For the amount charged, we should've just went to Panera. Caesar Salad: 1/10 - bagged romaine w/ all the rough white pieces. 6 croutons, yes, we counted them and no parmesan cheese and a packet of Paul Newman's salad dressing. Are you serious? Very similar to when the grocery store is trying to get rid of deli items before the pull date but it looks very sus. Yea, that's exactly how that salad look. A very lonely, sad looking salad. That's my fault for not checking the the bag before leaving the restaurant. She said the fish was ok but it was cold. Salmon Sesame-Soy Bowl: 5/10 - This was the only thing that was semi good. The salmon was decently cooked, the soy sauce was tasty, rice and veggies. Crazy thing, the order was ready in 40mins, I got there 5mins after, why was all our COLD. I am so confused, not very pleased with the meal but I did not want to be a pain in the a$% so instead of returning the full order, I just wanted them to replace the soup and salad. Because I did not order directly from Red Lobster but from Grub Hub (3rd Party) they could not do anything for us. That I will need to contact Grub Hub for any complaints and/or refund. $169.00 wasted, we could've spent the same at the grocery and made a better meal and have leftovers. We ate at the Red Lobster on Marks Street tonight. As usual, our food was very good but the service was sub-par. Our server was Brittany. She was not the least bit friendly towards us. Not once during our meal did she even stop by our table to ask if everything was alright or if we needed drink refills. After dinner she plopped our check down on the table (didn't bother to ask if we wanted dessert). I asked her for a box to take home what I left and it took her almost 10 minutes to bring the box. We came in to try the $11.99 AYCE Salad, cheddar biscuits, and clam chowder. When we asked about it they said they charge $2 more on the weekends. Biscuits are always in point, salad was nice and cold but they drown it down with dressing so make sure you ask for it on th side. Unfortunately, the clam chowder was not good at all. It was so bland and honestly eating out of a can would have been better! The service was ok, our waitress would come around and yell, more soup!! And would nearly startle me each time. Second time ever at Red Lobster this past Monday to celebrate our fathers bday, and right out the gate I gotta say - it was awesome. Really. chain restaurants have a stigma about them, often rightfully so. Boring, outdated, assembly line processes, etc.. For Red Lobster, I've been caught judging a book by its cover, and while I do think they need a name change, I was wrong in every way about the food/service we were about to receive. Walter was our waiter. Incredible, patient, helpful, knew the menu well, recommend things and SERVED US (party of 6). I think it's important for the waiter to be present at least while serving food, we often don't see that anymore. We ordered across the menu. Atlantic Salmon (sister said it was the best), teenage son had the southwest bowl with grilled shrimp, he loved it (he doesn't really like shrimp either). I went for the Shrimp and Grits which was awesome. It wasn't as good as Hops n Hominy in SF, being honest, but the flavor kept coming in a good way. I'll get it again and again and again. Grandpa had the filet mignon and loved it. The drinks were really well appointed, the Pina Colada with raspberry puree over the top, amazing. I had some rum drink that was weird, good, but really weird texture. (Captain, dark rum, and some blended fruit). The bday desert was incredible, I'm still wondering how they made their whip/marshmallow cream topping, it was WTH?! level good. The cheese muffins, I guess they are the staple of Red Lobster, awesome and we brought a few home. Ok, so I'm not a great reviewer but I had to try, Red Lobster in LV was so impressive we're still shaking our heads 3 days later. I heard they are going bankrupt which sucks. I know if I took any other food snobs like me to Red Lobster LV they would have loved it. The service was great, not too crowded, very clean, updated menu's and the bar area had taken a lot of effort to highlight drinks and options. Brought the family in on a slow night. Everything was perfect our waiter was pleasant and suggested a few items on the endless shrimp dinner . I had the shrimp Caesar salad & a loaded baked potato. The rest of my fam did the endless shrimp . omg it really is endless and a great deal for the price I think it was under 30$ for 1 side and all the shrimp you can eat . Ambiance was nice and relaxing we were greeted and served in a timely manner . The food did not take too long to come out and we all enjoyed all our meals . My baby had the kids Mac and cheese ( boxed Kraft Mac &cheese ) but the brócoli was soooo good . Overall , we will be coming back to this location .
