Went to celebrate a friend's birthday with about 20 people and the staff was awesome handling such a big group! It was nice they sang happy birthday to my friend & gave her a dessert. I ordered the Bombshell margarita which was refreshing and sweet. I also got the chipotle chicken bowl that was filling and good. Plenty of parking in the lot outside. Definitely would go back!

I went to this location on Friday evening and it was a little busy. As it was National tequila day I decided to get a Patron margarita. Unfortunately it was way too sweet to drink. A manager happened to see that I had the Margarita in front of me and asked how I liked it. Told her that I couldn't drink it because of the taste. She suggested I try the monthly special but because it had strawberries in it I declined. She did ask if there was a different drink that I wanted to try but I told her no. She apologized for the problem with my drink and took it off my tab. Appreciated that. Other than that the QP burger I ordered was excellent. My only other complaint was the salad. I ordered it as my appetizer and it was the smallest salad ever and very sparse. It was lettuce and croutons. That wasn't the size I got on a previous visit. I guess each visit can't be perfect but I will try again. Maybe a different location.

My partner and I came for the Wicked themed alcohol drinks, and they were strong and so worth the price tag. They unfortunately ran out of the cute stirrers that the drinks were advertised with, but the vibes were still good and the food was good. The servers were friendly and chatted with us about the movie since we were on our way to the theater to watch Wicked. A hack we learned was to sign up for the chilis rewards on the little kiosk they leave on the tables. If you sign up you get a whole chips and salsa for free and they are quite generous since it is unlimited refills. We even got to take it home as leftovers. We had to get the famous triple dipper and you can't really go wrong with any combination. We got the bone in wings, egg rolls, and sliders. This paired well with the drinks and we even sat at the bar so it was a perfect environment to get the party started for our movie. Bathrooms were clean and there's plenty of parking!

We went to Chili's due to a heavy rainfall. The place looked great. It wasn't too loud. Our servers were great. The bathrooms were clean & we got seated right away. The food, though, was only okay. We got the swiss burger, chicken crispy crisps, coffee and soda. My chicken came with fries, which were okay, and white cheddar mac & cheese - which was good. I only got one cup of coffee, because most places now charge for refills. No idea if that was the case. It was a good enough meal on a bad weather day. We played trivia games the whole meal.

Chili's has always been one of my favorite spots, especially for the Quesadilla Explosion Salad or their famous BBQ ribs. Today, we visited for a birthday lunch. I ordered the full rack of BBQ ribs with fries and mac & cheese. The ribs were good, not quite the fall-off-the-bone ribs I remembered, but still tasty. It's been a while since my last visit, so maybe things have changed a bit. We also split the famous Molten Lava Cake, and to my surprise, it now comes in a small and large size. Thankfully, we went with the small, it was more than enough sweetness for two people. I can't imagine how big (or rich) the large must be! Service was good, no complaints. It was a bit busy since it was lunchtime, but everything went smoothly.

Our server Ruben was amazing. Very inventive. The food was good. The only thing was my broccoli was hard. It probably needed to be cooked longer. My steak needed a little more seasoning. But everything else was good.

The service is always on point at this location. The food is always quick and orders always come out accurate and fast. The ambiance is always good. Games on the tv. Wait time is good for how busy they are. Definitely a must try. The three for me deal is really good. $10.99 for the Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Comes with a drink and I got the Loaded Baked Potato Soup. Can't beat this deal! Minutes from the strip! Don't sleep on this location!

I have never had Chilis before as I live in an area of Southern California without a single one. So I was really exited to be visiting in Las Vegas so I could try it. I was exited to order the triple dipper as I see it on social media everywhere. I was pretty disappointed. Walked in right at the pick up area for my pickup order and there was a sign that said to go to the bar. I walked all the way around to the bar and I waited. Finally someone asked if I needed help. I explained why I was there and I was literally told to walk back around to the pickup area. I got my pickup order finally and was ready to eat. The egg rolls were not cut nor were they cooked all the way. The wonton wrap was raw in the inside. The cheeseburgers were sloppy cheese barely hanging on. One patty was burnt to a crisp felt like a hokey puck. The mozzarella sticks did have a nice cheese pull but they barely gave me any ranch for dipping. I ordered three sides of ranch and got two that weren't even half way filled. So overall my food was DRY. I did get a free chips and salsa with my order that was nice. Only thing worth taking a photo of as the portion size was perfect. Not worth the hype Atleast for me.

Regular Chili's... the server was really nice and the food was good. I had an order extra shot for my drink, but then again I typically drink shots so most time they go somewhere the drinks aren't strong enough for me. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints again. Our server was so sweet. she was so nice. She was very attentive and she did a very good job. My dad who was kind of picky was there and he makes a very silly dad jokes and she laughed at him even though they weren't really even funny lol. I got the trio sampler my mom got a burger and my dad also got a burger. Don't know where the pictures of the food was but there's a menu you can find we had on there. Everything was good very hot. It wasn't too busy good food for a good price. I love chili's because it's always super casual and you don't have to get dressed up. You can just go as you are. I love that ambience.

It's definitely a cool laid back vibe and for two people who don't even drink it was still an enjoyable visit. We decided two split 4 items from the Happy Hour menu (worth the discounts by the way). Again neither of us drink but they kept our water glasses full without issue. We ordered the arancini, lobster tacos, bruschetta (salmon, caprese, and prosciutto, and then the dragon shrimp tempura. It took about 15 minutes for the arancini to come out, 4 more minutes for the bruschetta, another minute for the lobster tacos, and about 5 more minutes for the dragon shrimp tempura. We decided to wait until we had all of it for pics and for splitting. The arancini was flavorful and dipping it in the sauce was chef's kiss. The lobster tacos were flavorful; I can see why my friend craved them and why she said she could eat 6. The bruschetta were of okay size. Our favorite was the salmon, then the caprese. The prosciutto was fine, just nothing special. The dragon shrimp tempura was also flavorful although I wish the crispy rice bottom was just a crisped rice patty and not tempura style. All in all it was an enjoyable experience. Servers were friendly and kept us hydrated. Overall, not a bad price point for the amount of quality food.

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

First time visitor, I ordered takeout for a coworker and myself who were working late for overnight work at the airport. She got the spaghetti & meatballs, a garden salad and I got the Parmesan chicken sliders. Another coworker said her husband tried the Philly cheesesteak and wasn't impressed. We were also not impressed by our food. The garden salad was just a tiny container of boxed lettuce mix. Her spaghetti was pronounced "okay." She said the bread that came with was the highlight. My sliders were immense. I just washed 3 tiny sandwiches and for $13 I thought that's what I'd get but it was a giant box with seasoned fries and 3 sandwiches each capable of holding their own on a plate. I ended up eating the fries (which were good) and eating a sandwich later. I still have two left as i write this. The sandwiches didn't have anything that stood out. Just marinara and mozzarella on a white bread with some breaded chicken. On the plus side the prices here are reasonable. I wish they'd ditch the use of straws and styrofoam. Maybe it's just down to picking the right dish. I'll probably be back because they're 24/7.
