Even answering questions like where can I grab a cup of ice was met with an attitude. Steer clear, no need to add these attitudes to your trip. Erica at the bar was the only one with a smile. Here for their "Bottomless Chips and Salsa." I really like their Tortilla chips because they're thin and it makes it easy to eat served warm with salsa. So yummy! We also ordered a meal to share. My flight home was delayed so I was driving around Vegas killing time and decided to stop off at Chili's, just south of the outlet mall on Las Vegas Blvd. I ordered a Patron Margarita ($10.99) and a half order of BBQ Baby Back Ribs with coleslaw and fries ($18.29). Service was leisurely which was fine by me as I had lots of time. The food arrived and I thought, this is the smallest half rack of baby back ribs I've ever seen. This must have been from a tiny pig. The coleslaw was fine but the fries were a bit soggy. My server noticed this and brought me a fresh batch of fries. Thank you! I tried to make the meal last as long as possible but there wasn't enough meat to offset the overly seasoned fries. Drowning everything in BBQ sauce helped a bit. Call me disappointed in this location. $38.08 for this meal was a poor value. read more

My bf and I's go to place for the 3 for me, I know chili's gets a bad rep but personally we like to go here on occasional date nights because they're so quick with the chips and salsa at our table. It's definitely a very casual vibe, its not for everyone so I get why there may be some negative reviews here. We typically sit in the bar area but even if we sit in another area there is really no wait. Service is friendly for the most part, some servers are talkative and some just let you enjoy your meal without interruption. I think its a good time for a good price if you do the 3 for me! Food 5, service decent....until we discovered zero integrity between 4 team members, including the manager. Just left after having a good meal with my brother who is here from out of town. We left but quickly went back, realizing my 5 year old niece left her beanie. My brother asked the hostess if we left her beanie at our table, and she responded, "oh yes, the Supreme beanie?" And described the color. She whispered the name "Alex" to the other hostess at the front with her and she seemed confident she knew the busser who took it. We were here on a busy Friday afternoon for lunch after sone Christmas shopping. I was feeling blue because my son wouldn't be home and kinda lost it at the table while giving my order. Brandie our waitress was so kind and patient and talked to me about my son till I stopped crying. She shared that she was the mother of boys also. The restaurant was very busy but she never made me feel rushed. We ordered , I perked back up and had a wonderful lunch. Our food was served all at once so the 4 of us ate together. Our waiter was an enthusiastic Caucasian man whose name escaped me, and I ordered the pick three, which consisted of steak, chicken, shrimp fajitas, and rice. I also ordered the queso, which was okay. I thought they would put the queso in a separate container. However, they poured it over the meat, which wasn't a big deal. I came in late with a large party but they were very accommodating and gave us very quick and attentive service. The waitress was very nice and helped me with signing up for their rewards program so I was able to get free chips and salsa along with the Big Mouth Bites with loaded fries. I liked the loaded fries it had lots of white queso with bacon bits and sliced jalapeños. The sliders were good as well but I didn't realize it came with bacon too so I kind of overloading with the bacon but it was very good. I liked the bread and how small the bites were so it's easier to eat. Not pictured but I also had some bites of the skillet chocolate chip cookie. It was delicious and shared among 2 others. The cookie was nice and soft in the center with the vanilla scoop and the outer layer was more crisp. The ice cream does melt quick so if you get it be prepared to eat it soon unless you like it melted. I was surprised by the good service even so late in the night and last minute but they were prepared and made it a smooth process. read more

Good food and reasonable service, however their policy of not printing out a receipt and making you enter your phone number or email in order to get a copy of the receipt is a deal breaker. I won't come back because of this policy. They should know that a large portion of their customers are Business owners who need the receipt. As I remember, not much has changed. Took a good bit of time to get seated. No that it was busy, but the host/server was "casual?"
