2nd time in there this week but forgot to leave older review. Last time I got my usual, eggs and hashbrowns, perfectly cooked, excellent, Tilly was there and she is great! This time, my brother and I got dinner and Sherry was there, also great! But... my brother's chicken fried steak was so overcooked that he could not break it apart to eat so it went in the trash :( Everything else was good, My Egg salad sandwich was good but less filling this time around, usually its overfilled but it's fine, the main complaint is his steak. This place is awesome!! My husband and I decided to check it out!! The ambiance is friendly and warm. Great environment. Service by Sherry was awesome!! Sherry was attentive , friendly and kind! She helped us by recommending some stuff.. My husband ordered the Rueben and said it was delicious. It was fantastic even the day after. We are from out of town and I have to say this place is bomb af! I had BBs Chicken Deluxe sandwich and it is so damn good!! Our server was so friendly and wonderful. I stopped in to watch a game and sip some lemonade. I did see a few tasty looking dishes going past me though. The barmaid checked back with me regularly for a refresh now and then. She was busy and it showed. The layout was nice classic Vegas tavern set up bar and grill and 3-star diner separated by a half-glass wall. Don't waste your money or your time! This bar only wants you to come in and stay if you are going to spend hundreds of dollars gambling! Our 78 year old widowed neighbor was asked not to come back for socializing! She had been going there for over 5 years and just recently is still recovering from a broken hip! The bar tender Anthony told her not to talk to anyone and then they decided she is not welcome back! WTF! She has ate, gambled, drank and tipped for more than 5 years! Mulligans is trash! **** I had an awful experience here. The staff were incredibly rude and, to top it off, displayed blatantly racist behavior. I was forced to remove my sunglasses and was rudely asked not to sit at any of the machines unless I was playing. This place clearly doesn't know how to treat people with basic respect. I haven't been here in years. I gave a great review back then. I went on St Patrick's Day. I love Corned Beef & Cabbage so I went to Village Pub on Eastern & Wigwam and had an early lunch. The Corned Beef & Cabbage was awesome. As I do, I wanted to try a second restaurant that was serving the Special. I sit down and ordered the Corned Beef special. I asked for the carrots to be on the side. The server said "no substitutions ". So I asked politely, "you can't put the carrots on the side"? She agreed to but they came on the plate leaving no room to cut the cabbage and potatoes up. I looked incredulously at the 3 slices of corned beef and was stunned the were using precooked Top Round sandwich meat as corned beef. Pathetic. Then there was some swill on top that tasted like brown sugar and mustard. The 4 potatoes on the plate were dry and bland. The carrots were the bleached baby carrots that were disgusting. Just went to grab a bite to eat, the dining room was empty, but it was still open. We followed the 'just seat yourself' sign and waited for someone to come and take our order. NO ONE EVER CAME. Mulligan's is great!! My best friend and his wife live close by and are regular customers. The first time I went there with them was for breakfast and I was blown away. I have coming to this place for the last 15 years or so. The chicken Cobb salad is excellent. No complaints about the food or staff, it's the owners son who doesn't have a clue about bartending. I always order an apple martini and every bartender, except him, will fill the glass when glasses are available. For months they didn't have martini glasses. He poured half a glass, and charged full price. I asked where was the rest and he said he was going to talk to the other bartenders because they were doing it wrong. Well good business practice would have been for them to teach him how to pour because they just lost a loyal customer who sent a lot of business their way all over a shot of vodka. From Chicago, and moved here to get away from the snow, and ice after I retired. Loved their Burger's, and Patty Melt sandwich's. I always sat at the bar spot where they did not have a machine when I was not gambling, which was most of the time. One day I walked in, and the nice young bartender nervously told me they didn't want me to come in there any more. I asked her who I pissed off, and what I did to make them mad? Her answer blew my mind when she said I don't gamble enough, and "this is a Gambling Bar"! It actually made sense to me, that's where they make their money, not off the food, or drinks! They were never busy enough to make it off that. I like to gamble in the Casino's, not sitting on a bar stool playing a machine with 100 games hoping to get lucky! We have driven past hundreds of times and have just decided to try it for lunch. We were greeted as we entered and taken to our seats. The waitress was friendly, she gave us a couple recommendations after we told her we hadn't been there before. The food came on timely and was very good. The burger I had was wonderful, it had blue cheese on it and it had great flavor. If you're near by give them a try. The new paint job on the outside is what draw attention to them. read more

Went there a number of months ago because they are rated 5 star for burgers. The burger was great but the bread on a patty melt I ordered was dry and not really the proper constancy. Went on St. Paddy's day. The cheese-steak sandwich was off the hook! Be sure to replace the provolone with American cheese. The Reuben was pretty weak. Went last week. Had another cheese steak sandwich with REAL onion rings and as usual, off the hook. Also ordered a fried cobb salad. Decided to go here for breakfast this weekend. Nice quiet little place. Food was great and decent pricing. My bf got the 3 pancakes meal with bacon and eggs and I got the omelet with sourdough bread. There was enough food to literally feed another person. I couldn't get over how big and fluffy their pancake was either. Definitely so much better than iHop or Denny's pancake and double the size. My toast wasn't the typical small size white/wheat bread, they were huge! Loved it. Everything was delicious! Would definitely go there again but this time to try out their hot sandwiches. Terrible customers service ! Felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable from the minute I walked in. Rob was very rude and unprofessional. Then I was told I couldn't play the machine, which makes me a PAYING customer at this establishment, to use the restroom. Not sure if that was a real company policy or not but as a paying customer I should have been allowed to use the restroom. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE.
