Outback certainly isn't going to blow you away with anything new, but tried and true favorites at a reasonable price with hopefully good service. There is a familiarity with the place that is unmistakable. Our experience with service was flawless, but the food itself was a bit hit or miss. The steaks were moderately chewy, and the blooming onion was greasier and soggier than I remember. Their bread however still stands out despite it just being bread. The goal of course is that no Outback should standout more than the other, and there wasn't any issues here with that. I stopped by Outback Steakhouse for a late lunch and decided to try their $14 Sampler. It looked like a great value, but the overall experience was a mix of positives and disappointments. Service started off fine, but it quickly became inconsistent. My waitress was courteous, but not very attentive. There were long periods where no one checked on my table, and I waited nearly 15 minutes just to get a refill on my drink. During a late lunch when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, I expected much better service. As for the food, it was average at best. The Tasmanian Chili was easily the highlight of the meal. It had a nice level of spice, was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. It was the one dish that truly stood out and made me feel like I was eating at Outback. I was especially looking forward to the Coconut Shrimp, but it ended up being disappointing. The shrimp were cooked properly, but the coating lacked seasoning and the coconut flavor was barely noticeable. It tasted bland and needed much more flavor to make it memorable. I also ordered a side of baked macaroni, and unfortunately it was the biggest letdown of the meal. It lacked the rich, creamy cheese flavor you would expect. The pasta tasted dry and overcooked, and the overall dish was bland and unappetizing. It honestly tasted more like something that had been reheated than freshly prepared. To finish the meal, I had the cheesecake, but that was another disappointment. It was dry, lacked creaminess, and tasted as if it had been sitting in the refrigerator for too long. Instead of ending the meal on a high note, it left a forgettable impression. One thing I genuinely appreciated was the cleanliness. The restrooms were spotless and well maintained, which reflects positively on the staff's attention to hygiene. The restaurant itself, however, is beginning to show its age. The furniture, fixtures, and overall dining room could really benefit from a renovation. A refreshed interior would make the dining experience much more enjoyable. Overall, this visit fell short of my expectations. The Tasmanian Chili was excellent, but the slow service, bland Coconut Shrimp, disappointing baked macaroni, and dry cheesecake kept the meal from being enjoyable. This is my first time, trying the desserts at outback which I was pleasantly surprised. I got the triple layer carrot cake with cream cream cheese. It had a good amount of nuttiness and carrots in it. It was much more on the sweeter side, but everything balanced out pretty well. I did the order ahead drive up option, which is a little bit confusing. On the right side of the restaurant there's two parking species that say drive up, but they say not to get out of your car and they will come to you. What I was confused about is how that they know that you're there. There's nothing on the app thats a functioning button that says I'm here to let them know to come outside with your order. Wow, it's been 2 years since my last review and we still visit this location often. Logan was our server tonight and he was great! He was very attentive and service was quick. He's kind and you can see he puts in the extra effort to ensure your water is topped off throughout your meal and that your meal is what you expected. We tried their new fried boomerang mozzarella, and I have a new favorite side, the sweet potato! The fried mozzarella had a nice cheese pull and the sweet potato is topped with cinnamon sugar and butter, it's my favorite way to eat a sweet potato! So much flavor! I ordered the bloomin fried shrimp as my main, even thought it's an appetizer. The shrimp were good and I loved the sauce they came with! We also shared a few sides and apps- the sweet potato was delicious, and the toppings were heavenly. I could eat that every day and never get tired of it! The bloom petals were crispy and delicious. Everything I tried was overwhelmingly salty, to the point where it distracted from the actual flavors. I ordered the salmon topped with shrimp. It came out like the mug just got removed from the dishwasher or new old stock box. Slightly above room temperature. Asked for a frosted mug and she said she'd check the OTHER freezer. Came out colder but still not a frosty mug. Ordered a medium filet and this was my second visit to which I was given a rare filet! Didn't give feedback the first round as mistakes happen and after decades of quality service and product I didn't feel the need to give a 1-3 stars. Something has dramatically changed with the Outback brand recently however when they aren't taking orders correct. Trying to remember everything but when they get to computer only portions are correct. No frosty mug should've never left the bar. Anyone doing QA in the kitchen. A touch on the top of any steak with a fork and I can tell you the temp. Cooks need retraining? I can eat medium rare -medium well and at most spots you get close but never spot on like a fine dining steakhouse as they are excellent at their jobs and know temps like the palm of their hands as do I. And the quality assurance is lacking so what's that say? We used to always say Outback has it right. Perfected the service and quality. Always a home run from NY to Florida to California. We only came here because my son and his wife invited us out. I have never been a fan! After about three bad experiences at other location the OSH was on my "Nope-Never" list. Surprisingly this location far exceeded my expectations. Albert our server was a big part of that! He is upbeat, polight, attentive and not " Training Manuel suggestive" The Shark promo cocktail was Not my Jam! But the Cold Beer sure was, and the girls loved them. From the Fried Shrimp appetizer to the finish the food was all very Hot, Delicious and perfect portions. The menu has changed a bit over the years but it seems to be a big improvement. The house sirloin used to be my favorite because of price and value. The six and eight ounce cuts are still 2 inches thick and always cooked rare appropriately. The recent addition of bone in Ribeye was a nice touch. We have a few Aussie friends and they just love coming here. I can't think of many other Australian restaurants so.. The place is repeatable, there is plenty of room, and enough stalls to drain the beers. I think the place is average or above average because you know what you're getting and there are not many surprises except for new menu items here and there. I've been to probably 15 different outback steakhouses and have not complained about an under seasoned or thin house sirloin. They have good service with plenty of wait staff or bar staff if you need something quickly. They're fairly inexpensive and great for groups to eat a bloomin onion. read more

I would understand if they were busy, but there were a lot of empty tables. When I looked over the menu, I wanted to leave but didn't. I felt what I was charged vs the quality and quantity of the food was outrageous. My steak was over cooked and salad was under dressed. While I can always count on outback for a good meal, i can never be certain about the service I recieve when I go out to eat. Dining out these days is a luxury because of rising prices. Unfortunately, customer service is hit or miss when going out. We usually order take away instead of dining in anymore because service at most restaurants is bad. We decided to go out one night to this particular outback and we were blown away by the service we received by our waiter Michael. We didn't have to ask for anything the entire night. Bread was always at the table, drinks always filled, we didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience to be waited on. I'm not sure if he's in management but wow, he should be. We overheard his interactions with other tables and we were just simply amazed with how he spoke to everyone. We made sure to tell the manager on duty that night when we left and she honestly didn't seen to care or have the time to listen to us trying to tell her what a great experience we had. I didn't catch her name but we went in on December 30, 2025. She was wearing a pink collared shirt with the outback logo on it. We were a little disappointed in that, but can't win them all I guess. At first, I asked for one blue cheese, one ranch, but I told her to she did not change. I have eaten here a plenty of times and it's always yummy and good service. This time I came with my husband and two kids. Denzel was our server and he was very polite and quick with service. We ordered the blooming shrimp and it was delicious. My kids had the chicken fingers and Mac and cheese and both loved it. My husband and I got the filets either mashed potatoes. Took my mother to her "favorite" spot, Outback. Why? Not entirely sure, but she loves it, so off we went. We were greeted by a lovely hostess and seated promptly-- things were going smoothly... until, 3-5 minutes into the meal, when the server still hadn't arrived. No biggie, we were enjoying each other's company. Then, out of nowhere, a girl dressed in black storms up and demands to know if we sat ourselves. I told her no, we didn't-- we've got menus. She then barked, "Who sat you? Because I'm the hostess!" My response? "Uh, the big black lady, didn't catch her name." I could practically feel her blood boil from the deep sigh of annoyance she let out, which, of course, immediately ruined the vibe. As if that wasn't enough, when I tried to chat with the nice manager who seated us, the hostess just couldn't stay out of it, rudely interjecting and yelling over me. In the heat of the moment, I may have let a word slip that wasn't very polite. But at this point, who can blame me? I've been coming to this Outback location for last 16 years. It never disappoints. This past week we dropped in at the bar for some appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Bloomin Onion which is always a favorite Aussie-tizer here. We also had the Bloomin Fried Shrimp. You have to try the spicy signature bloom sauce they both come with. It's so delicious. It also goes great with the Grilled shrimp on the Barbie. I always ask for a side of it because it tastes amazing on everything in my opinion! I really enjoy how Outback always changes the Cocktail and drink menu from time to time. I went with the Espresso Martini this visit. My martini was delicious, but had way too much cocoa powder on top that I almost choked on my first sip lol Service has always been quick and great here as always. We had a great time at outback steakhouse for Mother's Day. They acknowledged at the door that it was Mother's Day and said happy Mother's Day to me which was a nice touch. It seemed at the moment they were having some issues with their AC as it was very hot in the restaurant. I felt bad for the workers who had to move around since it was so busy. I had the outback style prime rib and it was absolutely delicious. I did order some brussels sprouts that never came to the table but that's OK because I had so much food and they took it off the bill.
