We were seated by the emergency exit door to the left of the island bar so lots of natural light was coming in. The menus do offer a little bit of everything including sandwiches, fish, chicken, steak, burgers, sandwiches, etc. I was really craving a burger, but I also wanted to try their wings on the starters menu so went half and half with my mom on the southwest burger and the gold fever wings. Since we were also torn on what flavor of wings to get, out waiter Leam was kind enough to put in half of them as buffalo and the other half thai chili. The other people in our party ordered a steak dinner with two sides and the unlimited chicken dinner which comes with chicken, pasta, fries, and salad. We also asked for some dinner rolls on the side. I am not particularly a fan of rolls, but these were amazing. They were fresh from the oven so very warm to the point that the butter melted right on, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the perfect size. Best rolls ever! The food came out after about 20-30 minutes since they were busy. The presentation was great and we got everything we asked for. There were 8 wings and although I think the skin could have been crispier, the flavor was great and the chicken was tender. They were also the right size - not too big where they don't fully cook and not too small where they dry out. The burger was delicious. Even though we ordered it well done, the patty was thick and still very juicy despite no pink. The toppings were fresh, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the bacon was crispy. It could've maybe used a tiny bit more sauce/mayo but I used the ranch I asked for on the side. I am typically not a fan of steak fries because the larger surface area creates an uneven ratio of soft potato to crispy outside but these were surprisingly very flavorful and crispy. The broccoli from the steak entree could and been better. I think they were frozen prior since the trunks were very tough. The potato was little. There was apparently an important basketball game playing so lots of good energy and commotion. They have TVs all over so great place to watch games while enjoying a good meal.

They chicken was over fried and the tenders also pretty dry for extra saucy. Probably because kids eat anything and won't complain so they don't care. Fries on both orders were soggy, greasy. He tried to call and speak to a manager but they couldn't hear him so he brought the food back for a refund. The manager refunded was a bit stand offish. We would have just preferred decent food but had they remade it, likely would have been same if it's the same cooks. Maybe food would have been better had we dined in but there's really only 2 good servers left. Don't order take out and if you dine in always ask for Gabe or Selena. Staff members were eating in the hallway near the entrance where customers walk in, which is not something guests should have to see. Employees should be taking breaks in a designated area away from the public. To make matters worse, the bartender was openly vaping while working. That is completely inappropriate and unacceptable in a restaurant setting. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also a major concern. The overall appearance was sloppy and unkempt, making it feel unsanitary. Finally, we ordered the Buffalo chicken nachos, and they were incredibly disappointing. They were poorly prepared, skimpy on toppings, and looked like very little care went into making them. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had. I expected much better and cannot recommend this restaurant.

Our drinks stayed full, he even refilled my mom's wine for free when I knocked it over. hHe checked in at all the right times, and he made the whole table laugh without ever being overbearing. What really made him stand out was his personality. He has lived all over the East Coast, including NYC, Cape Cod, and Miami, and he has the best stories. You can tell he's lived a full and interesting life. He's been in plays, done street performing, and just has a natural gift for connecting with people and making them feel at ease. Even hearing him talk about how he goes all out decorating for the holidays and sharing funny family stories made the whole experience more memorable. He's the kind of person who brings real energy into a room and makes a normal dinner feel like a fun night out. If he's looking for another job, any place would be lucky to have him.
