Well I usually have a good time/experience here BUT this time.. not so much. Service was slow.. multiple people bringing us our drinks/food.. it was not busy at all.. we were never asked how our meal was or if we wanted boxes to go.. waitress never came back after delivering our food.. so we paid on the table tablet and waited (hoped) for her to come back so we could ask for boxes but at that point we just said forget it and left. Very disappointed - although food was good.. we just shared a few apps and sides .. no excuse.. we still tipped well of course -- everyone has their "off days" hope next time is better !

Both the food and the service from Anna and Francisco were amazing! The attention on the food was impressive from Anna noticing every minute detail and Francisco's charisma along with strict manners were lovely and amazing, strongly recommend both Anna and Francisco as your waiter! Really deserves that 20%+ on tips.

This place is great. It's not 5 star dining, but the food is very good and the servers we've had have always been fantastic. Great value! We love the 3 for me

This was good! If you want crispy fries then just ask before them they will give it to!! The waiter was great. The area was very clean and modern. I would recommend.

Hi, welcome to Chili's: I had a positive experience at this location (Lincoln, RI). I went with a friend during lunch hour - fairly busy but our server was great. Grab yourself a lunch hour combo or something else on the menu - it's got everything you could imagine in Tex-Mex cuisine. My friend and I did a "2 for $25" where you choose an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert. In addition to this, we did the $8 lunch combo for quesadillas, chips, and chili. Chili at Chili's? My, what a coincidence. I love the "bang for your buck" concept with good variety at a cheap price. I ended up getting sirloin steak with shrimp, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. It was simple but filling. The cheese fries were great - the same goes for the quesadillas. It's a casual dining scene with a bar. Family-friendly and perfect for an outing with friends. If it'll be your first experience here, I'm sure you'll like it!

There are endless filling and topping combinations. On my last visit I was greeted by a staffer who complimented my outfit. I immediately wanted to order everything after that welcome! The staff waited patiently as I evaluated all the topping choices and finally ordered nachos and a chimichanga. I watched in awe as the guy behind the counter expertly arranged the 50/11 toppings I chose into that flour tortilla with style and grace. It defied laws of science, but he did it! He then deep fried it to perfection and added the extras on both plates with the skill of a culinary professional. It was all in the wrist! Both meals had a beautiful aesthetic. No mess, no slop...and I appreciate my meal looking as great as it tastes. The flavors were amazing and everything looked and tasted so fresh. The "pièce de résistance" was the jugo de tamarindo from the fountain. It tasted homemade, not like a mix...I can't confirm or deny if they make it in-house, but it was amazing!

The food experience was two stars at best however Ive added an extra star because of what they do. I got takeout. FYI the food is super inauthentic. Chicken Burrito Bowl - the chicken had decent flavor but zero spice, was cooked fresh and cooked perfectly. The pico was practically all onion though. Needed way more tomato but cilantro and lime proportions were good. Ground Beef Tacos - ground beef was a bit greasy and the crunch taco shell was stale. The crunchy taco shells are Old El Paso.. the boxes are in the kitchen. There's no spice heat in the food. They had no hot sauce available (?!?). They also had no guac the day i was there which is like 35% of the burrito bowl experience. Soo yeah, the experience definitely leans toward the negative. Its balanced out by what they are doing as a day program and the fact that there isn't an alternative option nearby.

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and has a massive and well stocked bar. We were seated next to the bar and window and I will say that it made for a pretty loud experience. Nothing they can necessarily do about that though. Our waitress was attentive and had great recommendations for food. I ordered the iced tea and the "incredible burrito". Our food came out quickly and I was impressed by the portion sizes and quality of the food. If I had to give a minor criticism is that I felt the plate was actually a bit too small for the meal. Everything kind of melded together and fell off the plate. However, everything else was great. The rice was plentiful and had a nice flavor. The chili was a great addition and the burrito itself was filled well and I enjoyed the chicken and beef.
