I am not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but Chili's is right near the movie theatre I like to go to and we usually stop after a movie for lunch. The bartenders offer better service from my experience, but the tabe service is decent too. The food isn't top notch, still though, you can find things on the menu that are pretty good. My hubby loves the sliders and I like the flat breads. Some of their salads and sandwiches are decent too. If you're in the mood for an all- American sit down, try it. You'll be satisfied. read more

Came here yesterday with a friend to pick up our take-out order. Well, when we arrived (about 5-10 minutes early) our food was not ready and the staff claimed that our orders did not come in. I physically called the restaurant with my order, so I have no idea how that is possible. We waited about 10 minutes until our food was ready. Not ideal when you are on lunch break. Decided to go out for lunch and the restaurant looked very full but we walked in and sat right down, it was surprising. I love the chips and salsa it's a solid choice. We decided to get burgers, I ordered the "ULTIMATE" bacon burger. The bacon wasn't ultimate I don't think it even had 1 full strip of bacon. The food was great, but probably would have been better if it had come out sooner. We waited a half hour during a lunch hour for the food when it was not busy at all. The server was impatient and and seemed irritated to be working. She stood and watched while I filled out and signed my bill, which made it very awkward. I'll probably come back because the food was just fine, and I'm hoping the service was just a glitch. Maybe they need to look into a new manager who oversees things and walks around to see if the customers are being waited on properly. I've been going to this Chili's consistently for the past four years. The 5 stars is because of the staff...I also have to average the amount of times the food is really good and weigh it against a couple bad experiences. We have had the same servers for years. It's nice to come in and have someone recognize you, remember your drink order or come over to say "HI", even when they don't have your table. Chili's unlike other chains (ie Applebees) is edible, fun, and an absolutely a go to for the Cajun Chicken sandwich... I love that thing...

Terrible service. No one wants to do shit after 10 o'clock. Walked in at 10:05 PM. Ready to go we knew what we wanted to order, got sat down and nothing. Waited over 15 min, and noticed another couple walk in get seated right away and service right away. We weren't even acknowledged. The music was horrible... All of us ordered the same dish and none of use enjoyed it . We also all did not feel good the night of after eating the food. All of us had some type of stomach issue. I've come here on various occasions but this time in particular was outrageous. No one was there to greet and seat us and there was about 10 people waiting. I placed an order to be picked up and paid for in restaurant. The estimated ready time was 2:05. I arrived at the restaurant at precisely 2:05--I am not unrealistic, I expected to have to wait a few minutes (five-ish for a to-go order). When I entered, there were a couple of orders already sitting on the counter--who knows how long they had been there. No one greeted me--or even acknowledged me--for EIGHT minutes, at which time I was informed that one of the bags on the counter was PART of my order. Now, I ordered HOT food, FRIED food. Taking it out and bringing it home already cuts down on the quality of the meals, but I live five minutes away, so no big deal. HOWEVER, the rest of my order did not come out until 2:20. So, the first part of my order was sitting on the counter, for over 20 minutes. I used a birthday reward for a molten chocolate lava cake, too. So, I paid for my order and asked for a manager--but he was not available, and I was NOT going to wait any longer. I got home, NO MASHED POTATOES for my chicken and NO CAKE. WTF???!!! SOGGY and GREASY onion petals..everything was COLD not even lukewarm. Quesadillas were dry, nearly devoid of filling, and just fell apart--DISGUSTING I called and complained to a mgr (Sean). Staff is the only positive thing, very friendly and helpful. However, I was forced to eat at this chain restaurant last night. On my way to the restroom I caught a glimpse of the kitchen....and I started to throw up in my mouth. I know most chain restaurants have vile kitchens, but this took the cake. My husband and I used to really like this Chili's location but the last two times we have been there the service has been TERRIBLE! We have sat in the bar area, mid-late afternoon so we could watch sporting events. On both occasions we waited 10 minutes or more for our server to show up, then at least another 10 minutes for our drinks. Today she neglected to bring the chips & salsa and was nowhere to be found. When she came to take our order and we asked for our chips she seemed put out. We went early, thinking we would miss the Saturday dinner rush. Dining area had a few people. Saw 4 members of wait staff eating in a booth. We waited nearly 10 minutes, with no one coming to take our drink order. Husband noticed that the table next to us (who were seated when we arrived) still had their menus open, and had no drinks either. That table spoke with manager who grilled the table on how many servers had passed by without taking their drink order and then bemoaned the fact that she had problems with the staff (to a table of customers). I would give the bartender ZERO stars. I never go to chilis often but when I went out for a quick bite to eat there was no engagement at all it was the most terrible service I have ever had in my life. I didnt know his name, I barely heard him speak when he asked what he wanted for a drink. He was sluggish and obviously didn't have skills with people at all. I'm a bartender myself & this was repulsive. Didnt watch him wipe the bottles but poured hot water over them a couple times. Sorry but this does not clean anything everything is still going to be sticky and disgusting the next day.. makes me wonder how many times that happens in a week! Hate giving less than 20% percent but this was a time that I had to. Luckily he even got a tip honestly. Come on I showed up a little before 9 and you guys are open til almost 11 but when he saw us walk in it looked so disappointed so that being said, if I do come back it will NOT be when this bartender is working. We used to go to Chili's all the time! Now they have changed their menu and it is not the same. My boyfriend usually gets the fajitas which used to be great and now they are bland and not as sizzling anymore. They have changed the way they make their burgers they now taste like an slight upgrade to McDonalds. The burgers now have a ton of mustard on them and they are served on new rolls which never needed to be changed in the first place and their homemade pickles which are salty and tasteless. They no longer have mushrooms which I loved on the mushroom swiss burger and with a steak. They are trying to turn more towards a mexican style restaurant and I thought it was way better as a mixture of american and some mexican style food. I am very disappointed because we loved Chili's and now we won't go back again. read more

This is the second and final straw. I placed an online order of the explosion salad for pickup today at 330 with an estimated ready time at 347. I got there on time and had to wait 5 minutes while the guy at the bar went and got my order. I was very disappointed when i started driving off and opened the package. It was so disgusting !!!!!!!!!!! I usually never complain about food but the minute I looked in there I lost my hunger. It was by far the most disgusting salad ever made. All of the lettuce was all beat up. There were black/brown spots all over the lettuce. And it looked very mushy as if they just mashed everything up with they hands and said hey its a salad everyone! The quesadia was wet and sticking to the salad. I don't know what they are doing in their kitchen. I feel like they use all of their old ingredients for pick-up orders. It was so disgusting that i threw the whole thing in the trash. I will never ever in my life go to another chili's restaurant for anything. I don't know about you but I don't want to be throwing away 12 everytime I order an explosion salad. So be warned! Do not order pick-up and if you do, check before leaving the store. read more

Got some takeout for a change, bad idea. Food was overcooked and barely edible aside from the mashed potatoes. Beef enchiladas were so overcooked the meat was burnt together and I couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. Corn on the cob was moist and flavorless at best. Having worked in a number of restaurants I'm not sure how this food was allowed out the door but my wife's plate wasn't much better.
