This particular restaurant has much improved recently. Smaller menu makes it easier for people in the kitchen. This is not a fancy restaurant so my 5 star rating is based on what the restaurant advertised - good, inexpensive food, great service and very reasonable prices... especially on ribs! read more

We usually have a positive experience & great food but tonight wasn't on point. My husband & I got the steak & shrimp fajitas, something we hadn't eaten in years. Usually we get the enchiladas which are delicious. Anyway, the steak was over cooked, the shrimp was alright. Too many flavorless onions & peppers. They serve the rice on the hot skillet now which is dumb because it gets burnt. Not worth the price. Our son got the chicken dippers which were tender & tasty. Also the service wasn't great, the waiter never checked on us after the food was served. Never asked if we needed more drinks or anything. He only came back at the end to take the dishes & bring the check. read more

First and foremost, excellent service and precise knowledge of food and all selections! Food was cooked perfectly! Our waiter Josh was very helpful! And obviously followed protocol to the letter! Explaining all the specials of the day and included happy hour, as well ... and excellent tutorial on with the food, it's ingredients and how it was prepared! Went to Chili's for dinner. It was very loud. Our entrees took 45 minutes. My baby back ribs were over cooked and dry.

We order the old timer burger off the lunch menu . There was over kill when placing mustard on burger I am not a fan of mustard.

It was my little brothers birthday so my boyfriend and I took him here. Food gets here, and absolutely everything was cold. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

A few of us got together for dinner and drinks at this location and would have never ever went there if we knew the lack of service we were going to have. First of all you have 2 servers, HA! We saw one server once in awhile and never saw the other. Everything took forever to come out. The Long Island Iced Tea was nothing but a Iced Tea and $7.49! Outrageous. Absolutely insane. The entire evening was just horrible because of the service. Everything took forever to come out and to even be asked if we wanted anything. Ok so I haven't been here in awhile. I can now say why. My margarita was good can't say bad things about my drink. The waiter was nice but had to be reminded of a couple of things. The amount of meat on the rib and shrimp combo was a joke it wasn't enough meat to feed my cats ( have 2 ) I would rather get charged an upgrade fee then leave my husband hungry and he's not a big eater. I return to this restaurant because of both the excellent service from both Natalie and Sam in the bar area, as well as their Santa Fe Chicken Salad (I could eat this salad every day and never get sick of it!). I like Chili's a lot. Lots of appealing choices on the menu. Frequent email coupons (if you sign up) for free appetizers. Excellent, friendly service, though I'm sure it helps that I eat here a lot and most of the servers know me. Prices are a good value. The recently-introduced and reasonably priced ($6.79, I think) Guacamole Live, made at your table, is a favorite of mine. 9/30/15 Alas, since my review above, they revamped their coupon policy and no longer email coupons. Instead, they've set up a point system where points can be redeemed for appetizers, entrees, or whatever you have enough points for. Not nearly as generous as the previous program. Still, worth signing up for if you eat at Chili's enough times to make it worth the bother. (Example: 80 points, earned by spending $80 on previous visits, can be redeemed for a free appetizer.) I like the "Ziosk" touchscreen gadget at the tables. You log into it with your cell phone number so your points can be credited, and can also pay your check by swiping your card through it. (It prints your receipt, too.) Nice not to have to wait for a server to bring your check, take your credit card, and return with your receipt. Food and service remain good, and it's still a favorite eating place of mine. 6/13/16 Alas, again. They've been gradually upping the number of points necessary for various rewards. An appetizer now costs 120 points, in contrast to the 80 points I mentioned above that it cost 6 months ago. read more

This place is extremely dirty and disgusting. My celery was rotten, the water mug looks old and dirty and should have been thrown out a long time ago. Not only that but my boneless chicken wings tasted freezer burnt. Overall the food was awful, the place was dirty and I will never go back to Chili's again read more

Visited on 4/16/16 at 9PM. Customer service is absolutely terrible. From the moment we entered the door, we all felt really uncomfortable. The hostesses were negligent and annoyed. They barely even greeted us. Our waitress was the cattiest, most sarcastic girl to visit our table. I still don't even know what we ever did to her, but we caught her rolling her eyes. The only worker who wasn't completely rude was the manager who visited the table behind us after their own waitress had lost her temper, snatched a plate, and stormed off. I don't know what's going on at this Chili's with its employees, and I don't even care anymore to be honest, but corporate really needs to make a visit before they piss off the wrong guest. read more

Worst service ever. Takes forever to even get seated let alone service. Also they decided to replace human beings with computers at the table thinking it would make things "easier" but really they just cut their staff down to save money and in turn cut the quality of the entire dining experience. They tried to make it more friendly for families by swtiching the name so me and my dude Danny bounced. Food is good, however had a bad experience with their dirty cups and silverware. I ordered a drink along with a cup of water. I had to request a different cup of water without grease on the cup and on the handle from the previous person who used it. Secondly, the silverware given to me had food in it. I went to the station where they had a basket of wrapped silverware and proceeded to help myself to another set, which had salad in it. I thought perhaps it was an isolated incident so I took another, much to my dismay after 5 more dirty wrapped sets I asked the waitress for plastic utensils. Smh. The food is ok, the service is terrible. The waiter started off the afternoon by spilling soda on the table. Instead of cleaning it up, he walked away. When asking him for napkins, he looked irritated and tossed some napkins on the table. Didn't even try to clean up his mess. Appetizers came out with main course. Who does that? Soup had bacon when we asked for no bacon. Waiter didn't even apologize. I had a really bad stomach ache after eating the chicken Cajun pasta - in hindsight it looked and tasted kind of stale. Horrendous and incompetent wait staff, will not return to this location and you shouldn't try it either. The Taco Bell next door is a better option. read more

I was there a couple of weeks ago,After I finish a day of work around 10:30,I ordered from the lighter menu,6oz sirloin avocado medium rare,unfortunately it made my night ,the meat it looks that if it was placed in the microwave on top of that it was very well done to the point that the steak was burnt,cover with some sort of spring mix,I told the server that I didn't want it and I gave her the reason why,a couple of minutes later the manager came in,very polite though but he told me that the server didn't understand the temperature that I wanted,but she repeated the order,even though she didn't use any book to write it down,but anyway I'm the type of customer That I usually don't complain ,I just don't come back,the star that gave to this location its just for the drinks ,I work in the restaurant business myself.. read more

Never returning to this Chili's maybe any Chili's again. We got a waitress that was definitely on some drug last night, super dopey, spaced out and stumbling around. She has no sense of what customer service is. She honestly made me, my sisters and nephew very uncomfortable. Best part of the night was that we got seated in under 5 minutes. But that's not the only thing you go to a restaurant for. If I wanted and attitude with my meal I'd just stop at any McDonald's. I was charged for some shrimp I never got and had o remind her TWICE to remove it from our check. Also, if you're not actually going to play any games on the tablets they have on the tables, do not even wake the thing up. They'll charge you even if you didn't use it. So after a night and meal of uncomfortable vibes and really no customer service, our waitress DARED get upset and give us nasty look when we only tipped her according to her very shitty service. We went here on a night the power was out in most of the town so they were a bit overwhelmed by an unusual rush for a Wednesday night. I will attribute the long wait on our food to that. It looks like they are trying to move toward offering some healthier menu options (whole wheat buns and sweet potato fries coming soon) but they still need to work on the actual taste of their food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli. The broccoli wasn't seasoned at all. I asked for some melted butter and by the time our server finally brought it I was done eating. The grilled chicken was slimy and didn't even seem cooked all the way through. My boyfriend ordered a burger and it was just barely edible. You could probably get a tastier burger at a fast food restaurant with half the wait. Then when the server asked how our food was and we clearly weren't happy, no one did anything to resolve it- not even an apology for serving us slop and passing it off as a meal. Just to say the least, my server was literally on drugs. She was very odd when taking our orders, so loud and obnoxious. Also the few times she was around I noticed she was having body spasms, literally twitching. I was very irritated with the way she was acting, it was not normal.. I tried to be nice and not make her look bad.. I could of asked for a manager right there and then but I did not.. But apparently she was not happy with her gratuity at all. I went outside to take a phone call and the people I was there with were walking out and behind their backs( I was seeing this from the outside window) she shook her head, waved the few dollars that we left her back and forth in front of her face, and gave them dirty looks.. And then she noticed me watching her and then she vanished. You can't expect a good tip when your serving skills suck. And we could of also not left her anything so for her to act that way was really unprofessional. I'm sure the other people in there saw her doing that.
