I had the Margarita Grilled Chicken which had stale chewy hard tortilla pieces and chicken with almost no flavor. The sliver of lime was just slightly thicker than a sheet of paper. Now the bad part. The Skillet Toffee Fudge Brownie I ordered for dessert had a rusty skillet that it was baked in. I could taste the rust in the brownie. The manager agreed, apologized and took the brownie off the bill. However, I had that rust taste in my mouth all night. They need a new way of cooking the brownie if they can't keep the skillets seasoned. Note about photo: The stuff in the bottom right side of the pan is wet rust that unfortunately I had been eating. Not only that I was left sitting in the parking lot for about 10 mins when a host came out to confirm my order, but he still brought me the wrong food! We were very disappointed. Bad experience beginning to walking out. We waited 50 minutes to find out we never got the text notification that our table was ready so we were deleted on the wait list. The Manager had us seated at an available table, so we were ok with that incident. Things happen. Our waiter took the drink and appetizer order but never put appetizer in. He disappeared and someone else took our food order. Once he finally showed up again, we asked about the appetizer. He asked "What appetizer did you want?" We told him and he went to put it in. He came back and asked us again what we wanted. We told him to just cancel the order. He said "Ok. Have a good day." No apology for the error and no concern that we were unhappy with his service. I come to this location every week or so with my girlfriends for lunch. Today was dreadful! The employees were clearly high. I saw my server maybe 2 times. I waited 40+ minutes for my salad and when it did arrive it was soggy and disgusting. I'm so upset I paid $11 for a salad that I didn't even get to eat! Food was average for a fast food dining experience. Would definitely come back. The lunch experience and atmosphere was nice. It was not that crowded and we received our food very timely. Tonight I went for the 3rd time snd every time I say I'm never going back but friends decided they wanted go there for Veterans Day (they are Veterans) so I agreed to go with them. We sat in the bar and my husband ordered a Yuengling. The waitress said "a WHAT!!!?" and after my husband repeated it she laughed so hard and said " I can't understand what you're saying." We were sitting there in disbelief so my husband ordered a Blue Moon and she said it was happy hour. The beer didn't come (and neither did our friend's beers so we asked her about it and the girl said "I am NOT your waitress!" Our mouths were hanging open when her TWIN sister walked up to tell my husband that Blue Moon was NOT on the happy hour list. The 2nd TWIN (identical) said "you need to deal with HER." Seeing them standing there side by side was unreal. So my husband told TWIN #1 he would just take a Coors. She brings him a fricking Blue Moon. After he reminds her he ordered a Coors because it was on happy hour TWIN #1 says "oh I forgot we don't have happy hour today." My husband said "I'll just take the Blue Moon." It only got worse. I had to send my baked potato soup back because it was cold so she put it in a microwave and brought it back out to me. The consistency was watery and thin but I ate half of it because I was hungry. I had also ordered Roasted Street Corn (a side). She brought me plain corn on the cob - had to go back & get the corn I ordered. I took 1 bite and said "this is HORRIBLE." Our 2 friends ate a bite of it snd almost spit it out. One of them said it tasted metallic. YUK! I gave it back to her because I couldn't eat it. And this is not everything!!! There were other issues but my review is long enough. To TWIN #1's credit she took the Blue Moon and the corn off our bill and she was super sweet so we gave her more than 20% tip. We ordered watermelon maharajas and got strawberry, the food was decent but not well prepared, looked thrown together at best and I've been to dozens of chilis in my day. Ordered a Rare Rib-eye with a side salad with Thousand Island Dressing specifying that I wanted the salad before the entree. Received the steak after nearly an hour both cooked and tagged for Medium. Sent the order back for a new steak cooked the way specified. 10 minutes later my salad comes out with Ranch dressing... so that gets sent back. Another 45 minutes later my steak finally comes out the way it was asked for. By this time my wife had already finished her meal and was waiting on me. I went to Chilis last weekend with my family and wasnt really pleased with the food. It seemed like they poured salt on eveything! Everything was very salty.. But when I called for the Manager he was able to help me and replace my order so I was very satisified with the management and that they will make sure that every customer is satisfied! I do like this place though their inspection score is an 81 which is not good however is always crowded anytime I've gone in there the best time to go is that lunch they have really good $7 combo deals and the best server there from my experience at lunch time is a guy named Joe. I don't know who owns this place but they are obviously not paying attention - Right when I walk in I feel like I'm receiving "ghetto fabulous" service - How you dering? Then EVERY TIME I sit in the section to the left I sit at least 10 mins waiting for a simple "Hello, I'll be right with you." It seems it takes 15 more mins to get a drink and then 45 mins you might get your food. Last time I was there my children got their food and 30 mins I got mine. If the food wasn't so good and the drinks so cheap I wouldn't ever come back. WAKE UP OWNERS!
